Simone Biles appears to be having the time of her life while on vacation with husband Jonathan Owens as she posted some glamorous pictures on Instagram on Sunday night.

The Olympic gold medalist wowed in a tiny yellow bikini and a cowboy hat as she soaked up the sun in Oahu, Hawaii.

Biles was sat on top of a sun lounger at their luxurious hotel in one picture before sitting up and covering her face with the hat in a second picture.

They are currently in Hawaii enjoying a vacation after the conclusion of Owens' NFL season with the Green Bay Packers. They were beaten in the divisional round of the playoffs by the San Francisco 49ers.

Biles announced the trip in another social media post on Thursday, warning her fans 'prepare to be sick of me' as she posed on their flight.

Clearly loving their destination of choice, Biles shared another post of her on a grassy area next to the beach with the caption: 'Point me to the nearest realtor'.

Biles and Owens tied the knot in an intimate Texas wedding in April 2023. They also held another lavish ceremony in Mexico shortly after.

Two years on from the day he got down on one knee, the Packers safety gushed over his wife in a post on Instagram, describing her as his 'rock' alongside photos of his proposal.

'Happy Valentine's Day to my best friend,' Owens wrote. 'I can't believe that it's been 2 years since this amazing day, man does time fly.

'You're my rock, I feel like I can accomplish anything as long as I have you by my side.

'So excited to see where life takes us, I love you so much baby'.

'I love you more than ever baby,' Biles replied. 'Best decision ever.'

Olympian Aly Raisman looks great in swimwear

Six-time Olympic gold medalist Aly Raisman had a great weekend hanging out with her fellow gymnast Simone Biles. "Congrats @simonebiles & @jowens such a fun weekend. It was soooooo great to be back together again ???❤️❤️❤️," she captioned the post.

Raisman took advantage of pandemic lockdowns to experiment with a new workout routine, focusing on floor exercises, yoga, and Pilates. "I actually feel like I've been able to work out a little bit more than I was before the pandemic," she says. "It doesn't mean I'm working out for hours every day, but sometimes I'll do a little bit of a workout in the morning, and then even do a little bit more in the afternoon. I break it up throughout the day because that's what's working for me right now. What I love about Pilates is that you can kind of maneuver your legs a little bit to the right or left, or do one leg at a time, and it creates such a different burn."

Raisman enjoys a protein-packed diet, but thinks people should focus on eating what makes them feel good. "I think it's so awesome that there's so much information out there and so many people are sharing their experiences of what helps them," she says. "But I also think it's really important to remember that you gotta figure out what works for you. Just because you're watching somebody's diet on Instagram or YouTube doesn't mean it's going to fit perfectly for you."

Raisman no longer eats meat. "When I was training, I thought that you had to eat meat in order to be strong," she says. "Now I've been reading up on all the amazing things that plants can do for your body and your mind… I started watching all these documentaries and it really freaked me out seeing how some of the animals are treated so poorly. I've always loved animals, my sister has done horseback riding her whole life, we have two dogs."

Raisman tries to relax on her rest days. "With more than 30 hours a week of training, my body gets tired by the time Sunday rolls around, and while I try to sleep in, it's hard because I'm so used to waking up at 7 a.m.," she says. "I felt like it was a coffee-in-my-PJs kind of day, so I tried to listen to my body. I think resting, relaxation, and clearing your mind is one of the healthiest things you can do. I had an egg-white omelet made with spinach, a little cheese, tomato, and some leftover salmon from the night before for extra protein."

Raisman eats a healthy diet even on her non-training days. "For lunch, I ate brown rice with steak and some fruit," she says. "I helped my mom make homemade calzones for dinner. They tasted delicious. It's great to spend time eating with the whole family. I unwound with another hot bath and all of my products: Revision Skincare hydrating serum, retinol, DEJ face and eye creams, and a firming night treatment to relax and get ready for bed. Then I foam-rolled my muscles and got in bed."

The Olympic champion and trailblazer showed off her latest vacation look, a bright-orange bikini, captioning the photo, "My happy place."

Biles looked radiant in the classic triangle design which was laced all the way around her waist.

