Surfing sensation Ruby-Lee Coffey hit back at critics

Ruby-Lee Coffey is one of Australia's famous Coffey surfing sisters, who recently said they couldn't care less what people have to say about their sizzling bikini snaps.

Ruby is one of the four Coffey sisters, who are currently making a name for themselves on social media: Ellie-Jean, 24, Holly-Daze, 21, and Bonnie-Lou, 16.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia last month, the sisters hit back at critics saying they couldn't care less what people think of their snaps.

Speaking on behalf of her siblings, Holly-Daze said while they have had criticism in the past a lot of women like posting racy snaps.

'We don't really care what your opinion is, we just do it, and we're okay with it,' Holly-Daze said.

'If you don't like it, don't look at it. So many girls are doing it and guys, and you can post what you want, and if you're okay with it, then that's all that matters.'

She said it's also 'liberating' that women can post what they want these days.

Sports Illustrated model Abigail Ratchford told us what she eats to help her keep her figure

Abigail Ratchford knows a thing or two about getting attention.

When asked about what she eats to help her keep her fabulous figure, Ratchford said it was a mix of things.

“I love green juices and smoothies. Sometimes I’ll put some protein powder in the morning I feel like the mix of vegetables, and vitamins and stuff that’s in them, really gives me a lot of energy in the morning,” Ratchford said in an interview with Muscle and Fitness magazine.

As far as fitness goes, the beauty likes a variety. She said she used to only do cardio but never saw good results, so she took the advice of some of her girlfriends and started weight training.

“That’s my new thing I’ve been doing some resistance training, circuit training, and also pilates, I feel like that keeps you long and lean,” the model said.

Her hard work is certainly paying off.

Mathers also opened up about misconceptions people have sometimes about her modeling career. Because while it may look easy to have an incredible social media presence and a modeling career, it takes a lot of work behind the scenes.

“In saying that, it’s still not an easy job and a lot of people overlook modelling as a bludge or a nothing job but it is so much more than that.”

The 24-year-old who is due to give birth in two months proudly flaunted her baby bump and displayed her visible veins on her chest as she rocked a skimpy bikini.

“I know I got a veiny chest. Happens because your blood volume increases by 50 per cent when pregnant and they go away after pregnancy when your blood volume returns,” Belle said, adding she has just one more week before she’s in her third trimester.

Her raw post instantly garnered hundreds of comments from fellow women who thanked her for not editing her veins and sharing a “real” and “genuine” representation of pregnancy.

This isn’t the first time that Belle who now lives in London has sparked a conversation about body positivity with one of her maternity posts.
