Dove Cameron is grateful – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post, the Descendents star thanks Reese Witherspoon for inviting her to perform at the Oscar winner's first Hello Sunshine Shine Away conference, wearing a bathing suit top while on stage. "sheesh !! thank you for having me @reesewitherspoon had so much fun singing some unreleased sad girl songs/a little jazz & talking about the album, what an honor," the singer and actress captioned the Instagram post. "Sexy," commented one of her followers, while supermodel Irina Shayk simply added a fire emoji.
Dove is a "fitness and health junkie," she told Women's Health. Her exercise routine consists of a mix of cardio, body-weight strength training, and a mix of Pilates, barre, and cycling classes. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Dove doesn't skip breakfast. Avocado toast with salmon and a poached egg on top and flax seed oatmeal with flax seeds and chia seeds is her to-to meal, she told Delish. A protein-rich breakfast is a great way to fuel your body for success.

Cameron is a baker, but keeps her goods healthy. "I'm a terrible person. I like to trick people into eating something and then later tell them it's healthy. Because otherwise, people are like, 'this tastes healthy,'" she told Delish. "You have to make a gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free lemon bar, not tell anyone there's anything different about it, and when they all love it, you tell them."
