Larissa Trownson is showing off team spirit in her swimsuit. The Too Hot To Handle star shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit and sports jersey in one of her latest social media posts. "Everything looks good with a bikini," she captioned the set of Instagram photos. "So beautiful," commented one of her followers. "Hot," added another.
Any chance Larissa gets to put on a swimsuit, she is down. That is one of the many reasons she enjoys swimming. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
Larissa loves taking baths, a great way to unwind according to science. They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.
Larissa drinks red wine. "Wine me, dine me … look behind me," she captioned a post holding a glass of vino. If you are going to drink alcohol, you should consider opting for a glass of red. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."
Larissa takes her pooch on walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Larissa recently copped to getting a boob job and regular Botox injections and lip filler. "I think it's really important that we're transparent about work we've had done, otherwise that helps portray unreal beauty standards especially for younger women," she told Daily Mail Australia. "So I've always been upfront about it and I chose to have it, so I'm proud of it."
