Jennifer Aniston is paying homage to the women in her life in her swimsuit. The 54-year-old actress shows off her forever young figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, a video compilation of moments with her BBFs. "Thank god for girlfriends," she captioned the Instagram tribute.

Jennifer loves drinking shakes. During a recent interview with Allure to blended up a mix of powders, nuts, ground-up things, bananas, "chocolate things," and shavings. "Whoa, I hope you like sweet things," she said to the journalist. "Cheers."

Aniston is embracing aging. "I feel the best in who I am today, better than I ever did in my 20s or 30s even, or my mid-40s. We needed to stop saying bad shit to ourselves," she told Allure. "You're going to be 65 one day and think, I looked fucking great at 53," she then said to herself.

Aniston told Allure "It's important," to not hold a grudge. "It's toxic to have that resentment, that anger. I learned that by watching my mom never let go of it. I remember saying, 'Thank you for showing me what never to be.' So that's what I mean about taking the darker things that happen in our lives, the not-so-happy moments, and trying to find places to honor them because of what they have given to us."

Jennifer sticks to a cardio routine: The 15-15-15 workout. "I had an injury last fall and I was only able to do Pilates, which I absolutely love. But I was missing that kind of sweat when you just go for it," she recently told InStyle. "I'm going back to my 15-15-15, which is a 15-minute spin, elliptical, run. And then just old school: I can chase myself around a gym. I need some kind of movement, even if it's just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline."

Jennifer is famous for her healthy diet devotion. "I don't let eating habits get out of control where I need a reset button," she told Yahoo Food. "My general philosophy is to eat healthy. It's pretty clear: eat as much organic fruits and veggies as you can, keep sugar [intake] low, drink tons and tons of water, and get good sleep."

Aniston drinks a whopping 100 ounces of water per day. "But occasionally I just have to have a Diet Coke—there's nothing like it!" According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Aniston adds collagen peptides to her coffee. "I've always been an advocate for finding wellness from the inside out – and I'm so happy to share the importance of collagen," she revealed. Jennifer Aniston has posed for her hottest magazine cover shoot ever, posing in a tiny bra that barely covered her chest and letting her toned abs do the talking.

The 53-year-old Friends icon has stripped off for Allure magazine's December 2022 issue, rocking an array of minuscule outfits – but the showstopper was on full display on the front cover.

The shot showed the Rachel Greene star wearing a tiny string Chanel bra, which barely covered her nipples, and a pair of matching bikini bottoms.

Jen tugged at the bottoms however she slipped a pair of black trousers over the top to not go completely overboard with the sex appeal.

Her famous honey blonde hair was styled straight and flowed around her face and down onto her chest, with strands curving onto her toned stomach.

The ever-popular actress was all dolled up, with lashings of mascara on her fluttery lashes, which framed her gorgeous blue-green eyes.

The fun didn't stop there, as Jennifer posed in another tiny bralette top in another shot from inside the magazine.

She could be seen in an all-white outfit, with her abs on display again as she wore some low-rising trousers embellished with huge diamante letters spelling out "DIOR".

Jennifer looked down between her legs as an adorable dog sat next to her, as a wind machine blew her hair up and away from her face.

In the same outfit, Jennifer leaned forward and looked directly at the camera, her hair covering up her exposed chest.

Another shot saw Jennifer lying on the ground in a red bodysuit, with cut-out elements all over her body and chest.

Her golden pins were visible in the background as she stretched out for the shot, which was taken on a shiny red backdrop.

The Horrible Bosses star looked off into the distance, with her silky hair pulled over one side of her head and laying out on the floor around her.

Jennifer wore a red leather jacket over the top of the sizzlingly skimpy outfit, with just the upturned collar visible on her back, almost making her look like a present with a bow on.

The star appeared topless in another image which was taken as she posed to the side and leaned back, with only a plunging black skirt visible.

She got wet in another image, in which she slipped into a blue bra top and held her hand to her mouth.

With her tanned skin glistening with water droplets and her hair soaking and in its natural curls, Jennifer looked gorgeous with turquoise shadows around her eyes.

The actress, 53, shared photos from her last beach vacation with her pals, including her Horrible Bosses co-star Jason Bateman and his wife Amanda Anka.

In the images, the Friends star, who swears by daily workouts and meditations, looked tanned and toned as she soaked up the sun with her group of friends in a mystery beach location.

The snap sees the star catching some rays while dressed in her mismatched black and red bikini and with a wide-brimmed hat over her face.

The star has been able to maintain her incredible size 2 shape over her three decades in Hollywood.

Earlier this year the Morning Show actress shared with a magazine her well-being secrets.

The 5ft5in cover girl admitted that she keeps her diet in check by starting her day off with warm lemon water and she also takes climbing classes on her stair climber.

But the best part of her day is the time she sets aside to meditate, Jennifer Aniston said.

In the section titled Curbs Cravings: Breakfast With A Twist, the blonde beauty said: 'During quarantine, I loved cooking.'

The Cake actress added: 'When I wake up I have warm lemon water, then a shake or avocado and eggs. I found ways to make eggs every which way.'

