Penelope Cruz is making the most of the last days of summer

The Spanish superstar was seen enjoying a vacation this week, as she was pictured splashing around on the semi-island of Monte Argentario with husband Javier Bardem, 52, in Italy.

Penelope Cruz, 47, who has been hard at work on set of the forthcoming Emanuele Crialese-directed film L’immensita, showed off her impeccable physique while wearing a black swimsuit.

She was joined by her actor-hubby Bardem as they both took a dip in the sea together.

The couple, who have been married since 2010, could be seen lounging on the shore before venturing into the water for a swim during which they could not resist stealing a cheeky kiss in the choppy waters.

Later they were seen relaxing in their luxury surroundings as they took in the rays while resting on sun loungers.
