Rita Ora is living it up in her own slice of paradise over on Instagram. The singer-songwriter and actress, 30, is all about those summery vibes in a set of brand new photos.

So, just how does Rita sculpt those washboard abs? For one, she's a huge fan of circuit training.
"I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio." Rita told.
Rita works with celeb trainer Jono Castano, who has also helped Rebel Wilson on her fitness journey.
Rita has also learned how to pace herself at the gym. "What I've learned is that you can take your time with training," she explained. "You don't have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I'm approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment."
As for her diet, Rita likes to stay away from bread and sugar. Breakfast is usually boiled eggs, veggies, and some muesli with almond milk. For lunch and dinner, she'll dive into some chicken or fish and more veggies with half a potato on the side, plus some extra snacks throughout the day.
And she also knows when to indulge in her cravings: ""I'm such a sucker for cheese and wine. I was just shooting a movie in Italy, and the pastas, the cheeses, the wine—ooh! Obviously I had to have all that good stuff," Rita told.
Rita has also worked super hard on her mental health, and shared her best tip for practicing body acceptance: "You have to come to terms with loving your body," she said. "Stand naked in front of the mirror, and say, 'I'm f—king sexy.' That's where it starts." (Mon 11) Views: 138
