Rochelle Humes showcased her incredible figure in a white bikini as she hit the beach during her family half-term holiday to Dubai on Thursday.

The This Morning presenter, 34, looked sensational in the white Arabella London two-piece costing £265.

The former The Saturdays singer teamed the swimwear with a pair of denim-look trousers and kept comfortable in a pair of matching Chanel pumps.

Rochelle shielded from the sun behind a pair of stylish black sunglasses as she posed up a storm on the beach.

Earlier in the day, the mother-of-three displayed her toned figure as she shared a series of glamorous photos from the getaway.

She caught some sun in a floral bikini with her son, Blake, three, before heading on a Valentine's Day date with husband Marvin Humes, 38.

Posing for a mirror selfie in the two-piece, she topped off her beach ready look with a yellow baseball cap.

Getting changed for the night, Rochelle then slipped into a leather-look bandeau top and a black satin skirt for an evening out with Marvin.

The family were last in Dubai following the JLS star's I'm A Celebrity stint and have returned for a half term trip with their children Alaia-Mai, 10, Valentina, six, and Blake.

Zara McDermott's sensational bikini snaps leave fans speechless

Zara McDermott has been branded "sensational" after sharing stunning new bikini photos while enjoying a luxury getaway to Dubai.

The Love Islander, 27, has been soaking up the sun on Bluewaters Island with her mum Karen and has made sure to document her incredible trip on Instagram with fans.

During a day spent relaxing by the pool at Banyan Tree Dubai, Zara took part in a mini-photoshoot, leaving fans speechless as she posed in a stylish blue swimming costume featuring a plunging neckline.

The Strictly Come Dancing star held an ice cream as she pouted for the camera, and captioned the shots: "one scoop of pistachio please".

Zara's post quickly racked up thousands of likes and her followers flocked to compliment her, including many of her fellow celebrity pals.

Love Island's Ella Thomas said: "Wow," while influencer Tayla-Blue said: "Ridiculous!!!!!!" and Nikita Kanda added: "Stunning," with two lovestruck emojis.

Others branded the TV presenter "sensational" and "stunning", and quizzed her where she'd purchased her stylish swimsuit.

Zara's stunning photos come after she shared details of her latest BBC Three documentary, which will be available in March on iPlayer.

The documentary focuses on the 2022 Idaho Murders. Four students at the University of Idaho were murdered in November 2022 in an off-campus residence in Moscow, Idaho. The case was widely shared on social media, most notably TikTok.

Zara announced on Instagram: "ANNOUNCEMENT…. New documentary!!!! THE IDAHO MURDERS: TRIAL BY TIK TOK. My latest documentary, coming next month. A story that, like so many others, I became fascinated with. My social media became a constant flood of information on this case, from only a few hours after the tragedy occurred. What happened? And how did this horrific case become a viral sensation?

"I head to Moscow, Idaho, to discover the truth behind the viral rumours, and meet the true crime community who tried to solve this case."

She added: "What makes this documentary even more remarkable is the fact that this is my first ever creator credit on a project (!!!), and I know so many of you were (and still are) hooked on this case.

"The documentary comes out very soon, this is a whole new world for me, and my first international project. I hope you all learn something new and interesting from this film, I learnt so much making it."

And Jess Harding was back in the sun again on Thursday as she enjoyed a trip to Dubai.

The reality star, 23, looked incredible in a blue and pink swirl pattern bikini as she posed up a storm at a a swanky beach club.

Her taut abs and ample assets were on display in the skimpy two piece that highlighted her bronzed glow.

Jess wore her long blonde tresses in loose waves and opted for a glowing makeup look with a slick of light pink lip.

Naomi Campbell is working out and flaunting her fit figure. In a new social media post, the 1990s supermodel gets her sweat on while vacationing in Dubai, hitting two different workout studios. At 53, Naomi has the body of a woman half her age.

