Bella Hadid is showing off. In a recent social media post, the stunning supermodel flaunts her incredible figure in a tiny bathing suit while poolside. "You look absolutely perfect," commented one of her followers, while many others added fire emojis.

Bella doesn't exercise on an empty stomach. "I count on a smoothie, a juice, or a protein drink 30 minutes before the session. After the session, I eat something full of protein like chicken and wholegrain rice. It's ideal to strengthen the muscle mass and to increase the effects of the session," she told French Vogue.

Hydration and rest are crucial, says Bella. "I try to drink as much water, and get as much sleep, as I can," she told Harper's Bazaar. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

"We're on the go so much that it's hard to eat clean, but I always feel better when I do," Bella told Harper's Bazaar. "I've always had a difficult relationship with food. In high school, my relationship with food came from not having control, but food was the one thing I could control. So I would micromanage and make schedules for food, but it's more important to check what's good for your body and your own biology," she added in another interview with Harper's Bazaar.

Bella is an avid snowboarder. She recently shared some photos of herself drinking her energy drink, Kin Euphorics, while on the mountain. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

"I always say that first thing in the morning, you have to start your day by staring at the sun. When I was going through a difficult time, I would pull myself out of bed, open the blinds, and then just stare at the sun. But it's so true! And now, I have a sun light and I drink Actual Sunshine, our new Kin flavor, which honestly makes me feel like I'm walking on air," Bella told Harper's Bazaar.

"I don't feel the need [to drink alcohol] because I know how it will affect me at 3 in the morning when I wake up with horrible anxiety thinking about that one thing I said five years ago when I graduated high school," said Hadid in an interview with InStyle in January 2022. "There's just this never-ending effect of, essentially, you know, pain and stress over those few drinks that didn't really do much, you know?" In July 2023, she revealed that with "self love" she was ten months sober. "I'm so proud of anyone pushing through dry July," she wrote, promoting her non-alcoholic beverage drink Kin Euphorics. With Kin and lots of self love, I am almost 10 months no alcohol!" she wrote on Instagram. "I'm so proud of anyone discovering their sobriety," she added. "Or anyone who has had the courage to open their mind to Dry July!"

Bella has a few guilty pleasures. "My favorite go-to snack, I eat pizza, at least once a day. It's always like a go-to cuz it always, you know, it tastes good every time," Bella told ID. "There's no bad pizza. Also seaweed snacks randomly. Oh, sour Patch Kids and Rose Champagne if i'm feeling frisky."

Gigi Hadid sported a stylish bikini as she enjoyed a tropical getaway to celebrate the New Year alongside her daughter, Khai, in a strew of throwback snaps she shared on Instagram on Friday.

The model welcomed her daughter to the world in September 2020, whom she shares with singer, Zayn Malik.

The two had dated on and off from 2015 until they officially split in 2021 following an alleged physical altercation between the singer and Gigi's mother, Yolanda.

She had claimed Zayn had 'struck' her, but he told TMZ at the time, 'I adamantly deny striking Yolanda Hadid and for the sake of my daughter I decline to give any further details.'

However, the performer later plead no contest to four harassment charges against Yolanda, and was sentenced to 360 days probation, along with needing to attend both an anger management class and a domestic violence program, the tabloid had reported.

Despite their split in 2021, a source recently told Us Weekly last year in October that, 'Gigi has her walls up since she’s on better terms with Zayn and they’re doing well coparenting.'

The insider also expressed that the supermodel, who was reportedly recently linked to Leonardo DiCaprio, is, 'not rushing into a serious relationship,' and, 'is very busy with her modeling gigs and being there for her daughter.'

During an interview on Sunday Today, the blonde beauty gushed about her daughter, stating, 'I think she's a genius. But I think that's what everyone says about their kid.'

She added, 'It’s so much fun. The more that she talks and understands and remembers, it just gets more and more fun. And she’s a blessing.'

The entrepreneur has also taken a different step in the fashion industry, and recently launched her own brand called, Guest In Residence, last year in September 2022.

The clothing is made of both knit and cashmere fabrics, and Gigi told Forbes at the time of the launch that, 'Cashmere is transformative. But there's a seriousness that can surround cashmere and luxury.'

