Brielle Biermann is hanging ten in her swimsuit! The reality star shows off her famous curves in one of her latest social media posts, enjoying a day of water sports at the beach. "She captioned the Instagram post, "swerve, surfing all in this good, good."
Brielle does intermittent fasting. "I only eat between 3-8 every day!" the star in a 2020 Q&A session on Instagram. She revealed that when it's time to break fast, she heads to the drive-thru. "I go to [Chick-fil-A] EVERY DAY (except Sunday) around 3 for my breakfast/lunch," she revealed."Every day I have to have a cheeseburger or chicken tenders at some point throughout my day, and if I don't have a little something sweet—whether it's a peanut butter cup, a small brownie or anything chocolate—after dinner, I don't feel like I ate," she added People in 2017. Unlike her mom, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, she's "not a fan" of salads. "I love to eat, and I eat anything and everything I want, just in moderation."
Brielle also takes diet pills. She has promoted Modere Lean Body System, three-piece collection of capsules and supplements. "I lost my initial extra pounds using Modere and still take it now, which is why I think I haven't put much weight back on since being able to eat again," added the KAB Cosmetics founder.
Obviously fitness is a big part of Brielle's life. She works out with a trainer and also takes group classes. "I love spin class," she told People. "I'm addicted to it."
"My weight fluctuates a lot so I'm trying really hard to get better at eating right, going to the gym and taking care of myself. I've always been insecure about my body, I [sic] think most women are! Push yourself. Set a goal and work towards it … Thank you to my trainer @abmatthews_fit for pushing me!!"
Brielle also stays in shape with the help of outdoor activities. One of her go-tos? Tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
According to her latest social media post, Brielle also enjoys standup paddle boarding. The American Council on Exercise (ACE) agrees that paddle boarding is great for the core and also a great form of cardio. The water sport can burn an average of 385 calories for a 140 pound male and 436 for a female the same size, per a study conducted by Arizona State University.
