"I give my body what it needs. I don't deprive my body because I don't believe in the diet that you have to starve yourself. Because we have different bodies. Our bodies need different things, so we really need to know what our bodies need," she told Push.com.ph, adding that she tried every diet under the sun, including one where she drank only water. "The diets that didn't work for me. There are many diets out there."

The only diet that worked for her? "Hard work," she said. "I didn't wake up with my body like this. We really work hard for it. Eat then do wo-workout then eat. That's really me," she continued. "Because I really don't want to lose weight, I want to gain muscle. So weights and stronger," she told Pep.PH.

Since Chie's fitness goal is to gain muscle instead of losing weight, she doesn't run. "I'm more of like lifting weights. I avoid cardio since I'm petite. So I wanna gain muscle."

As for diet, she fuels her body with food – even Popeye's and Shake Shack. "And for my diet, you might not believe it but I eat really hard. I give my body what it needs, she said. "I don't want to deprive my body, eh. That's why I work out. What you feed yourself also needs to be healthy." She does "make sure it's balanced," she continued. "You know that feeling when you eat junk food? I really avoid pork. That's what I avoid. Because our body immediately feels the weight after eating those foods, right?"

"I also dance," Chie told Pep.Ph. "I think that's my cardio." Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

The comedian celebrated the special milestone on Sunday 25 February by going skiing in a bikini with her dog strapped to her back. In a video posted to Instagram, Handler was dressed only in a blue bikini and skiing gear, as one of her pet dogs was fastened in a backpack.

Eva starts her day with coffee. "I don't eat breakfast. . .I drink breakfast, it's coffee. There's creamer in there, there's extra coffee, and then I go get more coffee," she told BravoTV.com. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Eva skips breakfast but makes up for it with a big lunch. "Lunch looks like the average person's Thanksgiving dinner. That's usually my largest meal," she explained. "I will go to Houston's [restaurant] and have a whole Hawaiian rib eye at 11:15 in the morning. I open up with the restaurant." She also has a baked potato and salad. "[I] try to get some greens on there, you know," she said. "As long as there's some bacon in the salad we can get that down at lunch." For her "post-lunch, pre-dinner meal," Eva eats "whatever's available," ranging from "crab fingers and dirty rice" to a Subway sandwich.

Eva is a runner. "Feeling good after my run today," she captioned a post. Eva credits her husband, Mike Sterling, for inspiring her to get out and moving. "Motivated by my amazing husband @miketsterling who leads by example and dedication." According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Christie Brinkley is one of the most legendary supermodels of all time. Her career has spanned decades. Brinkley is still looking amazing today, and recently celebrated her 70th birthday. She shared a set of photos on Instagram for the occasion. Brinkley captioned the post, "Looking in the mirror on my 70th Birthday and what do I see, I'm finally happy with the person looking back back at me. Brinkley is open about having work done. She talked about why she chose to have it done to People. "When I look in the mirror, I want to feel like I look as good as I feel. And if you can have something done to feel more confident and better about yourself, then you feel like your face matches your spirit—and my spirit is enthusiastic and energetic."

Brinkley tells People that she doesn't care what people think about her. Especially when it comes to the people who critique her plastic surgery. "There are always going to be the people who build themselves up by pulling you down. But then there are the women who are supporting women. And if there are little things that I can do that are going to make me feel great, make me look good for my job and that would be selfish of me not to share it."

Brinkley has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Byrdie. "I start every day by exfoliating my face. That's something I've done for the past 40 years. I feel like it's really contributed to my skin feeling fresh and smooth. Forty years ago, I read an article that said men always look five years younger than women who are their same age. They contributed that to them shaving every day, and the daily exfoliating with shaving their skin makes them look younger. I was like, I'm not going to let them get away with that!"

Brinkley is open about being a vegetarian. She tells Byrdie that she eats a lot of fruits and vegetables. "My diet is plant-based. I've raised my kids on what I call the 'rainbow diet.' I want as many colors as possible. These are all the ingredients that do wonderful things to your skin. The deep green, the leafy greens, the purples in the skin of the grapes, which produce all the antioxidants and vitamins you get from a colorful, rich diet like that."

Brinkley makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Byrdie that she avoids certain unhealthy foods. "I would say avoid sugar as much as possible. It causes inflammation…And can cause all kinds of problems… I think avoiding artificial sugar, avoiding white bread, and going for deep, rich, plant-based foods is best."

Kendall Jenner proved her sisters aren't the only ones with photographic derrieres when she shared a cheeky new photo on Monday.

The 28-year-old left little to the imagination when she shared an image of herself half-submerged in water wearing a tiny string bikini.

With the sun glistening against her skin, Kendall's model physique was front and center in the risqué snap, which was taken from above and showed off her pert derriere and tiny waist.

