Alexa Dellanos is enjoying the sun in Miami Beach

Alexa Dellanos is enjoying the sun in Miami Beach, Florida—and her fans are enjoying her social media posts. Dellanos shared pictures of herself posing in a white bikini, against a lush green background. "Beautiful!" one admiring friend commented.

Dellanos likes to start her workouts with a treadmill session. "There are many benefits to adding treadmill training into your exercise routine and the convenience of the machine makes it a useful tool in commercial and home gyms," says registered physiotherapist Sam Preston. "It's important to vary the style of your training, as there are different adaptations and responses to each stimulus you apply to the body."

Dellanos never denies herself delicious pasta, especially when traveling. Not all pasta is created equal when it comes to health, experts say. "Whole grain pasta is lower in calories and contributes more vitamins and minerals than the white, refined equivalent, making it a healthier choice," says registered nutritionist Nicola Shubrook.

Dellanos always has coffee before workouts for an energy boost. "There aren't a lot of downsides to drinking moderate amounts of coffee — and in fact, it can have positive effects on your health," says registered dietitian Andrea Dunn, RD. "Surprisingly, coffee is the single best source of antioxidants in the American diet."

Dellanos always includes the rowing machine in her workouts, which expert say is a great way to get cardio. "It's up there in terms of burning calories," says exercise physiologist Chris Dempers. "I'd rank it below running but above an elliptical machine," Dempers says. "There are certain factors that affect how many calories you burn, like your speed, intensity and resistance. But it's still a good workout no matter what."

Dellanos never skips squats and lunges. "Mobility isn't just about your range of motion but how strong you are in specific ranges of motion," says Jake Boly, CSCS. "Squats improve your ability to, well, squat. Repeatedly performing squats train your joints to move through Squats through multiple planes of motion. And adding weight to your squats over time will result in strength at both the bottom and top of a squat. That newfound squat strength carries over everyday life."

Aussie influencer Gabrielle Epstein has stunned fans with a snap of her wearing a barely-there floss bikini. Sharing a selfie on Instagram, the influencer posed in a mirror with her wet blonde hair tumbling down her shoulders.

She showed off her underboob with a racy green bikini top slightly covering her chest with a string tied around her waist.

The influencer, who has more than 3 million followers on Instagram, donned matching green bikini bottoms which had a thin string that sat on her hips. She completed the look with gold chains layered around her neck and minimal makeup while her toned abs were on full display.

Sailor Brinkley-Cook shows off her incredible figure

Sailor Brinkley-Cook is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit snaps. The daughter of Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook shows off her incredible figure in a bathing suit while posing on the shoreline. "Gorgeous," she captioned the Instagram photo.

Sailor openly discusses her body image issues and the importance of self-love. "I've grown up with a lot of body issues. I spent my entire life being so insecure," she told InStyle. "When I did my first bikini shoot, I was worried because I don't even have boobs; I'm a B cup. I don't have all of these intensified assets that many bikini models do. Why should I be considered sexy?" Modeling helped give her the confidence to "own" who and what" she is "at such a bare, raw state," she explained.

"I really felt like I was celebrating my body and my womanhood." More recently she shared about her struggles with body dysmorphia. "I've been so down on myself recently. Crying about my cellulite, letting the fat on my body ruin my day, getting mad that I'm not as skinny as I once was," she wrote in an Instagram post. "The body dysmorphia and left over eating disorder tendencies have been coming in strong. "As I come into myself as a young woman my body shifts and changes by the month, the 'control' I felt I once had over it has been completely stripped away from me. Hormones, emotions, growing pains."

Sailor sweats daily. "In general, I try to work out every day. A normal workout would start with cardio. I'm a big runner—I try to run two miles a day. Then I work out with my trainer at Work Train Fight, doing HIIT workouts like burpees and lunges. If I need a day off, I'll do yoga or something low-intensity," she told InStyle.

Sailor regularly cuts sugar out of her diet – especially right before a shoot or show. "I start cutting sugar 10 days before. Every time I stop eating sugar, it's immediate, and when you're going to the gym every day, cutting out sugar changes the game. I see myself getting a lot more shredded," she said.

Sailor prioritizes hydration. "You want to be hydrated because it shows up in the way your skin looks, in the way that your body looks, in the way that you're acting and feeling," she told InStyle. "24 hours before a shoot, I'm drinking a crazy amount of water—I'm talking like three gallons." According to the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids.

Sailor eats "as clean as possible," she told InStyle. She also avoids processed food. "Lots of lean protein. I'm vegan so I can't have grilled chicken or salmon, but I go for salads with quinoa and beans and fresh vegetables and then something light, like a sautéed vegetable dish, for dinner."

