Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber both feel it has been a challenge adjusting to married life but they are best friends and in love

Hailey Baldwin has opened up about her relationship with Justin Bieber, describing being married at such a young age as "scary.”

The 22-year-old model married the 24-year-old singer in a private civil ceremony in New York in September 2018, almost a decade after first being introduced by Baldwin's father, actor Stephen Baldwin.

While the pair have appeared in high spirits since their nuptials, being featured together on the widely-discussed cover of the March issue of US Vogue, Baldwin has admitted that acclimatising to married life has been a challenge at times.

"It's definitely scary to be this young and be married, it's a scary thing," she said while talking on Zaza World Radio on Apple Music alongside fellow model and friend Kendall Jenner.

"But it's also the person that I've literally been in love with for so many years, so that's the best part about it. I feel like he's my best friend and we just get to do life together forever now."
