Earlier this month, the Little Mix icon revealed to delighted fans that she is set to perform her first solo headline show in June since the band went on hiatus. She told her Instagram followers that she will perform for one night only on June 11 at the Lafayette in London.

Julianne previously shared a glimpse into her eating habits, which include smoothies, proteins, vegetables, and lots of water.

"I have this water bottle that goes everywhere with me. Every night, before bed, I put ice in it and fill it to the top — it holds 40 ounces of water — and I drink it throughout the night. Not all of it, obviously, but I have to have cold water before I go to bed," Julianne told Delish magazine.

When she wakes up, she starts her day with a steamy mug of hot water and lemon, while steamed eggs are her go-to breakfast, served with tomato and avocado.

However, she often works out before her first meal of the day, so she fuels up on green juice beforehand.

"I usually like it a little sweeter, less bitter, so I put in a green apple, some spinach, kale. Again, if I want it sweeter, I'll put some carrots in," she told Elle.

"But I love ginger, and lemon too, so I'll put that in. Cucumber, celery, anything green, really. Sometimes I'll add beets too, depending on my mood."

For dinner, Julianne will opt for baked fish or chicken and vegetables, but she's also partial to Italian food.

Some of her favorite dishes include penne arrabbiata and Margherita pizza, as well as the occasional glass of wine.

"It's funny, I used to be a huge dessert person, but now I'd rather have a glass of wine than dessert," she said.

"But if I do, I love ice cream. I love like a sticky toffee pudding or something like that," she added, admitting that for a lighter dessert, she eats dark chocolate-covered almonds.

Some of her other favorite sweet treats are Milk Duds and Sour Patch Watermelons, but she makes sure to find a balance and also snacks on fruit such as oranges and juice shots.

"The only shots I take these days are wellness shots with my momma lol," she joked in 2020 while sharing a photo of a tray of juice shots on her private plane.

Paris recommends eating a big breakfast. "I get up around 7 a.m., it's the first day of the week, so I like to be on top of everything since I have so much to do. The first thing I do when I wake up is play with my puppies…. Then I'll go down to the kitchen and make breakfast for my puppies and myself," she told the Wall Street Journal. "I love cooking breakfast. It's one of my favorite meals. One of my favorite things to cook is banana French toast, so that with fresh-squeezed orange juice and Rice Krispies or Lucky Charms. Paris is a fan of taking supplements to get all the nutrients she needs. "I like taking vitamin A, E and B, and biotin," she told the Wall Street Journal.

Or shopping. That's my favorite workout."

Self-care is key, says Paris. "I don't really have a lot of downtime, but [when I do], I wanna spend all of it with my family. My sister always says you don't want to miss those moments. All my free time, I'm doing that. And then also my music and my art. Hale shared her skincare secrets with WhoWhatWear. She says that her routine has become simpler. "I've realized as I've gotten older that my skin just can't handle too much, and I've had to really cut back. I mean, I used to be the girl who had a 15-step skincare routine every single night. My whole approach to skincare now is really about consistency and less about the number of products I'm using."

Hale shared her morning skincare routine with WhoWhatWear. "I like to start by using a gentle cleanser to really get off all of my products from the night before and any oil that's built up. Next, I'll do a toner, and then it depends, but typically every other day, I'll either use a vitamin C serum or a hyaluronic acid serum, or sometimes I'll just kind of mix them together. I don't really need to add a lot more moisture since my skin naturally produces quite a bit of oil, so I just put on that SPF, and that's pretty much it for the morning."

Hale likes to hike to stay in shape. She tells WhoWhatWear that she aims to hike every day. "I love having slow mornings. I've found that not having to rush really kick-starts my mood in the right way. I try to hike every day. There's a canyon near where I live, and that's sort of my 'me' time."

Hale shared some of her fitness secrets with Shape. She says that she likes to strength train. "I do a lot of strength training because I like to feel strong. I'm 5-foot-2, but I like to feel like a badass and to know that I could kick someone's ass. So I do pull-ups and do squats with the big-boy weights. I even flipped one of those big tires once."