Sailor loves walking. "I think that's a really underrated thing people don't do enough when they're feeling stressed out. Especially in the city, I'll put my phone in my pocket, put my headphones in, and I'll just play my favorite music and take a walk around the city. You just see all these different people of all different walks of life, and the art on the streets, and little fluffy dogs. All these little things remind you that, Okay, we're all in this together, we're going through it, you've got to make the best of it. That really helps me a lot when I'm feeling chaotic," she told Glamour.

Yazmin Oukhellou flaunts her famous curves

Yazmin is waking up Dubai in her swimsuit. The TOWIE star flaunts her famous curves in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts, also sharing a motivating message with her followers. "Good morning my lovelies I hope you all have the best day. Don't worry about yesterday. Or the day before that. Today is a chance for a fresh start and a chance to be whoever it is you want to be. Love Yaz," she captioned the Instagram photo.

Yazmin fuels up with protein. She recently dished about her diet to Closer. "For breakfast, I'll have a protein shake, usually a cookies and cream flavor. I love it with a dollop of peanut better," she said. "For lunch, I'll have something Turkish, like chicken with either bulgur rice or plain rice and salad. For dinner, I'll make a chicken stir fry or fajitas, or a Bolognese.

If you want a body like Yazmin, you are going to have to sweat for it. "If I feel like I want to exercise I'll go every day for a week, but then a week later I won't go for a fortnight," she told New UK. "My break-up [with James Lock] has done me wonders, because that's what's got me back into the gym. When I was with James I was comfort eating and putting on weight, but now I'm single I want to get that revenge body." What is her workout? "A warm-up run for 10-15 minutes, then I'll do squats and planks to rm my bum and abs."

Yazmin refuses to deprive herself. "I love sweets," Yazmin confessed to Closer. "I've got a whole sweet cupboard in my house!" She told New UK that how she eats depends on her mood. "Sometimes I want to be really healthy or vegetarian," she said. "I'm dairy and gluten intolerant, but I still eat them. I'll get bloated, but it doesn't happen all the time."

Yazmin admits that she struggles with self-confidence and "110 percent" feels pressure to "look a certain way." However, she feels her best when she is taking care of herself. "Like all women, if I've been going to the gym for a week then I start to feel good in myself. But if I have a couple of weeks off and start binge eating, then I don't feel as confident," she told New UK.

Yazmin recently started swimming. "Your fitness is 100% mental. When I was told I may not be able to use my arm fully again so I asked if I could start swimming. I was told you can try but you won't be able to for a good while. I told myself don't listen Yaz. Your going swimming tomorrow. And I did. I swam five lengths and I cried and called my mum. This has taught me that anything you want to achieve in life. No matter what it is. No matter how many times others tell you that you can't. You CAN. Don't listen to anyone other than your own mind. If you want something you CAN achieve it. & guess what I now swim 60 lengths most days," she said in an Instagram post.

Scheana Shay and Raquel Leviss are modeling pastel swimsuits in a mirror selfie! The Vanderpump Rules stars show off their amazing bodies in bathing suits via one of Raquel's latest Instagram Stories, both looking amazing.

Scheana is a big fan of carb cycling, which helped her lose a lot of weight in 2016 Trainer-nutritionist Seth Browning put her on a carb-cycling plan, rotating days of eating carbs with days of totally skipping them. "When we first started I was doing three days of no carbs and one day of healthy carbs—and that helped kick my body into shape," she told Life & Style per Women's Health. An average meal on a no-carb day? "Salmon with lots of grilled vegetables."

Scheana also prioritizes hydration "That is the one thing I do every meal," she told Life & Style about her healthy water habit. Scheana also makes sure to be totally transparent. "I realized that it's so much more relatable putting your truth out there than trying to pretend that everything's perfect," she told Us Weekly. "Even just, like, getting Botox or fillers or stupid like things like that. I'm going to talk about what I do because it's, like, no I don't just look like this, or it's makeup."

In an Instagram post, Raquel revealed that pilates and barre are her go-to workouts. Why is pilates a good workout? According to the Mayo Clinic there are lots of benefits to the workout, as it "strengthens the body's inner core while increasing its flexibility resulting in improved overall health. It can also promote longer, leaner muscles, injury prevention, relief from stress and back pain, enhanced athletic performance, and heightened mind-body awareness.

"Day one of my 75-day Hard challenge," the Vanderpump Rules revealed in an Instagram Story video, referencing the 75 Hard program, a "transformative mental toughness program" according to its website. She explained, "in this challenge, you have to work out twice a day [and] one of those workouts has to be outside."

Raquel also enjoys hiking. Here she is in Tuscon, Arizona hiking with her pooch. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out. "I also try and get to a reformer Pilates class once a week at Zero Gravity in Loughton," she told the publication.

