Joanna Opozda is chilling out in her swimsuit. The Polish actress shows off her incredible body in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Good vibes," she captioned the Instagram photo.
Joanna loves drinking coffee. Science continues to prove that drinking coffee is great for your health. In fact, a new 2022 study published in the European Journal of Preventive Cardiology found that drinking two to three cups a day of most types of coffee – especially a mild to moderate intake of ground, instant, and decaffeinated coffee – may protect you from cardiovascular disease and an early death.
Joanna also loves to read. "It is never too late to fight for yourself ❤️. If you like to read, be sure to get the "Confidant of the Story". This is a great heart warming story. A perfect story for long autumn evenings. The book uplifts, entertains, touches and gives hope ?. If you need more light and warmth on the shorter and colder days like I do, be sure to get this title," she captioned a photo of herself reading. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.
Joanna rides bikes for fitness. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Joanna takes a lot of walks. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
During the winter months, Laura stays in shape with the help of snowboarding. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
