Esther Anderson shared a new photo on snstagram showing off her figure

Esther Anderson is a model and actress, known for her work on Home and Away. She's currently enjoying the Australian summer. One thing she is doing is spending time at the pool. Anderson shared a new photo on Instagram. In it, she wore a long sleeve black swimsuit, showing off her figure.

Anderson does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is horseback ride. She shared a photo on Instagram of herself and her mother in law riding in the mountains. Anderson captioned the post, "Topanga with my mum-in-law riding Washy and Yokin."

Another outdoor activity Anderson likes to do is go biking. She sometimes likes to bike with her family. Anderson owns a bike with a kid seat on the back, which she uses for her son. Anderson shared a set of photos on Instagram of the two of them about to go for a ride. She captioned it, "New wheels. 'Are you ready Forry?' #theface."

In a recently Instagram post, Anderson opened up about changes she made to her wellness routine. She says that she did a lot of research to find what works for her. "When I went on a quest to help treat my son's chronic eczema (having tried doctors, allergists, dermatologists and no improvement) I ended up finding a fantastic naturopath and kinesiologist who put me on the right track with Forest's diet. I then did some more research on my own and read the @medicalmedium book 'Liver Rescue' and our lives have changed completely for the better!!

In the same Instagram post, Anderson revealed that while she's not the biggest fan of fruit, she makes sure to eat it. In the past, she admits that she didn't always eat it, so she's trying to increase that. "I still don't crave fruit, but I make sure I eat it anyway. Smoothies have been a great way for me to enjoy eating enough fruit and know I'm getting the nutrients I need."

Anderson makes sure to speak up about things. She shared a lot of posts on Instagram supporting the Black Lives Matter movement. Anderson posted this drawing encouraging other people to support black-owned businesses. She also shared a post, captioning it, "How on earth is this still happening in our world? It's time to do everything we can to end this."
