Kate Hudson looks sensational in a bikini

Kate Hudson bared her jaw-dropping bikini body in a smoldering new Instagram album from her 'dreamy' trip to Athens.

The 45-year-old actress enjoyed a jaunt to the Greek capital surrounded by her family, including her musician husband Danny Fujikawa.

In one heartwarming snap, Kate could be seen pulling a goofy monster pose while she and Danny splashed about in a swimming pool together.

For another picture, she showcased her impressively taut midriff and her willowy legs in her bikini as she lounged in a sauna, gleaming with sweat.

Despite being on vacation, Kate did not skip her workouts, posting a gym selfie in sheer, clinging workout gear that played up her toned physique.

She was also accompanied by her children - her daughter Rani, five, with Danny, and her sons Ryder, 20, and Bingham, 13 from previous relationships.

Kate welcomed Ryder with her ex-husband, the Black Crows frontman Chris Robinson, and then Bingham with Matt Bellamy of Muse fame.

Her latest Instagram album from Athens included a picture of a large dinner that Kate enjoyed surrounded by family and friends by the beach at sunset.

In her caption, she spilled a few of the details of her trip and paid a special tribute to her hotel, One And Only Aesthesis in the seaside suburb Glyfada.

'Absolutely dreamy! For those who follow me you know by now how much I love Greece! I have never stayed in Athens for more than one night and @ooaesthesis new hotel is insane and the private residences were so spectacular,' she wrote.

'Got to see the Parthenon which was a bucket list for me and Rani and I had our first mother daughter spa moment which I will share a little of in another post! Thank you One and Only for a beautiful experience.'

Her summer holiday comes after Kate crossed a new professional threshold and dropped her first solo studio album Glorious in May.

Ahead of the release date, she revealed she was 'afraid' to pursue her 'first love' music before telling herself 'f*** it,' and cutting her new album.

She first became a movie star in 2000, playing a glamorous but fragile rock groupie in the beloved Cameron Crowe film Almost Famous.

After shooting to fame as an actress, she devoted herself to Hollywood and let her musical ambitions drift into the 'back seat.'

She did get a chance to show off her vocal abilities in various acting projects, performing original songs in the movies Nine and Music.

Now she has finally released her first full album after realizing: 'If I don’t do this, it’ll be a great regret,' she told People in a cover interview.
