Aura Cristina Geithner shows off her beautiful figure

Actress and singer Aura Cristina Geithner shares a lot of unique and funny videos on her Instagram. Geithner shared a new one on her page this week. In it, she wore a leopard print two-piece swimsuit, her figure on display. Geithner captioned the post, "And well, actually sometimes the will falters! ??? That's why I ask you to accompany me! ?? Kisses to all!"

Geithner is all about having confidence in herself. She opened up about this in an interview with Eva Rey. "At this stage of my life I am very happy, much more than when I was in sizes 6 and 8," she said. Geithner also says that this confidence has led her to take better care of herself. "Now, I try to maintain myself as best as I can, but I don't suffer so much anymore because before I was a bit obsessed with maintaining myself and, in addition to strict diets, used many other alternatives to achieve the goal."

Geithner is all about being natural. She opened up about this in an interview. "People think it's free, but actually this has been a change in consciousness since about 20 years ago when I turned to natural medicine. No drugs, no alcohol, no cigarettes, all of that adds up to a good attitude."

Geithner likes to go outside. One thing she likes to do is ride scooters. While on a trip to Australia, she rode an electric scooter around. Geithner shared a video on Instagram of herself doing this, captioning it, "And that's how I am… I learned to let go, live in the present, thank you? Nice day to all!" She also shared a set of photos, captioning them, "How nice to enjoy, share moments… ? In Australia ?? Wonderful day for everyone!"

In the same interview, Geithner opened up about her views on plastic surgery. She says that she tries to avoid it at all costs. Geithner says that she believes taking care of yourself can help you avoid surgeries. In particular, she cites eating healthy as the major thing. "There is no point in having 18 surgeries done if the eating habits are the same and you don't take care of yourself with food."

When it gets dark, you start producing melatonin so you are ready to sleep in about two hours. With more sunlight in the summer, you are likely to feel more awake. Consequently, the incidence of insomnia is much higher now than it was before these devices were invented," says Unity Point Health.