"My Happy Place ! Women Only !!" she captioned a series of snaps taken at The Platform Studios, a women's-only gym that offers a variety of workouts ranging from pilates and yoga to HIIT. She appears to have taken a yoga class. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

In the second post she visits The Kamani Club, also in Dubai, where she throws punches with champ Anthony Joshua. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs." Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

"I work out. But not [at] a regular type of gym—no machines. I can't go to a regular gym. That makes me nervous," Naomi once revealed to E! News. She works out with trainer Joe Holder. "I've never liked working out before I started working out with Joe," she explained in her Youtube series, #BeingNaomi. "I don't like everything he makes me do, but it's not about liking it. It's about attacking the body in different parts and conditioning." She even shares videos of their sessions on her IGTV channel.

Holder told British Vogue that Naomi loves her jump rope. "I like the ones that get my heart rate up, but I understand the importance of the ones that are more slow and burning and conditioning and tightening," the model said when asked about her favorite types of workouts. Holder maintains that her usual jump rope circuit involves five sets of skipping for 60 seconds.

Pilates is another of Naomi's go-to workouts. "Stretching is important," she told Today. "I danced for many years, so Pilates is something that elongates you and keeps you toned." It's also the perfect form of active recovery to help her body bounce back between sweat sessions.

Leonna Mayor is heating up Dubai in her bathing suit. In a recent social media post the "world's sexiest jockey" shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while soaking up the sun at a resort. "Love wintery mornings," she wrote on one of her Instagram Stories.

Leonna often needs to weigh just 112 pounds to be allowed to ride, so she has to alter her diet. "It is weird having to adjust your weight for different races but it becomes second ­nature," she told The Daily Star. "It makes dinners out difficult and, after a long day, the last thing I feel like doing is cooking a ­complicated meal."

"I'm usually pretty healthy and just avoid heavy foods like pasta and rice," says Leonna. However, she sometimes skips breakfast and lunch and just has sugary tea and biscuits."I eat a lot of soup and treat myself to a ­takeaway if I get a win!"

Leonna is a reader. "Engrossed earlier in the most amazing book," she captioned an Instagram post. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Leonna takes nature walks. "Gorgeous few pony days with @vanessa_binnie_ryle walking and talking our way around the countryside," she captioned a post. "Nothing better then getting out in the fresh air with friends." Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Leonna claims that drinking wine helps her drop water weight. "One of the lads suggested a couple of glasses of wine the night before a race to dehydrate," she told The Daily Star. "Red wine, in moderation, has long been thought of as heart healthy," says the Mayo Clinic. "The alcohol and certain substances in red wine called antioxidants may help prevent coronary artery disease, the condition that leads to heart attacks."

"If I need to lose a pound or so, I sweat in a hot bath," Leonna added about one of her other habits. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Tallia Storm is feeling great in Marbella, Spain

Tallia Storm is feeling hot hot hot in Marbella, Spain, soaking up the sun during the current heatwave. The Scottish singer-songwriter, 24, shared some sultry snaps from her vacation, including ones of her posing by a private pool in a comic-print bikini. "Chill sis ?," she captioned the post. "So beautiful and so talented," a fan commented.

Storm has a tendency to lose or gain weight when she's stressed, but she's making an effort to focus on healthy habits. "For the last few years I've started looking after myself properly, being kinder to myself, drinking more water and by walking 25,000 steps a day I lost two stone [28 pounds]," she says. "I'm now in the best shape of my life, which I'm super proud of, and there's nothing I'd change about my body. I put on weight so easily, so I just want to stay exactly as I am."

Storm cut back on carbs and sugar and says it made her feel great. "I've been in the gym a lot recently!" she says. "I'm just about to announce my first headline show so I've been getting fit for that and cutting out the carbs! I tried JLO's 10-day sugar free diet and it was mega. I've been performing here in Dubai, testing all my new material and it went really well so I'm super pleased."

