After gaining 50lb during her pregnancy, Holly confessed she was 'terrified' but determined to shed the baby weight, emphasizing that post-baby body recovery is a gradual process and new mums shouldn't feel pressured to bounce back quickly.
She recently updated her followers on her progress, saying: "I knew what needed to be done because I have the education and tools, but I knew it would take time. There's no getting around that."

"The trolling I received on my post partum body wasn’t ideal and it meant I stopped showing up and creating content for @teamfittyapp because I was so nervous about what people would say about my body. I was constantly encouraged to go and get more surgery to reverse it without people understanding the danger of a surgery in that area. I knew it could be reduced with fat loss, I just needed consistency and patience."