The ex-wife of Justin Theroux then shared: 'But I also do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in.'Do it right before the oatmeal is finished cooking - it gives extra protein and this fluffy texture that's delicious.'

The former Friends star was feeling thankful for her longtime career and for her glam squad when she shared the photos from her spread in a magazine.

In one image, Jennifer was lounging on a chair outdoors wearing a white bikini top and high-waisted pants.

Jennifer Aniston wore a trilby hat perched on her head as she looked down the lens of the camera.

In others, she was dressed to impress in a black leotard with a sheer skirt and she shared some casual snapshots from the series too.

In the interview with the trade publication, she opened up about the recent Friends reunion and said they were "naive" going into it.

She went as far as to say that revisiting the set of the sitcom brought back memories of the "hardest time" in her life.

⁣"Time travel is hard," she said, talking about going back to the nineties in NYC. "I think we were just so naive walking into it, thinking, 'How fun is this going to be? They're putting the sets back together, exactly as they were.' Then you get there and it's like, 'Oh right, I hadn't thought about what was going on the last time I was actually here.'"

She added: "It was all very jarring and, of course, you’ve got cameras everywhere and I’m already a little emotionally accessible, I guess you could say, so I had to walk out at certain points. I don’t know how they cut around it."

Paulina Porizkova has been showing off her incredible figure and toned abs for nearly four decades, so it should come as no surprise that fans are dying to know what the supermodel eats in a day.

The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alum opened up about her daily diet in a new video, revealing that she is a fan of the 16:8 intermittent fasting plan beloved by Jennifer Aniston and Kourtney Kardashian.

'I do the 16:8 diet, which just means basically that you don't eat for 16 hours and then you eat for eight,' Porizkova, 54, explained. 'I generally take it as I eat whatever I want for eight hours because I like food, but I also kind of tend to like more healthy food.'

However, she noted that she listens to her body and isn't one to ignore a craving, saying: 'If I need a fried chicken, then I need a fried chicken. It's just the way it is.'

'It's actually really easy,' she insisted. 'I did get hungry at first when I first started doing this diet. I'd kind of obsess about food, but then it sort of evens out. Now, I don't even think about it. In fact, I'm not at all hungry until 16 hours later when I do get hungry.'

Porizkova likes to break her fast with a vegan smoothie which offers a mix of smoothies, soups, grain bowls, and wellness shots.

Jennifer Aniston, 50, looks like she hasn’t aged a day on the covers of InStyle’s October issue. The Morning Show actress graces not one, but six different covers for the magazine’s Beauty Issue, where she is pictured in bathing suits, a suit, and more sexy outfits. Not only does she wear fabulous looks for the magazine, her glam is also perfect and she even rocks bangs on one cover.

But not everybody is happy about one of the actress’s unrecognizable looks. In the first of the covers posted to InStyle’s Instagram page, the 50-year-old actress is rocking a strapless bikini with a number of chunky gold jewels. However, the only thing standing out to readers is Aniston’s noticeably darker and airbrushed skin.

Aniston’s other looks, however, seem more favorable as fans call her “a timeless beauty” and even thank InStyle for the “amazing surprise.”

Aside from just looking gorgeous in the photoshoot, Jennifer opened up about her latest projects as well as her style and love for skincare, which she said she owes all to her mom. The reason she got into skincare in the first place, she admits, “I think it’s because my mom told me to start moisturizing when I turned 15. I’ve been using Aveeno since I was a teenager.”

Courteney Cox was back in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, to celebrate her 55th birthday

Courteney Cox rang in her 55th birthday on June 15, and celebrated the milestone south of the border this week with some celebrity pals including BFF Jennifer Aniston.

On Wednesday, the former Friends star was spotted soaking up the sun in a black bikini on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. She was joined by actresses Mary McCormack, Kristin Hahn, and Amanda Anka for the beach day, while Jen opted to hang by the pool at their villa instead. The Murder Mystery star whose Netflix film recently broke a streaming record did some sunbathing in a mismatched bikini.

Before heading to Mexico, Courteney and Jen linked up with costar and friend Lisa Kudrowfor a celebratory dinner in LA. Jennifer also recently stopped by The Ellen DeGeneres Showand talked about the possibility of an onscreen Friends reunion.

"Listen, I would do it! The girls would do it and the boys would do it, I'm sure," Jen said, adding that "anything can happen."

Courteney was seen relaxing on the beach with friends and wading into the cool blue water.

This is Courteney's second recent trip to Cabo after flying down for Jennifer's 50th in February.

Though Courteney and Jennifer made it down to Mexico for the celebrations, the Friends stars also met up with another old friend earlier in the week.

Once again, she wore her signature locks down and straight, and looks nothing short of perfect in the image.

In the interview, the actress talked about a number of topics, including the fact that she has no problem posing topless something she has done before in the past.

“It felt completely normal. I think our bodies are beautiful, and I think celebrating them and being comfortable in them no matter what age you are is important. There shouldn’t be any kind of shame or discomfort around it.”
