Meanwhile, Nicole's fitness trainer Paolo Mascitti recently told Daily Mail Australia the singer is 'extremely dedicated' in the gym, and requires her workouts to be 'frequently' changed.

The exercise enthusiast also shared a step-by-step workout plan, targeting the major muscle groups.

LA-based instructor shared: 'Nicole is extremely dedicated in the gym, she is so hardworking which makes her such a pleasure to work with.'

'Due to her background in dance, she needs both physical and mental stimulation in her workout routines,' he divulged. 'This means changing it quite frequently.'
