Amanda Holden shows off ageless figure in a bikini

Amanda Holden sent her Instagram followers wild as she showed off her stunning physique in a gorgeous green two piece today.

The star appeared to have shot content for a glamorous project as she took her adoring fans behind the scenes, leaving them feeling quite hot under the collar.

In response to the gorgeous snaps one follower questioned if she could "ever refrain from looking so gorgeous?". Another typed: "I knew green was your favourite colour."

Amanda maintains her fitness by following a healthy vegetarian diet and running four times weekly.

Regarding motivation, Amanda has made a personal deal with herself regarding her running routine.

She stated, “I run for my rosé wine in the summer and my red wine in the winter. I don’t do it out of obligation but rather for my discipline and dignity.”

She also once told Top Santé that she likes to aim for a 36-minute run. Amanda shared: “It’s the one time I can be alone with my thoughts and clear my head.”

Amanda also spoke about her love of The Viking Method, which Icelandic instructor Svava Sigbertsdottir created. The method is famed for its A-list fans (Suki Waterhouse and Nicole Scherzinger included) and for taking no prisoners.

In an interview with The Times, Amanda once described the fitness style as centred on “[using] your body weight to build core strength”. Its founder, Sigbertsdottir, refers to it as "a functional training method" that mixes energetic cardio with static moves.

She also keeps herself well hydrated, as she shared: “I drink loads of water—a lot of coconut water—but I think my skin is genetic because my nan looks amazing at 97,” she once told the Daily Mail.

She mentioned that as a vegetarian, her meals usually consist of lots of avocado, chickpeas, and quinoa salads.

In addition to expressing her love of cheese and wine, Amanda has also shared the meaningful reason why she prefers not to restrict herself or consume food that doesn’t bring her joy.

"You have to enjoy life. I eat everything, drink everything," she previously said.
