At just 21, Erin is making a name for herself in the modelling world, landing a place in this year's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
The Manchester University graduate was one of six contestants participating in the magazine’s model search competition.
She joined an open casting call for the competition after being prompted to try out by sister Amy who herself has modelled for Karen Millen, Guess and FHM.
Speaking to Sports Illustrated about her background, Erin revealed: 'For years I wanted to be a dancer, I got into dance school.
'But just before I was meant to go I got really really sick for a couple of months and I was hospital bound, so I became a bit of an introvert after that.
'I got really into academia, reading, so I kind of found myself, as corny as that sounds'.
She continued: 'I go to uni, I really don't live a glamorous life. I'm so excited for the future, this is happening, this is my life. I did it so here I am, this is my life.'
At 17, Amy held the Miss Bristol title and later rose to fame after she won Katie Price's competition series Signed by Katie Price in 2011.
The bombshell went on to win Miss Bath in 2011, Miss London in 2012 and then reached the top 5 in the Miss England contest.
Amy has since forged a successful career in reality TV, starring in series such as I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! and The Jump. (Mon 23)
