Laura Archbold recently enjoyed a beach day

Laura Archbold, the Colombian actress, recently enjoyed a beach day. She shared a new set of photos from the day on her page this week. In them, she posed in a chair wearing a patterned bathing suit. She captioned the post, "Beach bliss."

Archbold spends a lot of time by the water, as you could probably tell from her recent post. She shares a lot of beach and pool photos on her Instagram page. One thing Archbold likes to do to stay in shape is go swimming. She shared a photo of herself in an infinity pool. Archbold captioned the post, "Always wet."

Another thing Archbold does to stay in shape is go surfing. She shares a lot of surfing posts on her Instagram. Archbold posted a set of photos of herself riding the waves in Colombia. She also posted photos of herself with her board, captioning them, "Exact moment I gave up because I couldn't stop ? (then I always came back and got it). Kinda weird going to complain about a rat in the sand."

Archbold spends a lot of time outside. One thing she likes to do to stay in shape is go biking. She shared these photos on Instagram of herself going on a bike ride on a road with a lot of trees. Biking has a lot of benefits. Better Health states, "Cycling can help to protect you from serious diseases such as stroke, heart attack, some cancers, depression, diabetes, obesity and arthritis."

Archbold has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared some of her tips in an interview. Archbold says that she doesn't wear a lot of makeup, and also always makes sure to take it off. "I always try to be without makeup, I began to gradually stop using products, the mascara, the shadow and so on… I put on makeup for an event or when I work…At night I always remove my make-up with soap and use an eye cream. I apply it with a tube and sometimes I do it with Vaseline, which is my best friend for the skin."

Another thing Archbold does to take care of her skin is making sure it stays hydrated. She shared some of her tips in the same interview. "One of the creams I use right now is Pond's BB Cream. I discovered it and I love that it moisturizes me and covers me with a little color…Every day I apply an astringent, I can't miss it. It refreshes and soothes my skin. I've been doing it since I lived in Mexico and the water affected my skin."
