Snow Bikini is a way to reclaim the winter and have fun with it

As we all brace ourselves for this week's freezing temperature by bundling up, these social media influencers are shedding their jackets and enjoying the snow — in bikinis.

A few months ago this trend initiated by the Kardashians took off. Thanks to their great influence many girls are shedding their clothes and getting a snap taken in a bikini.

Since then, Instagram models have been uploading similar photos on social media, and the hashtag #snowbikini now has more than 450 posts.

Why are so many people eager to strip down in the snow?

One model posted, “We women are just sick of winter, and we get sick of wearing frumpy clothes and being covered from head-to-toe.” 

“It’s a way to reclaim the winter and have fun with it.”
