Tammy Hembrow, mum-of-three recently welcomed her daughter Posy back in June where her partner Matt Poole described her as "beautiful".

And now wasting no time in getting back into fitness, the Australian bikini model has amazed with her ripped body.

The mum-of-three teamed the news with a series of snaps where she rocked a gorgeous floral bikini set.

It matched well with her new hair color which she recently dyed earlier this month.

She put her hard rock abs and tanned physique on display as people labeled Tammy a "weapon".
