Miley Cyrus fans said she has become too skinny but she seems unbothered by the comments

Miley was enjoying the sights and sounds of the American Southwest with her family when she struck a pose in the natural wonders.

When she went on a her lake little lake escape she brought along her dog for the ride saying: 'Beanie takes Powell.'

But, users were quick to notice Miley's slender frame and took to the comments begging the Don't Call Me Angel songstress to seek help.

For the occasion Miley appeared to be enjoying her time in the sun at Lake Powell as she posed for dozens of photos in her tiny black bikini.

And she even brought along a special four-legged friend Bean. Her dog came along for the fun day at the lake and even hopped on board of the canoe.

Miley seemed unbothered by comments online as she continue to share photos and flaunt her toned figure online.

One user noted that the Wrecking Ball singer was 'getting thinner' while others chimed in about her appearance.
