Jasmine Sanders is turning up the heat in Charleston – in her swimsuit. In one of her latest social media posts, the model-slash-influencer, who also goes by the nickname "Golden Barbies," shows off her famous figure in a tiny bathing suit. "You can thank my niece for these ☺️ Couldn't pick a fave – what's yours?" she asked her 6 million-plus Instagram followers.

Jasmine doesn't pay attention to the numbers. "I don't mind what size I am. I honestly couldn't tell you my jeans size because I haven't worn them in forever. I'm in activewear all the time because that's what I'm comfortable wearing daily," she told Fox News. "I've been different sizes over the years. I was extremely tiny at some point, still healthy, but very small in the eyes of a lot of people," she continued. "Now that I'm older – I've been in the industry for over 15 years – I feel like I've made a pretty nice name for myself.

I know how to maintain the weight that I'm at or lose at a healthy rate. But more importantly, I want to make sure I'm feeling my best self mentally. So I would tell girls to embrace your curves. Feel good about yourself, no matter what size you are. I work out to feel good and experience life. I want to feel comfortable in the skin that I'm in. And it doesn't matter what the measuring tape says."

If you want a fit figure like Jasmine, you will have to work for it. "I definitely try to do faster cardio in the morning just to get it out of the way. And then if I can, I'll do some type of activity outside, like jump rope. But I also focus a lot on my legs like squats, lunges, and mountain climbers," she told Fox News. "I also have a StairMaster. But if I'm not doing that, I go on a bike ride down the beach. I also like meeting up with friends to work out right before a shoot because I want to prepare myself mentally more than anything."

Jasmine recommends a protein-centric diet. She does cheat on occasion. "I love crab legs and crab boils. I have a friend who makes amazing crab boils and he delivers them to my house. I like my pasta. I've been loving burgers lately and I'm not really a burger girl," she told Fox News. "But I try to balance it out throughout the day. If I eat something like a burger, then I'll have my salads and get some grains in. I think moderation is key."

Jasmine maintains that "leading up to a swimsuit shoot, I definitely eat healthily. I take my vitamins. I do apple cider vinegar in the morning." Why ACV? "For me, I just feel like it helps with my digestive system. I feel better after a couple of days of taking it. A lot of my friends can't drink it and hate the taste of it *laughs*. I like to add a little bit of water and lemon to make it taste a little better. But I don't taste it anymore," she added.

Jasmine maintains that Pilates is essential for preparing her body for rigorous modeling shoots. "You have to be strong enough to hold these positions for a long time. You're popping your body and contorting it in a certain way," she told Fox News. "I find Pilates really helpful, especially when you're modeling and holding poses for a long time. At the end of a shoot, your body gets really tired and you're exhausted. And for some shoots, you have to do that for two, three days in a row. It can be a lot on your body. But I also love stretching after a shoot. It's all about finding ways to keep moving and staying active throughout your day."

Jasmine Sanders is making a splash in her swimsuit! The model shows off her crazy curves in a kiwi colored bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Pool day," she captioned the Instagram clip, which was met with a flurry of fire emojis from her followers.

For Kate Bock, there’s never a bad time to slip into a swimsuit

The Canadian model Kate Bock made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut in 2013. Fast forward to 2020, when the 33-year-old teamed up with Jasmine Sanders and Olivia Culpo to appear on the coveted cover. As a sought-after supermodel, the call to fly to any dazzling destination can happen at any moment, which is why she’s always game to strike a pose in a two-piece.

But these days, Bock is keeping busy in other ways. And wedding bells will be heard soon as Bock said "yes" in January to NBA star Kevin Love.

Bock spoke about being part of the SI Swimsuit family, creating fun cocktails at home, how she stays in shape all year long, as well as the must-have foods that are always in her fridge. " I’m always running around, so I like things that I can grab easily. For example, I love Abby’s Better squeeze packs. They have different types of nut butter like almonds or even sunflower. They’re great for when I’m heading to the gym and I can just throw them in my purse. I also like to carry them when I’m traveling. It’s an easy snack on the go.

But I’m a big almond butter person, so you will always find that. I’m also a big egg person. I eat eggs pretty much every single day for breakfast. I love eggs. I’m also a big avocado fan. I love eating it fresh or using it to make a chocolate mousse for dessert. I know it sounds weird, but it’s really good. I highly recommend it. I also have a lot of sliced turkey and fresh chicken. I always like to have premade food in Tupperwares, just ready to go. That way, when you get home and you’re really tired, you just need to heat it. And you’ll have plenty of options, too."

Talking about what made her want to join the magazine she told " I just remember looking at the magazines when I was a younger girl in Canada. I always thought the women were so beautiful and the locations felt so exotic like it was all a dream. I’ve been with this brand for nearly a decade, which feels insane. But they have supported me through all these years. We’re together all year with events, meetings and calls. They’re really present in my life. They’ve helped me grow as a person, and they inspired me to develop as an entrepreneur, which I’m loving."

And this is the way she prepared for new photo shoots "It’s crazy. People always ask me, "How do you prepare for a shoot?" In my industry, you always have to be prepared. I could get a call to fly tonight to Mexico and shoot a bikini campaign tomorrow. It’s sometimes that quick. So I don’t prepare that much for Sports Illustrated. In this industry, you always have to be ready to go. So it’s more about having a healthy lifestyle with daily exercise than anything else. And the brand does an amazing job of making every girl feel her absolute best in her body."