"I'm a firm believer in everything in moderation," Chloe told Celebrity Secrets about her approach to diet. "I have a massive sweet tooth so struggle on that side, but other than that my meals are generally quite healthy. I tend to eat lots of chicken and vegetables and I'm partial to a good salad.' 'I love pick 'n' mix and could eat them all day every day! "

Chloe allows herself to indulge on the weekends. "At the weekend I go out for dinners and enjoy myself – life is for living and there's no point not enjoying it! I think as long as I'm healthy Monday to Friday then I can be a bit more lenient at the weekends. Having said that my boyfriend's just introduced me to evening tea and biscuits in front of the TV. I've got to lay off the biscuits but they're just too tasty," she added to Celebrity Secrets.

One way Chloe ensures healthy eating? She prepares her own meals. "I absolutely love to cook, and it's my favorite thing to do every evening for my boyfriend and his family. My go-to dish is a deliciously fresh and spicy Thai green curry," she said.

Nikki Sanderson shows off her amazing figure

Nikki Sanderson is heating up social media with her latest swimsuit mirror selfie! The Hollyoaks star shows off her amazing figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest snaps. "But first, let me take a selfie," she captioned the Instagram post shared with her followers. "Thank you. This is the inspo I needed to refuse the pancakes? ?? you look incredible," commented one of them. "How do you keep getting better and better????" added another.

If you want to get a body like Nikki's you are going to have to sweat for it. She revealed in an interview several years back, that adding exercise to her life was a major game changer in getting into shape. "I had to change the amount I ate but mainly I started moving!" she said. "I didn't starve myself. I started going to the gym doing running, light weights and swimming as well as dancing, which I love."

Nikki maintains that eating less junk does your body good. "As far as my change in diet went, it was really simple. I just cut down on bad stuff – I didn't cut anything out," she said. "I eat all the same foods, just less of them." She later added, "I think as long as you eat within reason and exercise you'll be healthier. Just don't go out and buy supersize takeaways – try getting something a bit smaller."

Nikki fuels up with carbs. For breakfast she has "white toast and butter, hot cross buns or cereal," followed by "prawn buttie or pasta with tuna or a baked potato," for lunch. For dinner she might have a Caesar salad or spaghetti bolognese. "My favorite food, apart from biscuits, is my mum's Sunday roast – it's the best ever," she confessed.

Nikki also loves going for hikes. "It's been a minute.I know I've been pretty absent from the grid for a couple of months. I've been having fun, spending time with family and friends… and of course going on adventures ✨ So here is me, on one of my said adventures," she captioned this photo from her hike.

Nikki works out with a personal trainer. Her workout routine involves a lot of strength and weight training and even fighting. "Boxing and Body Conditioning," she captioned this video. "Another awesome workout with my trainer."

Nikki also has a workout buddy. "Couples that train together, remain together," she captioned a recent post of herself exercising with her love, Anthony Quinny.

Another great way to stay in shape, per Nikki? Going for walks. "Long walks on windy days," she captioned a post. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Rotem Sela is showing off her gorgeous figure on the beach

Israeli model Rotem Sela is enjoying the beautiful Seychelles with pal Gal Gadot. Sela shared a variety of snaps and videos from the girl's trip, including one of her and Gadot posing on the beach in bikinis. "Seychelles 2023 ??," she captioned the post.

Sela is passionate about veganism and following a vegan diet. "Plants give your body what it needs to help fight off infection," says Andrea Murray, MD Anderson health education specialist. "A plant-based diet strengthens your immune system to protect you against germs and microorganisms."

Sela is focusing on "me-time" and getting back into a healthy workout regimen. "In the madness of life between work and children, too many times I give up training on myself," she says. "This year I decided that there is no such thing as no time! I wear the set I like, grab a mat, take a few breaths and start moving ? So who's coming to practice?"

Sela is a big fan of delicious plant-based pasta dishes. "As a sports dietitian, I advise my athletes and active clients to optimize carbohydrate intake to fuel workouts and restore post exercise," says Leslie Bonci, MPH, RDN, CSSD, LDN. "Anyone who has done road races has probably had a pasta meal the night before. But why? Pasta is an easily digestible carbohydrate that can help ensure that carbohydrate stores (glycogen) is optimized in both the muscles and liver so one can compete and not feel depleted."

Sela uses dumbbells for muscle strength and toning. "Since most strength training exercises are lower-impact, you can build muscle strength and endurance with less stress on the joints," says trainer Brittany Watts, CPT. "With strength training, there's a higher excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). This means you burn more calories after your workout."

Sela incorporates yoga into her health and wellness regimen.