Hale is a big fan of Pilates. She tells Shape, "I just discovered Pilates. My butt has never been higher, and my abs have never been stronger. Our bodies are so amazing and resilient, and we don't give them enough credit. I spent much of my teen years and early 20s not loving my body and not being good to it. I'm trying to make up for that because we get only one body. We have to take care of our temple."

Eminem’s daughter Hailie Jade is soaking in her final days as a fiancée and rocked her fabulous bikini body during her ​bachelorette trip.

“Tampa baes,” Hailie, 28, captioned her Wednesday, April 17, Instagram carousel of her trip to Florida.

The “Just a Little Shady” podcast host and eight of her closest friends had a day out on a yacht and brought the party on the Florida water. In one photo, Hailie donned a white two-piece bikini that featured a shell-like ​wide-strap top and matching high-waisted bottoms. The bride-to-be paired the swimwear with thick rectangle sunglasses and sheer linen pants.

Before Hailie celebrated her future nuptials with fiancé Evan McClintock, she shared an Instagram video of herself packing for her bachelorette trip on Monday, April 15.

Hailie was quite tidy as she packed her travel bag filled with customized outfits and accessories. She tailored her wardrobe toward an all-white theme as her garments were different shades of the color. The Michigan native also brought two beach crochet fishnet clutches, one of which was shaped as a sea shell.

Hailee is seemingly nearing the end of her engagement to her college sweetheart after he proposed in February 2023. The two met while studying at Michigan State University and started dating in 2016.

“Casual weekend recap … 2.4.23 … I love you @evanmcclintock11,” she captioned the Instagram announcement.

Weeks after becoming an engaged couple, Evan revealed how he asked for Eminem’s approval to ask for Hailie’s hand in marriage.

"Over the holidays, I was looking for an opportunity not to make it too obvious," Evan said during appearance on Hailie’s podcast. "I saw your dad go downstairs, and I'm like, 'I gotta do it right now, or I'm not doing it today, and I'm gonna have to schedule another time. So, I just followed him downstairs, and, thankfully, he was just down there getting your cake [for her birthday] and made it happen."

Evan also spilled the tea about the engagement ring shopping process before choosing a dazzling oval-shaped piece, which he happened to buy the day after having the talk with Eminem, 51.

"The day after my birthday, you got it? That's crazy," Hailee said as that was the first time she knew about the timeline of the engagement ring purchase.

"It's funny, so your sister really helped me out. She basically told me what for sure not to get," Evan told Hailie, who replied, "That's all I told her, so it makes sense."

Jessie admits that she used to obsess over diet and exercise. "I've gone from religiously working out and being obsessed with what I eat to ACTUALLY living a life. I've been having so much fun eating out with friends, going to events, not revolving my days around a 'healthy lifestyle,'" she explained to fans after comments about her weight gain. "I'm happier, healthier and having more fun than ever. My body definitely looks different but that's okay!"

Jessie admits that her relationship with food hasn't always been good. "Make your insecurity your strength ??✨ I have spent so long harming and fighting against my body so I could look a certain way. I've tried every fad diet you could think of, spent hours on google trying to find the magic answer, I would do cardio for hours and hours each day- I even quit the job I loved so I could workout more ? All of this because I thought there was a problem with the way I looked.

The problem has never been my appearance, it's been my mind," she wrote in a 2020 Instagram post. "I have been trying to heal my relationship with food and my body image for a long time now and feel as though I'm starting to make progress. I still have a long way to go. I'm not necessarily happy with where I am, but I'm happy with how I'm learning to cope with when I feel uncomfortable. I'm working hard to make sure every time I pick out a flaw within myself I back it up with a compliment. I'll look in the mirror and look at the size of my legs- my old reaction would be a breakdown.. Now I appreciate how strong they've become."

Jessie spends a lot of time outdoors and loves to swim. "Wholesome mornings with a spontaneous dip in the ocean," she captioned a post. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.