But people were the most excited about her enormous sun hat. The woven hat was beyond anything you would typically see at the beach: the brim was so wide that Biles used it to cover her entire face in all her pictures.

Simone Biles just turned 25, which is obviously a milestone birthday worthy of a luxurious vacation. Enter: paradise.

"It's definitely my most prized possession now and I'm always wearing it," she told. "I had to wash my hair the other day, and I took it off just in case; I didn't know if it was gonna get caught or anything. I have to ask my mom, 'When do you take it off? Do you ever take it off?' but it definitely beats a gold medal."

The 24-year-old Olympic gymnast shared a photo in which she's rocking a bikini. The swimsuit showed off her muscled build.

"Never met a beach I didn’t like," she captioned the post.

This was one of several bikini photos and videos Biles posted of her tropical vacation over the last few days, sharing a view of her toned abs.

The athlete was recently named one of People magazine's 2021 People of the Year, which also included Dolly Parton, Sandra Oh, and American teachers. During her interview with the magazine for the December 2021 issue, Biles discussed the Tokyo Olympics, when she decided to step back from several competitions to take care of her mental health after getting a case of the "twisties."

"That's probably one of the first times in my career where I felt courageous and I felt like I had got to speak up for myself. I definitely can walk away from Tokyo, feeling courage, feeling at ease. And I did everything I could," she said.

Simone Biles admitted that she was sad after making the decision, but that it was worth it if it wound up helping others.

"On the flip side, I was like, 'You know how many people I helped by speaking out and teaching them that they need to speak up for themselves?' And just kind of going through that road together, and putting mental health at the forefront," she explained. "So I knew that it was right...It really showed me a different side of myself and how people see me, not just an athlete but as a human, and that was really different for me."

Olivia Dunne is the most-followed NCAA athlete on social media, this as she continues to represent Louisiana State University's gymnastics. The New Jersey native, once part of the USA national gymnastics team, is fresh from a shoot affording classy Sports Illustrated vibes - and 31-year-old five-time Olympic medalist Nastia Liukin and retired gymnast Christina Desiderio have picked up on it all.

The snaps, seeing Livvy rock a strapless and bandeau bikini, came classy and with the gymnast shot close up and all beachy-haired.

"When I was five years old, I was invited to try out for the pre-team at my gym ENA. Once I started competing, i knew I had a passion for the sport. After winning level 4 State Championships and beating the state all-around record, I moved from level 5 to level 8 in one year," she writes.

While Livvy has a way to go before snagging the kinds of high-profile deals seen by former Nike face Simone Biles and APL collaborator Liukin, she is designing.

"I love fashion design," she adds: "I especially enjoy participating in the design of my custom leotards. Simone Biles trains for seven hours a day, six days a week to stay strong

Simone Biles is living her best life on vacation. The gymnastics G.O.A.T., who teased a girls’ trip on her Instagram Story last week, is hanging out someplace tropical.

Simone also shared pics of herself perched on hanging chairs at the beach and posing next to some palms by a pool. “On island time,” she captioned.

We have two major takeaways from this. Simone’s vacation fashion is just as epic as her at-home style, and her abs are ridiculous. Like, I can’t stop staring at them.

Of course, Simone didn’t just get those abs by accident—she works super hard for them.

For starters, she trains pretty much all the time. “I train seven hours a day,” she said. “So, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday I train twice a day. And then Thursday and Saturday I train once a day.” She has Sundays, though.

Simone is even working hard outside the gym, doing crosstraining.

“Last year we did cross-training. We swam twice a week—almost a mile,” she told. “I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run. And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn’t bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we’d have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs felt like Jello.”

Her abs work, BTW, is ridiculous. Simone’s teammate and good friend Jordan Chiles revealed, and your abs will ache just reading about.

They regularly cycle through 11 rounds of exercises, including supermans, straddle V-ups, scissors, and hollow holds from all different angles. That includes stuff like hollow pulse for 20 reps, hollow hold for five seconds, v-up for 20 reps, hollow hold for five seconds, superman pulse for 20 reps, and superman hold for five seconds.
