The multihyphenate previously opened up about her struggles with mental health and body image saying it takes a lot of 'bravery.'

'I think it's about honesty and I think it takes a lot of bravery to be honest...When dealing with my anxiety and depression, I can feel very isolated and alone. And when I talk about it, it makes me feel better,' she explained to Numero.

She continued: 'Encourage people who are in the spotlight to do the same, because it encourages young people looking up to you, following you. It makes you feel less alone, it makes me feel less alone.'

'I've kind of felt very embraced by a community of people who also deal with depression and anxiety. I feel like just talking about it is the most important thing that you can do. You don't have to share personal details, but just being honest and open,' she explained.

Lili went on to share that she feels they stigma around speaking up about mental health has gone down, opening up the door to treatment and acceptance for those who struggle with it.

'I feel we're moving in the right direction as far as being open about mental health, so I feel good about that,' the Hustlers actress shared. 'And I think I will teach my future kids about mental health and encourage them to talk about their mental health.

She finished, 'I love my generation, I think we're very passionate and honest and brave. So I think we will continue to breed people who are the same.'
