Brooke Monk flaunts her gorgeous figure

Brooke Monk is looking red hot in her swimsuit. The TikTok and Hype House star flaunts her famous figure in a red bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "I love you," she captioned the set of Instagram snaps.

Brooke loves getting outside and taking a hike. "Morning hikes are fun," she captioned a recent Instagram post. "Hiking is one of the best ways to get exercise. No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great whole-body workout—from head to toe and everything in between," says the National Parks Service. Some of the physical benefits include building stronger muscles and bones, improving your sense of balance, improving your heart health, and decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems. It also offers many mental health benefits, according to a Stanford University study.

Brooke also enjoys playing tennis. According to ACE Fitness it blends together cardio and aerobic exercise, as there is a lot of running around, and hand-eye coordination. "While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.

Does Brooke read comments from her followers? "Oh yes, I definitely do! I used to respond a lot more and then after a while, you realize that it isn't worth it. There are so many more positive comments than negative ones," she told The Teen Magazine. So sometimes I get particularly frustrated, and I'll type out a long response, but then I remind myself, 'Just put your phone down! Come back in 10 minutes and let it go, it's not worth it.' Usually, I'm the bigger person! But some days… I'm like 'You know what, you're going to get it today!'"

Brooke grew up in a conservative Christian family and often ties the bible into her posts. Her Instagram profile mentions 1 Corinthians 13: 1-7: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth."

As a TikTok star, Brooke spends a lot of time perfecting her dance moves. Dancing is a great workout for many reasons. Not only does it build strength and promote flexibility, but helps you lose weight and even promotes cardiovascular function. A 2016 study published in the American Journal of Preventive Medicine determined that people who engaged in moderate-intensity dancing were 46 percent less likely to develop heart disease or die from it than non-dancers. In comparison, moderate-intensity walkers were just 25 percent less likely to suffer heart health issues.

"It is a game of continuous running and with very little stopping," said Carnethon, an associate professor of preventive medicine at Northwestern University in Chicago. "It also has anaerobic elements – that high intensity where you're sprinting and then resting – you're constantly moving." Sports researcher Peter Krustrup, who has spent more than 15 years studying the health benefits of soccer, added that recreational-level play and soccer-related exercise drills can help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. Soccer also can help shift body composition by decreasing fat and increasing lean muscle.

Demi-Leigh Tebow always looks good in a bikini

Demi-Leigh Tebow first made waves in 2017, after being crowned that year's Miss Universe. She's also worked as a model and has her own blog. Tebow is currently married to former NFL star, Tim Tebow. She just shared a stunning new reel on Instagram for Earth Day, of herself exploring the world and nature. In it, Tebow walked on the rocks by the ocean, went swimming in a white two-piece swimsuit, visited the Grand Canyon and saw penguins in their habitat. She captioned the post, "Grateful for opportunities to witness the beauty of His creation. Happy Earth Day!"

Tebow shared some of her wellness tips with Us Weekly. She says that she likes to take workout equipment with her when she travels, in order to keep up her workouts. "I carry an elastic band, especially if I'm traveling. I use the band to lie on my side and do some leg lifts. Then I step on it and do some bicep curls, shoulder presses, some back exercises and side arm raises. I also use the band to do donkey kicks, jump squats, normal squats and then drag walks. And I have a jump rope that I keep if I want some extra cardio."

Tebow makes sure to eat healthy. Especially after burning a lot of calories. She shared some of her favorite post-workout snacks with Us Weekly. "I like things that are low in sugar and natural. In the mornings before a workout, I cut up an apple and grab a Justin's peanut butter packet — they're great because they're single-use and easy to grab and go. After a workout, I'll do a half cup of black coffee from Starbucks. I like to carry a protein bar too. And I really like this brand called Life, their Hydrate powder."

Tebow shared some of her workout and wellness tips in a blog post. She says that she schedules individual workouts for herself, which helps her stay in shape. "When I book a workout class or schedule a walk or a run with a friend, I very rarely opt out," Tebow explains. "So, I've started booking appointments with myself, too. I schedule time in my diary (yes, I actually write it down) to do a few workouts a week. Whether it's pilates, a HIIT class, or a slow walk around the block, I know when I make an appointment to workout, I rarely don't show up, so I've started applying this to myself, for myself. By making a commitment with yourself, not only are you prioritizing yourself, but you're also allowing yourself to recharge."

In her blog post, Tebow revealed that she likes to pack healthy snacks with her on the go. "I keep snacks like protein bars, nuts, jerky sticks in my purse and in my car," she says. "So I always have a healthy option. Choosing healthy snacks to munch on throughout the day helps me not overindulge on unhealthy options, as well as fuels me to stay focused and motivated throughout the day. Stock up on your favorite healthy snacks and keep them in close reach, so they are always easily accessible no matter where you are."

