A buff bikini model showed off her strength when she attempted the U.S. Navy’s Physical Readiness Test after insisting she hasn’t worked on her six-pack abs in three years.
Ashley Kaltwasser, a three-time winner of the Bikini Olympia contest, was filmed doing a round of sit-ups and push-ups before embarking on a one-and-a-half-mile run.
As part of the fitness test, participants are given two minutes to do as many sit-ups as possible and then two minutes to complete as many push-ups as they can.
After completing the first two rounds, they have to do a timed one-and-a-half-mile run. While walking or a combination of walking or running is allowed, the goal is to finish the run as fast as possible.
Passing scores for the Physical Readiness Test vary based on gender and age.
‘I’m most worried about the sit-ups because, honestly, I haven’t trained abs in three years,’ Ashley explains at the start of the video. ‘But the other ones, I should be okay.’
Ashley once again admits that she is a bit nervous about the abs portion of the test.
‘Don’t let these abs fool you,’ she says while lifting up her shirt to show off her rock hard stomach. ‘Like, literally, haven’t done abs in, like, three years. So, I’m gonna be so sore after this. This is the one test that I’m very un-confident about.’
