The TV star looked in good spirits as she frolicked in the sea and took a stroll on the sandy beach.

The telly favourite was seen enjoying the warm weather during her outing.

She went for a no makeup look and kept her blonde tresses loose.

She flashed her bottom and trim abs while soaking up the sun.

Earlier this year, Kerry stripped off to a black swimsuit to celebrate her body - despite previously branding herself "a whale".

She's been sticking to her vigorous training scheme of yoga, weights and cardio workouts to maintain her eight stone weight.

Before finding the perfect workout and diet plan to suit her, Kerry appeared resigned to being overweight.
