Natalie Imbruglia is still in holiday mode after spending the past week in Italy.

Now back at her home in the UK, the Aussie singer and actress couldn’t help but reminisce about her “magical” vacation to the idyllic coastal town of Portifino.

“Magical few days in Portofino celebrating my dear friend @jacksavoretti Birthday!!!” she captioned a carousel of photos on Instagram.

“What a fab bunch of people ️and Portofino is my new favorite place. Missing you all … and the sun and the sea … and the pasta!!”

In photos she shared, the 47-year-old could be seen admiring the colourful cliffside houses from the sea with her girlfriends.

The Italian birthday celebration came just days after Imbruglia celebrated the fourth birthday of her son, Max.

To mark the occasion, the Torn singer shared a rare photo of him on Instagram.

“How time flies … Can’t believe you’re 4yrs old already!!! Thanks to everyone who made his Birthday so special!” she wrote alongside the pic.

Motherhood was always a goal for the star. In a previous interview with UK’s Baby magazine, she spoke candidly about her dreams of becoming a mother.

“Looking back I had lovely friends, had been married, a beautiful home and a career that I was proud of,” she told the magazine.

“But I’d long been at the point where I knew something was missing and that thing became something I yearned for above anything else.”

Imbruglia, who welcomed Max in 2019 via IVF, has never publicly disclosed his father’s identity.

The former Neighbours star was married to Silverchair frontman Daniel Johns from 2003 until 2008.

In 2021, during an episode of the podcast Who Is Daniel Johns?, the rocker opened up about their split, revealing why they called it quits.

Johns admitted in the episode that the split was “probably the best thing that could have happened” as their lives began to move in different directions.

“She wanted to settle down and have babies and she wanted to do normal stuff and I just wanted to get weirder, so we just kind of disappeared from each other,” he said.