Tebow makes sure to take care of her skin. She opened up about her process in a blog post. "I've always been someone who tries to take care of my skin. I've tried and tested so many different products to find the ones that work best for me. Although skincare is an ever-changing process (our skin changes as we age and also as seasons change) I can't necessarily say that I've found the perfect products, but I've found a few that are my go-to brands."

Maddie Ziegler shared a new set of photos of herself enjoying an ice cream bar

Maddie Ziegler has been in the public eye since she was young. She first made waves as a cast member on the popular Lifetime reality series, Dance Moms. It was then that music artist, Sia, discovered her, and asked her to be in her music video for "Chandelier." Ziegler then starred in more videos and in on-stage performances with Sia. Ziegler shared some of her favorite skincare tips to WhoWhatWear. "In the morning, I wash my face. Recently, I've been using Rhode, so I'll do the Peptide Glazing Fluid next. I'll use that, and then I use her Barrier Restore Cream Moisturizer. Then I'll finish that with my EltaMD sunscreen and my lip balm. Sometimes I'll do the Caudalie spray too. I literally spray that on my face so many times throughout the day. Then for nighttime, it's basically that routine without the sunscreen, but I also like to add in an exfoliating toner after I've washed my face. I don't do this every day, but definitely once or twice a week. I'll use the Lotion P50 from Biologique Recherche."

In her WhoWhatWear interview, Ziegler revealed some of her favorite products. She was aksed what she feels the most important skincare product is. "Definitely sunscreen, always," Ziegler answered. "That's number one. I can't leave the house without it."

Any sort of exfoliant like Lotion P50. Or I really like the Sonya Dakar Blue Butterfly Balm. It's seriously the most hydrating product—it's made out of a natural tea, I believe, and it's beautiful. I will lather my whole face and neck in that."

Ziegler is a dancer, so naturally, this is the main way she stays in shape. She recently joined long-time collaborator Sia, and Labrinth on stage at Coachella. Jessie James Decker shows off her stunning shape in a bikini

Jessie James Decker has shared several new images of herself in swimwear to her Instagram page to promote her Kittenish brand.

On Friday the country singer was seen in a black two piece that made the most of her abs and muscular legs.

The 34-year-old Dancing With The Stars standout was sitting in a chair on the deck of her home while in black sunglasses.

In her caption she got a little spicy as she pushed back at trolls who have said she should not model bikinis when she is a mother of three.

'“Cover up you’re a mom,"' she began as she added laughing emojis to make it clear she was chuckling at her haters.

The model - who recently defended her pregnant sister - then wrote, 'This textured sexy little black numba amongst many other fabulous suits drops tomorrow @kittenish ☀️ So set your timers for 12c sweet cheeks. U don’t wanna miss this one. Meow.'

'You talking to me? you look great Jess,' one user wrote. 'Like grandma says, if you have it then flaunt it,' another said. To which Decker replied, 'Yes and my grandma still does too.'

In 2015, Decker publicly complained about Instagram's censoring issues.

After an image of of her daughter Vivianne was flagged as inappropriate and eventually removed from the site, Decker posted a naked image of Kim Kardashian from a magazine.

She was wondering why the reality TV star's pictures are acceptable but hers are not.

After Decker discovered that there was a hate page on Reddit dedicated to putting down her image, she took to social media in July 2021 to confront the haters.

'I know that I’m not perfect, but you pointing out my flaws — the things I’m already insecure about — it hurts me,' she said.

'And it doesn’t feel good to be picked on or bullied or ripped apart. If you don’t like me, then leave me alone. If you don’t like what I have to say, what I do, anything about me, then stop paying attention to me. Just leave me alone.'

Earlier this year, Decker said she was sick of mom-shamers after she was told to not post photos of her kids in swimwear when the family was on vacation in Mexico. She was even accused of Photoshopping abs onto their tummies.

The hitmaker has three kids — Vivianne, eight, Eric Jr., seven, and Forrest, four — whom she shares with husband, Eric Decker.

The beauty told E! she shuts out the hate. 'I'm proud of my kids and when I see a reaction, I'm always a little shocked,' Decker told E! News.

'I realize that I have a lot of eyes watching, but I don't let it affect what I want to post,' she added. 'I'm going to live my life and not let the outside noise get to me,' she continued.

Earlier this month she was in the news as well.

Decker spoke out about her sister Sydney's recent ordeal with United Airlines.

The singer took to her Instagram Stories with a lengthy text post lambasting the airline.

She was reacting after her sister Sydney Rae Bass' husband Anthony Bass, pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays, complained on social media on Sunday that United had forced his pregnant wife to get on her hands and knees to clean up stray popcorn dropped by their daughter.

The complaint stirred up a major debate on social media, pitting those who thought it was rude to expect service workers to clean up after oneself against others who claimed that service workers were paid to take care of those messes.

'My sister @sydneyraebass just texted me from her flight on @united,' Jessie wrote in a since-disappeared post. 'As you know, she is five months pregnant, high risk, and also traveling alone with her two small children.'

'Blaire accidentally spilled some popcorn in the aisle' of the plain, Decker wrote.