Storm is not someone who is effortlessly fit—like most people, she works out and is mindful of her diet in order to feel her best self. "I'm not naturally skinny," she says. "I hang out with all my London friends and they all eat their burgers and I'm here eating a salad. I have to work for it."

Storm wants younger fans to be inspired by her. "I want to be a role model for girls, I want them to come across my page and see positivity, creativity and show that I'm not afraid of my big hair, being super girly, and then be really moody and wear all black," she says. "I think I am truer to myself now, I think if you can do that, you don't mind too much what gets thrown your way because you then think 'this was exactly my plan'. It's weird because I feel like I've dreamt of these moments for so long, and just having everything together, you know?"

Storm says she wouldn't be where she is without the right attitude and mindset. "Take a chance, take a risk, especially when you are young," she says. "I would not be here if I didn't knock on every single door. I'm so lucky to have my mum and dad. They are very hard-working; my mum was in branding and marketing. I'm not going to take that away from it, I'm very fortunate to have had parents in the creative industry. But I think she is the one that taught me to knock on every single door, and who cares about rejection. It's not even rejection, because everything is a lesson in life. Also, I feel like you get away with it when you're young, like just asking people."

Olivia Attwood is enjoying a sun-soaked trip to Dubai

Love Island star Olivia Attwood is enjoying a sun-soaked trip to Dubai, UAE. Attwood, 32, shared pictures of her trip, including a selfie where she's posing in a black bikini top and matching sarong. "Everything," she captioned the snap, including a shout-out to Monday Swimwear.

Attwood loves going to the gym, much preferring it to outdoor cardio. "I'd much rather hit the gym than go for a run, so to get ready for summer I make sure I go to the gym and get loads of squats done," she says. "Squats are the secret! Also, because I don't like hitting the beach with pale skin, I try to build up a base tan in the garden and often get a spray tan before heading off somewhere sunny."

Attwood enjoys a healthy, balanced diet supported by supplements. "I'm quite big on my homeopathic medicines and vitamins, I spend probably a small fortune on them every month which I guess is quite extra," she says. "My mum is really into all that and she's kind of instilled it into me, I eat a very natural and clean diet."

Attwood enjoys spending time in the kitchen, whipping up healthy meals with fresh ingredients. "I make a mean roast dinner and I have an amazing recipe for fish cakes, which I make from scratch," she says. "The fish cakes are my go-to dish for when I have mates over for dinner."

Attwood loves spa sessions on what she calls Self-Care Sundays. "I'm a proper bath girl, I love a bath," she says. "So I would do a bath and then scrub off all my old fake tan and reapply. For me, fake tan is just a non-negotiable for self-care… I need to be tanned! Amanda Harrington is my favorite at the minute, I love the face mist (£28) and it's such a good tan, it doesn't give you any spots or block your pores or anything. I also love a face mask, I love Rodial face masks. they've got a Vitamin C mask sheet (£14), which is so nice."

Attwood enjoys low-sugar wine, which experts say should be enjoyed in moderation. "You can't beat a chilled glass of rosé in the summer, but Pinot Grigio is typically my go-to drink – whether I'm chilling in the sunshine or enjoying a night out with the girls," she says. "My current fave is the I Heart Pinot Grigio from I Heart Wines. If I fancy a cocktail, I tend to go for something light and refreshing, like an Aperol Spritz. I make it with Aperol, soda, I Heart Prosecco and lots of ice."

I didn't need a boob job – I needed a therapist! Exercise can do a lot to change your shape," she told Closer.

Danielle went jet skiing with her family on a trip to Dubai last summer. According to Health Fitness Revolution, the average 150-pound rider will burn a surprising 238 calories during a half-hour ride. The sport is also great for cardiovascular endurance.

Danielle is open about her mental health. "People say, 'You're on the telly, how can you have anxiety?' – they haven't got a clue. We all have the same worries. It's hard to know what the trigger is, but I'm a shy person and life can be hectic. Earlier, I had so much anxiety, my heart was beating out of my chest at what felt like a million times an hour. I was breathing heavily and felt sick. I've learned it's better to leave the house, see people and talk about it, as that's therapy in itself. I've also started doing breathing exercises at home, too," she told Closer.