Baywatch alumni and Master Minds host Brooke Burns genuinely loves working out so much, she keeps her routine going even on vacation. Burns considers working out the ultimate form of self-care. "I love getting outside in the morning," she told Women's Running. "It helps me start my day with a really healthy outlook and with a great endorphin rush. Selfishly, I love getting up and getting it done. I grew up in a fit family, and my parents set a really great example for me. I never thought, 'Oh, I have to go work out.' It was more of a lifestyle. I'm all about the idea of elongating my life by doing little things. If it's a busy week, I'd rather carve out 10 or 15 minutes to exercise rather than wait for the timing to be perfect."

Burns loves hiking, sprinting, and swimming. "I live in the city so, when it's workout time, I seek out nature," she told Healthy Living. "It's one of the best things about living in Cali. The weather is pretty much beautiful year round, so there are NO excuses not to get out there and make it happen. My favorite core workout? SUP! Aka, Stand Up Paddling. Some of my friends take the boards into big waves, but you can get a mean workout on one of these boards, even on a lake."

Burns enjoys coffee and green smoothies for energy throughout the day. "I'm a coffee addict. I'll have a hot latte in the morning, but then, when it reaches room temperature, I'll pop it in the fridge and have the rest as iced coffee in the afternoon," she told Women's Running. "I'm a big smoothie girl. My go-to is a green smoothie with banana and almonds. I also eat a lot of oatmeal, especially when it gets cold outside. I like to get creative with my oatmeal by sneaking in a little vanilla and cinnamon and brown sugar, in moderation."

Burns knows how important stretching is before workouts. "A big one we often forget… Stretch!" she told Healthy Living. "Sometimes you have to treat your body like a kid. You need to give it a heads up about what the plan is going to be. Like, "Hey body, you're about to climb a mountain, so let's warm up, prep those muscles and stretch it out." You may need to motivate and encourage your body before you take on the challenge."

Burns, who survived a near-fatal diving accident in 2005, is a strong believer in destiny. "Maybe that's my way of accepting that maybe there is a plan already laid out for us in some way," she told The Mercury News. "And it's probably married to the choices you make along the way and where that leads you … I believe in something greater than flesh and bone. It's always been something I've experienced, even as a child. There's a bigger driving force and purpose to everything — or maybe that just means I'm a hopeless romantic. I've always felt — even in my tragedies — that I have walked in some kind of favor."

According to sports medicine physician, Matthew Kampert, DO, MS, hiking has a lot of benefits. "There's a lot of research that shows the effects of being in nature," Dr. Kampert tells The Cleveland Clinic. "Our bodies find that certain colors can be stressful while some are calming. So, being out in nature with lots of green is a great therapeutic environment."

Whitfeld likes to swim to stay in shape. She shared a photo on Instagram of herself after a dip in the ocean. Swimming.org states that the sport has a lot of benefits. "Swimming uses all the muscles in the body so whether you swim a gentle breaststroke or hammer butterfly, you will get a full body workout. Plus, exercising in water makes your body work harder so 30 minutes in a pool is worth 45 minutes of the same activity on land.

Whifeld has an adorable dog, whom she prominently features on Instagram. Whifeld's dog even visited her in the Big Brother house. Harvard Health states that owning a dog has a lot of benefits. Back in June is was reported Ellie and her art dealer husband Caspar, 31, had been living separate lives for at least six months, despite trying to stick together for the sake of their two-year-old son, Arthur.

Hitting the beach this week, Ellie showed her marriage was over as she enjoyed a surfing session with Armando.

In June, the Costa Rican surfer took Shakira for a lesson while the hitmaker was on holiday in his home country.

Armando and his brother Gero are licensed instructors and run La Puente Surfhouse on Playa Hermosa beach, offering accomodation and lessons.

An insider told The Sun: 'Ellie and Armando seemed very into each other.

'When Armando wasn’t teaching Ellie, he couldn’t keep his hands off her and pulled her in for a hug and a kiss.

'Ellie looked blissfully happy and was laughing and joking with him as they messed around in the sea.'

After the party, Caspar went on to another party at the Chiltern Firehouse in central London without Ellie.

DYLAN AND BARBARA'S RELATIONSHIP

Dylan and Barbara's love story began as most new-age relationships do, by sliding into someone's DMs.

The Suite Life of Zack & Cody alum slid into Barbara's inbox in August 2017 after meeting at a Harper's Bazaar party, but it was not until six months later that she responded.

"I knew I wasn’t in a good mindset at the time, and maybe deep inside I knew it could be something more," Barbara explained during a joint interview with W Magazine, via Us Weekly.

During the same interview, Dylan recalled a conversation he had with his manager while in China filming a movie and revealed that Barbara was still on his mind.
