Dua Lipa Celebrated Her 29th Birthday in a Tiny Bikini

Summer may be coming to a close, but Dua Lipa will have you know that tiny bikini season continues to reign supreme, no matter the temperature or time of year. In celebration of her birthday, the "Illusion" singer took to Instagram in a bright orange two-piece bikini set that she layered with a glittering mesh tank top. To complete the look, she added a chunky gold chain around her neck and a wrist full of bangles.

"29!!!! And life just keeps getting better," Lipa captioned the photo and video carousel, which featured her playing with a large bouquet of pink balloons. "Thank you for all the birthday wishes!! I love you guys xxx."

Lipa spent the week prior in two equally tiny bikinis while going on vacation with her friends, something that has become so much a part of her brand that she has been hailed as a vacation queen, and fans joke that she has no home address.

Speaking with Rolling Stone in January, Lipa defended the constant stamping of her passport and said, “Of course, I was going to fucking holiday and chill [during] the year that I was just going in the studio and had some time off...As long as I’m doing my job, hitting my deadlines, and getting my shit done, then I will find a way to relax, too. It’s really work hard and play hard. Why not?”

Lipa added, “I think people are quick to forget. I was on tour up until the end of December. I felt like I missed out on so much time with my family and friends. It shows how short our attention span is, which is why music comes out so much faster.”