Jordyn Woods enjoyed the sunshine on her recent trip to Dubai

Jordyn Woods is giving fans a behind-the-scenes sneak peek at her recent trip to Dubai, UAE. Woods, 25, shared pictures of herself wearing a zebra-print bikini as she posed in the bright sunshine, and selfies from a resort bathroom. "Dubai ?," she captioned the post.

Woods is all about building toned, strong muscles. "I try to do at least 20 to 30 minutes of cardio, starting to warm up and get your heart rate going," she says. "And then it's good to always do abs. So every time you work out, do 30 minutes of cardio, always do abs, and then each day you can focus on a different part of your body. So one day you can focus on weight lifting for your arms and shoulders, one day for your back and one day for your legs."

Woods refuses to obsess about the scales, especially as she focuses on muscle. "Weight is taboo because muscle weighs more than fat and you could be losing body fat, but gaining muscle and you can end up weighing more," she says. "You can keep track of it if you want to. If you don't care, go off of how you feel. Your mind controls everything and if you're down on yourself. then your cells literally go off of your thoughts. Your cells and your body are going off of negativity, then they're actually just not even going to prosper. You just have to stay positive and it's way easier said than done."

Woods loves healthy food—and also the occasional burger. "I really like smoothies," she says. "Like a protein shake or a fruit smoothie. Or an apple. They're easy, 'cause after I workout, I don't want to eat anything too heavy. I try to not eat too much fast food, but if I am going to go to a fast-food restaurant, it's most likely In-N-Out back home, or Shake Shack in New York. And I love sushi. Sushi's pretty healthy – it's just the rice. But, yeah, I wouldn't consider sushi junk food."

Woods learned to embrace her unique and curvy physique after modeling. "I think a true boss knows there is always more to learn," she says. "You have to keep going, always. Modeling really helps me find my confidence and break out of my shell. When I first started modeling it taught me to face rejection. In the industry and life in general there are going to be a lot of people who don't like you or understand you, you have to be ok with the fact that what other people think really doesn't matter."

Woods is careful to take care of her skin. "I actually love skincare," she says. "Hopefully one day I will have my own skincare line. I just always try to make sure I take off all my makeup before I go to sleep, wash my face every morning and every night. I tend to have kind of dry [skin], so I don't use too many toners, but I love like, a rosewater spray toner. Things that are light and refreshing."

Mittenaere's go-to beverage is an iced coconut milk latte. "The study showed that Polynesian Islanders who consumed more coconut milk, oil and water, had healthier blood lipid profile levels, which is a key indicator of heart disease."

Mittenaere likes to work on her abs, even when she's traveling. "When I travel, I try to work out before I go to bed," she says. "I'll do 10 minutes of abs one day and 10 minutes of butt the next day. There's a lot of videos on YouTube, and I use 10 minutes to do one part of my body."

Attwood relies on coffee to give her energy throughout the morning. "Coffee may help some people maintain alertness and energy levels thanks to its caffeine content," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook. "When coffee is consumed, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and travels to the brain where it 'fires up' certain neurons which may improve memory, mood, energy and cognitive function, if consumed in moderation. Other reports suggest drinking coffee before exercise may reduce rates of exertion and potentially improve athletic performance."

Attwood starts the day with Pilates as part of her new healthy lifestyle. "As human beings, we are creatures of habit," says lead yoga therapist Judi Bar. "We walk a certain way, we take the stairs a certain way, we stand a certain way and we sit at our desk a certain way. So, our muscles get imbalanced because of overuse. What Pilates does is help to counteract that."

Attwood loves hiking, especially when she's traveling. "Think of hiking as simply taking a longer walk in nature; you can hike at any pace, at any elevation, and for any number of miles, hours, or even days," says Alyson Chun, assistant director of adventure sports at Stanford University and instructor for REI. "The more challenging the hike, the more calories — and stress — you'll melt away."

