The popular radio star previously opened up on how she maintains her physique, thanking regular sessions of cardio tennis for helping her to stay fit.

Discussing her passion for the sport, Rebecca previously told news.com.au: 'I am addicted to cardio tennis, I play for two hours twice a week because it's really fun.'

Cardio tennis involves fast-paced drills, where a professional feeds balls to players based on their ability and fitness level but usually at a very rapid rate.
