Lola Weippert took the time to do some yoga in a tree pose on the beach

Lola Weippert took the time to do some yoga recently. And she decided to do it in a bathing suit. She shared a new photo on Instagram of herself in a tree pose on the beach. Weippert wore a black bathing suit, showing off her figure. She captioned it, "Entspann dich! You're trying your best. You are doing enough. You are enough. Atme tief ein und lass all die Erwartungen an. Get rid of yourself."

Weippert likes to make smoothies. She shared one of her recipes in this Instagram collaboration. "30g Proteinpulver (Lolas Favorit: das vegane Schokopulver von Shape Republic). 300ml Coconut Milk. 1 in making. 1 handful of raspberries. 1 Handvoll Blaubeeren. 1 handful of strawberries. 1 rib of dark chocolate. Couple of cashews. Throw everything in the blender & enjoy."

Weippert likes to do yoga to stay in shape, as you can see from her recent Instagram post. She also shares a lot of yoga photos and videos on her page. She posted this video of herself doing poses. Weippert captioned it, "It's time to change! You are the creator of your life! Your life is YOUR life, waiting to be created by YOU and it will always give you exactly as much as you expect from it. The greater your expectations, the more opportunities you invite into your life!"

Weippert does a lot of extreme things. One thing she tried is going bungee jumping. She shared this video on Instagram of herself jumping. She captioned it, "Ich hab's getan! Der höchste Bungee Jump der Welt. And then also backwards.. 216 meters in the depth!"

Weippert likes to swim to stay in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of highlights of a trip she took to Cape Town. In it, she is seen going scuba diving. She captioned it, "Cape Town, thank you for those 2 unforgettable months!" Weippert also posted a photo of herself in a pool. She captioned it, "Aaaaaah, I finally did it!"

Weippert is all about being grateful. She talked about it in the caption of a recently Instagram post. "Gratitude practices are an important part of my morning routine for me, but why are they so important and healing? Robert Emmons, psychology professor at the University of California, found that practicing gratitude brings many benefits on both the psychological, social and physical levels. Therefore, grateful people not only go through their lives more optimistic and stress-free, but sleep better, move more, feel less lonely."
