The TV presenter AJ Odudu headed off to Southeast Asia after having to pull out of the Strictly Come Dancing live tour

AJ was due to reunite with dance partner Kai Widdrington as several of the BBC One show's 2020 and 2021 stars hit the road and take the hit program to arenas across the country.

But the Blackburn-born star wasn't ready to put on her dancing shoes after a devastating foot injury forced her out of the Strictly final last year.

AJ Odudu revealed the news she was withdrawing from the tour earlier this month but she soon had some good news to share.

"When one door closes, an airoplane door opens," she began "I'm off to Vietnam to film a show coming soon"

But she distracted the with a snap showing off her toned physique after being able to ditch her moon boot.

"Are you even abroad if you're not getting eaten by mosquitos?" she shared alongside the photo as she posed in a two-piece orange bikini.
