Trim Mel, once the face of Boddingtons Bitter, has been holidaying in Majorca with photographer pal Samantha Henley.

And the mum-of-two credits her fit physique to hardcore yoga sessions.

She said: “It’s physically challenging and at the same time good for my head and I’m getting quite flexible too which is a blessing as I get older.”

It’s easy to see why Mel has caught the eye of celebrities including Steve Coogan, 53, and Olly Murs, 35, in recent months.