Attwood loves walking her dog, which is an easy and fun way to stay active. "Walking can be as good as a workout, if not better, than running," says Dr. Matt Tanneberg, CSCS. "You hear of people 'plateauing' when they continue to do the same workout routine and stop seeing results. I see patients all the time that plateau from running, they will run the same distance, speed and time, day in and day out. You need to constantly be switching up your exercise routine in order to get the maximum benefit for your health."

Yazmin Oukhellou flaunts her famous curves

Yazmin is waking up Dubai in her swimsuit. The TOWIE star flaunts her famous curves in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, also sharing a motivating message with her followers. Yazmin fuels up with protein. She recently dished about her diet to Closer. "For breakfast, I'll have a protein shake, usually a cookies and cream flavor. "My break-up [with James Lock] has done me wonders, because that's what's got me back into the gym. When I was with James I was comfort eating and putting on weight, but now I'm single I want to get that revenge body." What is her workout? "A warm-up run for 10-15 minutes, then I'll do squats and planks to rm my bum and abs."

Yazmin refuses to deprive herself. "I love sweets," Yazmin confessed to Closer. "I've got a whole sweet cupboard in my house!" She told New UK that how she eats depends on her mood. "Sometimes I want to be really healthy or vegetarian," she said. "I'm dairy and gluten intolerant, but I still eat them. I'll get bloated, but it doesn't happen all the time."

Yazmin admits that she struggles with self-confidence and "110 percent" feels pressure to "look a certain way." However, she feels her best when she is taking care of herself. "Like all women, if I've been going to the gym for a week then I start to feel good in myself. But if I have a couple of weeks off and start binge eating, then I don't feel as confident," she told New UK.

Yazmin recently started swimming. "Your fitness is 100% mental. When I was told I may not be able to use my arm fully again so I asked if I could start swimming. I was told you can try but you won't be able to for a good while. I told myself don't listen Yaz. Your going swimming tomorrow. And I did. I swam five lengths and I cried and called my mum. This has taught me that anything you want to achieve in life. No matter what it is. No matter how many times others tell you that you can't. You CAN. Don't listen to anyone other than your own mind. If you want something you CAN achieve it. & guess what I now swim 60 lengths most days," she said in an Instagram post.

Maya Jama showed off her stunning figure

Maya Jama has wowed fans in a bikini as she parties in Dubai between episodes of Love Island. Maya showed off her stunning figure in the bikini in the United Arab Emirates.

The 28-year-old paired the bikini top with a matching skirt, as she heads back to South Africa for the Casa Amor shake-up. Maya has been hosting Love Island for the first time this series, as the show broadcasts its second ever winter edition from South Africa.

Maya, aged 28, took over from Laura Whitmore and has been showered with gushing reviews from viewers over her presenting style and hosting skills. The star's stint presenting Love Island companion and spin-off show Aftersun has also gone down a storm, sparking huge ratings - which at some points have even dwarfed the main show.

"Moment I stop having fun with it, I'll be done with it," Maya wrote. "Me and the girlies are off. I had about four days off and I thought, 'F*** it, let's go on holiday," Maya told her followers in another Instagram video on social media as she shared a clip having landed back in the UK for the BRITs.

Lifting the lid on Maya's record-breaking Aftersun debut, an ITV source told The Sun: "Spinoffs are not meant to be the main event. Maya is shot in the arm Love Island needs." Maya will be at the BRITs on Saturday night as Mo Gilligan hosts the annual awards bash from London.

Maya's red-hot photo comes as relationships on Love Island will be put to the test further next week, as contestants return to Casa Amor. The return of the ITV reality show's infamous spin-off villa was announced in the closing moments of Friday's episode.

Next week is due to see a new slate of bombshells arrive, as tensions continue to rise between contestants.