1- Hadid spilled some of her workout secrets. She says that she lives a pretty active lifestyle. Hadid says that working out is easy to her, because she grew up as an athlete. "I was a volleyball player for 12 years, I rode horses my whole life, and now I box every day."

2- As Hadid told before, boxing is one of her favorite ways to workout. She is open about her love of the workout. "When you're boxing, you get so into it mentally that you kind of forget what's going on, you forget that you're working out," she told. "You always want more."

"I dab it on where my skin feels dry, sometimes on the tip of my nose. I find that right where my eyebrows start gets really dry. I think that eyebrow product and pencil goes on better."

But Kendall has now revealed how she and her brand are supporting the community where the drink is made.

The brunette beauty - who was previously accused of spreading misconceptions about Mexican culture - said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: 'At our distillery, which I was just at the other day, we found a way to take the agave fibres and water waste and build sustainable brick that were are actually dominating back to the community of Jalisco.

Hadid says that boxing has been a game-changer when it comes to keeping her toned and motivated.

"I train with my coach for intensive sessions. I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes," she told. She even admitted to the magazine that her sister Gigi Hadid is her dream sparring partner, calling the fellow model "strong and sturdy both mentally and physically."

To keep her energy high during her workout, Hadid told that she drinks "a smoothie, a juice, or a protein drink 30 minutes before the session." After she's done, she typically eats a meal with a mixture of protein and carbs, like chicken and brown rice.

It's not just pre- and post-workout snacks that keep Hadid going strong all day. In an interview, Hadid revealed that she has "really low blood sugar" and has to "eat all the time" to keep her energy up.

"I like having a good protein meal because I get really tired if I eat too much, so I try to fill myself up with things that will make me feel good," said the star.

Hadid doesn't shy away from her favorite carbs, either. The supermodel told that, on mornings off when she doesn't feel like cooking, she typically visits the bagel shop near her apartment. "My go-to is an egg sandwich on a plain bagel," says Hadid.

She relies on coffee to keep her energy up, as well. "I'm also a big coffee drinker," she told. "I'll have three espressos before noon."

The 23-year-old supermodel and sister to Gigi Hadid is like the rest of Hollywood currently in quarantine on account of the novel coronavirus. COVID-19 has mostly brought indoor videos of the model the weekend brought some bikini action, though, as Bella caught some rays.

Bella's photo saw her in selfie mode amid greenery. Dressed in a skimpy bikini, the 20-year-old model was spotted celebrating a friend‘s birthday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

The stunning star appeared to be having a great time as she chatted and laughed with friends during her vacation.

The LA-born model says she‘s never had an issue with showing off her enviable body.

‘My mom is European. My whole family is European. We were always very comfortable with our bodies,‘ she told in August last year. ‘It‘s fine if you don‘t want to show your body like that. But if a woman wants to show her body, I‘m all for it. Everybody loves a little nip.‘

And despite now being world famous, Bella maintains she‘s still the same person she‘s always been, thanks to her friends. ‘I don‘t walk down the street like, ‘I‘m famous.‘ It‘s still weird to me when people ask for pictures,‘ she added. ‘My close friends from high school keep me grounded – they don‘t care about what I do. I‘m still the same person I was, and I try hard not to change.‘

While she was undoubtedly enjoying her vacation with friends, Bella has admitted her jet-setting lifestyle often leaves her feeling lonely.

‘Even though you‘re in Paris and London, at the end of the day, you come home and you‘re by yourself. Sometimes I break down and cry,‘ she confessed. ‘But once I am done with a full month in Europe, I step back and think, I‘m so lucky.‘

When it comes to maintaining her super-toned body, Bella puts it down to boxing. “When time is on my side, I train with my coach for intensive sessions,” she told Vogue Paris.

“I run non-stop for 20 minutes followed by a boxing session and finally a series of weights targeting the abs and glutes. We keep the routines varied, so the sessions are always fun.” The secret behind her abs is also boxing: “Nothing other than boxing and a series of targeted ab workouts,” she said.

When it comes to food, Bella has said in the past she likes to keep a balanced diet.

In 2017, she told Harper’s BAZAAR US that her go-to was an egg sandwich on a plain bagel. “If I have the morning off, I’ll either make eggs and sausage and eat breakfast at home or go to the bagel store below my apartment,” she told the publication.
