If there is one thing the Hadid sisters know how to do it’s flaunt their incredibly toned bodies

Off the catwalk and by the pool, the youngest Hadid sister, Bella, strutted her stuff in a tiny rainbow bikini at a Miami hotel. The model was in the Sunshine State soaking up the rays poolside with her girlfriends ahead of the international Art Basel fair.

The 23-year-old flaunted her rock-hard abs and statuesque physique with the help of a skimpy triangle-style bikini top that boasted a colourful print all over. She could also be seen sipping on cocktails and snacking on french fries as she enjoyed her downtime by the hotel’s pool.

When it comes to maintaining her super-toned body, Bella puts it down to boxing. “When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions,” she told Vogue Paris.

“I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes. We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun.” The secret behind her abs is also boxing: “Nothing other than boxing and a series of targeted ab workouts,” she said.

When it comes to food, Bella has said in the past she likes to keep a balanced diet.

In 2017, she told Harper’s BAZAAR US that her go-to was an egg sandwich on a plain bagel. “If I have the morning off, I’ll either make eggs and sausage and eat breakfast at home or go to the bagel store below my apartment,” she told the publication.