Jessie also tries to get her steps in. A study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Ultimate sign of self respect," she captioned a bendy post. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Sukirti does Pilates to keep her body long and lean. "Rise and shine it's Pilates time with the lovely group," she captioned a post. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health." It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

Sukirti maintains that fitness is a choice. "Waking up early to train is hard. Pushing yourself to work out every week in the gym is hard. Rejecting fast food in modern society is even harder. Having no energy is even worse. There is the pain of sacrifice or the pain of regret. Choose ur hard. Work hard to live well," she captioned an inspiring post.

Sukirti is a tea drinker. "And another version it's tea tripping today ? #instalove #instagram #lovetea," she captioned a post. Numerous studies have shown that a variety of teas may boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease.

Jena Sims is a big hitter with fans such as Paige Spiranac - after Brooks Koepka's wife shared astonishing pics nine months after giving birth.

And one woman reacted to the actress's confident new snaps by joking: "I need your genetics!"

But there were a few social media verdicts on Jena's photoshoot that struggled to make the cut.

The golf influencer advertised her exclusive OnlyPaige fansite with some stunning shots.

She posed in a tiny white bikini showing off her body as she encouraged fans to sign up to the site.

Paige posted a collage of four snaps on her Instagram story alongside the caption: "Come chat with me, never before seen pictures and videos, prizes, giveaways, golf instructions and so much more!"

Fans can access 500+ items of OnlyPaige content for £8 a month, or £80 a year.

Paige also advertised her page on X where her photos were met with hundreds of compliments from fans.

Paige, 31, stripped off last week for The Masters as she posed wearing nothing but a green jacket.

Cat Deeley works hard to look good in a bikini

Cat Deeley is making a splash in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the television presenter shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while swimming with a bunch of pool floats. "I don't mind doing it for the kids so come on, jump on board, take a ride," she wrote about her Instagram Stories image.

Cat's days start "very early." She used to sip on a cup of warm lemon water first thing, but after her dentist warned it would ruin her tooth enamel, she made a switch. "Now I have a green juice. I have celery and cucumber, and a little bit of lemon juice and ginger," she told Women's Health. She follows it up with coffee. "I feel sometimes like I need my cup of coffee to properly get my eyes open and get myself moving," she said.

Cat is a fan of intermittent fasting. She eats an early dinner with her family and then fasts until the morning. "I'm doing intermittent fasting, which I didn't realize. But it seems to work really well for my body I think I sleep better…I actually feel so much better as well rather than having a meal later on in the day at like eight-thirty or nine o'clock or whatever," she told Women's Health.

"Running and gyms don't suit me, you have to find what you like," Cat told Metro. She claims that regular yoga classes keeps her from looking like an "old lady" even though she is "not very stretchy naturally" she says. "I'm not very stretchy naturally so yoga helps me, otherwise I'd look like an old lady." She trains with Tara Lee. "Tara introduced me to the wonderful world of yoga 10 years ago … I couldn't even touch my toes! I've been hooked ever since," she added to Self. She even does her yoga videos, "Elements of Yoga" DVDs. "With her yoga DVDs, even I can find some 'me time', to focus my mind, reset my body and just breathe," she said.

In addition to "four times a week" yoga sessions, Cat takes a daily hike. "Even if you can just do twenty minutes it makes all the difference – I just put my trainers on and walk down the hill with my dog. You never regret doing exercise, you never come back and wish you hadn't done it, it feels amazing," she told Cosmopolitan.

Cat attributes her healthy approach to eating to her mother. "She never made things 'bad' or never made things, you know, unobtainable or, you know, we were free to help ourselves whenever we wanted to," she explains. "I think by doing that you kind of learn what makes you feel your body feel good and what makes you feel healthy. I like to listen to my body a lot." A piece of fruit, such as a banana, or a handful of almonds, are two of her go-to snacks. When she wants something more savory, she'll grab crackers and cheese.