And also she revealed her fitness routine. I’m someone who lives in between a few different places because my fiancé plays basketball in Cleveland. So we are constantly traveling. I am someone who works out very regularly, but it all depends on what I have accessible to me that day. Sometimes I’ll do an at-home workout using a fitness app. I love good dance cardio because it’s really fun, and you can honestly do it anywhere. When I’m at home, I work out with my trainer in the mornings at Gotham Gym. I love it and I can get my workout done for the day. Sometimes I’ll even bike there, and it feels great to get your day started that way. If I’ve been traveling a lot or I feel run down, I love hot yoga to help stretch everything out. I do spin. I like SoulCycle and I do Pilates. And if I’m in a different city, I look up workouts near my hotel.

I also have a puppy, so she gets me outside every day. I’ve started to notice the mileage that I walk with my dog. So I walk everywhere to get things done, but I’m also in a walkable city. If I’m in a location that’s not so walkable, I get on a treadmill and walk for an hour. And I find that makes a big difference. And on days when I feel like challenging myself, maybe I’ll do a bit of an incline for an hour.

I think the key is to get your body moving. You shouldn’t get intimidated by doing certain workouts. Whatever works for you is great. I also like the TRX Suspension Trainers, and you can just hook them to your door. It’s amazing to stretch on. You can do cardio or strength training with your body weight. It’s also easy to travel with. It’s hard to have an excuse at this point to not work out because there are so many things you can do.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie of the Year model was shown standing tall as she held up her mobile phone and captured the short clip. Her golden locks were hanging free, and one hand was positioned behind the mass of curls. With the phone covering her face, it was hard to see her beautiful face or if the model was wearing any makeup.

Jasmine wore a plain black bikini that featured gold clips on each strap running over her shoulders. In addition, a band of gold was seen in the center of the top. The matching bikini bottoms did not feature any gold trim as it sat high over her curvaceous hips. With the pose, Jasmine’s flat stomach was prominently on display.

On her feet, she wore fluffy white slippers as she protected them from the stark white tiles beneath. Standing in front of a doorway, the video also showed a side table that had a vase of bamboo and a silver skull ornament positioned on it. This low table seemed to be situated next to a sofa or chair made out of a soft neutral-colored material. On the floor appeared to be a pile of clothing.

Golden Barbie Jasmine Sanders won Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's Rookie of the Year Award

Model Jasmine Sanders has graced the pages of high-fashion magazines like Vogue and CR Fashion Book, and now she’s adding Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie of the Year to her resumé.

After being in the 2019 SI Swim Issue that debuted in May, the model, who goes by Golden Barbie on social media, has won the Rookie of the Year Award.

Each year, the Rookie is chosen based on a combination of popular vote, editor’s choice and history as an SI Swimsuit brand ambassador. This year’s rookie class featured an amazing group of empowering women including Camille Kostek, Haley Kalil, Halima Aden, Kelsey Merritt, Olivia Brower, Tara Lynn and Winnie Harlow.

Last November, Sanders joined the SI Swim family, and was quick to share her excitement.

“I’m so excited to be part of the Sports Illustrated family!” the model sharedat the time of her initiation into the rookie class. “I love that they celebrate all types of women with different body types from different backgrounds. I can’t wait to be along side such icons as Tyra Banks, Heidi Klum, Irina Shayk, Chrissy Teigen, and Ashley Graham, just to name a few.”

Prior to joining SI’s rookie class, Sanders has walked the runways of designers like Moschino and Ralph Lauren and she even branched into the beauty world, making an appearance in Kylie Jenner’s “Glosses” video.

Model Kari Miller will leave Miami and head to South Africa, to start a whole new path

If there was ever a thing as “living your dream life”, Barbadian model Kari Miller believes that she’s well on her way to living hers.

Since leaving Barbados at 22 in pursuit of a modelling career, the now 27-year-old beauty has been making tremendous strides in her chosen career.

Recently, she was able to rub shoulders with some big names in the model industry when she competed in a swimsuit competition for Sports Illustrated magazine.

“I was in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Competition in Miami, Florida. I was chosen for the Top 60 from over 900 women to make it through to the next round of the contest. Unfortunately, I didn’t make the Top 17 to walk in the fashion show for swim week or a chance for the magazine this year. But I was given a crazy opportunity to interact with models like Winnie Harlow, Jasmine Sanders, SI Swimsuit cover model Camille Kostek and got to shoot with someone I’ve wanted to shoot with for a really long time, Yutsai. Honestly, it was my best day for Miami Swim week this year.

"The energy and vibes in the room was so pure and so beautiful; just to be around, interact with and learn from people you’ve only envisioned yourself with was amazing while being able to tell them about my beautiful island,” Kari recalled.

Even though she didn’t make it to the Top 17 of that competition, she is still making strides in other areas.

In a few weeks, Kari will leave Miami and head to South Africa, to start a whole new path.

“I am currently preparing for my move to Cape Town, South Africa, where I will be meeting my new agency Topco Models and spending a few months developing my model book and career. I do not have any specific projects I am working on right now.

"I am more trying to set up my life for what 2020 is bringing for me. I will be working on a few projects in the future to help specifically our people, children and our environment,” Kari said.

Jasmine Sanders is a model and was born in Germany, but was raised in South Carolina. She began her modeling career as a teenager. Sanders modeled for Seventeen, Free People, Nike, and Aldo.

In 2016, she moved her career towards high fashion. Sanders has walked runway for designers such as Miu Miu, Moschino, DKNY and Ralph Lauren.
