Vogue Williams flaunts her washboard abs in a bikini

She is known for her dedication to health and fitness and even runs her own fitness app Flexy.

And Vogue Williams showed off her incredible physique and washboard abs in a skimpy pink bikini a recent Instagram post.

Promoting her new gradual tan with her own brand Bare by Vogue, the presenter, 38, demonstrated how to apply the product as she wowed in the two piece.

Using the product, Vogue rubbed the products onto her legs as she gushed: 'I couldn't be more thrilled that we finally have our tinted gradual tan. This stuff is amazing'.

Aside from her busy work and family life, Vogue always makes time to train and frequently shares her workouts with her followers to help them target specific areas.

The majority of Vogue's workout are rather simple, and can be done at home with just a yoga mat and some resistance bands.

She also incorporates one day of barbell training into her routine each week as she shared a clip practicing weighted back squats and glute raises with the barbell.

Vogue's husband Spencer Matthews is also incredibly dedicated to his fitness routine after he turned his life around following an unhealthy period with alcohol during his time on Made In Chelsea.

Last month Vogue revealed she would have left her husband if he failed to ditch alcohol as she discussed his 'unhealthy' relationship with booze.

The pair married in 2018 and share three children together, Theo, five, Gigi, three, and Otto, two.

Speaking on the How To Fail With Elizabeth Day podcast, the mother-of-three confessed that she would have broken off her relationship with Spencer, 35, if he carried on drinking the way he did previously.

She revealed: 'I think the way he was drinking yeah definitely. Because with my dad and stuff like although he was a heavy drinker, he wasn't a drinker.

'He wouldn't wake up in the morning and drink, but I'd know where he was at five o'clock at night, he'd always be in the pub every single day without fail.'