Her sister Sydney shares daughter Brooklyn, five, with Anthony, and the couple also adopted a younger daughter, Blaire, in 2020. It was Blaire who allegedly spilled some of her popcorn.

'The flight attendant came up to Sydney with a trash bag, and a wet wipe, telling her the captain wants Syd to clean up every drop,' Jessie claimed.

She wrote that her sister had to get on her 'hands and knees,' and she said the humiliation of the event left her in tears.

'Way to go united,' she added sarcastically.

The country music sensation then shared a video she took from inside the bedroom of the mansion she shares with husband Eric Decker. While holding up her cell phone the performer was seen filming herself as she walked around the room with hard wood floors. She had on a beige bikini that highlighted her small tummy and toned legs.

The star wore her hair down and was wearing light nude toned makeup with little jewelry.

Kittenish was founded in 2014 by Decker who oversaw all the designs, infusing her own southern style with a modern twist.

In 2019, Kittenish opened its first brick and mortar store in Nashville, Tennessee, which has been a major success.

Decker also has a rich personal life as she is a wife with children.

Jessie is married to former American football player Eric Decker and they are parents to three children: Vivianne, Forrest and Eric II.

Lena Gercke is enjoying a day at the ocean

Lena Gercke is enjoying a day at the ocean in her swimsuit. The model shows off her famous figure in a bathing suit in one of her latest social media posts. "Vitamin Sea," she captioned the Instagram photos.

Lena exercises. "I train very differently. Sometimes I go running in the park, I'm in the studio or I do my workout at home. As much as I can right now. In general, I have no preferences," she told Eat Smarter. "I try to train at least three times a week. Regular exercise is important. On the one hand, to get in shape and build muscle. On the other hand, I can really clear my head and switch off."

Lena maintains that the cliché that models starve themselves isn't true. "I used to eat a lot of fast food or whatever I could get at the airport. As a result, I was sick at least once a month because my body lacked energy. Two years ago I changed my diet and since then I have been very careful to eat lots of fruit and vegetables. I travel a lot, so I have to make sure that my immune system is strengthened and that I don't get sick all the time. Diet plays a very important role in this. Even if you have skin problems, for example, this is often due to poor nutrition," she said.

Lena is all about the occasional cheat meal. "I like to eat, but always in moderation. Eating is also good for the psyche, so you should treat yourself to something every now and then," she said. "Almost every model says that too, but unfortunately I really like everything that is cute. Chocolate is definitely one food I can't live without! But you can also use a few tricks here, such as preferring dark chocolate to whole milk chocolate, as these types are significantly healthier due to the high cocoa content."

"In any case. Sport and nutrition go together like Bonnie and Clyde," Lena said about her philosophy about wellness. "Without one, the other has much less effect. Sport and nutrition support each other."

"I'm also a big yoga and Pilates fan, but I try to make my workouts as varied as possible so that I never get bored," Lena added. "Also, I only train with my own weight, I don't need any specific gym equipment or accessories, so I can do my workouts anywhere."

Meghann Fahy steamed up The Daily Front Row Fashion Awards in her swimsuit. The White Lotus star flaunted her washboard abs in a bathing suit top at the annual show, dropping jaws when she shared the hot photos on social media. "Thank you to my sweet @saramoonves for presenting me with the incredible honor from @dailyfrontrow and thank you @maisonvalentino for my Snape cloak!!" she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Meghann prioritizes hydration. "I down a massive Yeti water bottle, pre-coffee. Hydrating myself is key," she told Women's Health. "I drink so much more water than I even care to drink because I think that it really really helps me get through those 14-, 15-, 16-hour days that we pull sometimes. It helps mentally and physically, and it's great for my skin." How much water should you drink? Per the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine men should drink about 15.5 cups (3.7 liters) of fluids a day and women about 11.5 cups (2.7 liters) of fluids

Meghann also attributes her fit figure to regular exercise. "On days I can sleep till 7:00, I go to Orangetheory or run. I live in [Brooklyn], so I run by the water a lot," she told Women's Health. Running is a great workout. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Meghann fuels up in the morning with eggs. "Breakfast is my favorite. When I travel, I search for the best diner to check out. I'm an omelet girl. I put hot sauce on everything."

"Heavy breathing and sweat give me clarity. If I can't, I do a breathing exercise on a fancy meditation app, Calm," she told Women's Health. "When you meditate, you may clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress," says the Mayo Clinic. Benefits include:

Gaining a new perspective on stressful situations

Building skills to manage your stress

Increasing self-awareness

Focusing on the present

Reducing negative emotions

Increasing imagination and creativity

Increasing patience and tolerance

Lowering resting heart rate

Lowering resting blood pressure

Improving sleep quality

Meghann eats healthy most of the time but can't resist a certain Italian dish from Italy, where she filmed White Lotus. "Ooh, what do I miss the most? I think I miss the cacio e pepe," she told Glamour. "Take me back!"
