Sofía Vergara is kicking off the winter season with some relaxation time at the beach—and she surely looks good while doing it.
In new photos shared to social media on Thursday, Nov. 28, the Modern Family alum showed off her beach body while rocking an itty-bitty black bikini that had her fans practically drooling in the comments.
"Second round at the beach today???," Vergara, 52, wrote in the caption of her sizzling Instagram photos, which showed her striking a pose with both of her hands in her hair as she modeled the busty black swimsuit.
Per usual, fans of the America's Got Talent host were instantly infatuated with the snaps, with one user on Instagram declaring her as "body goalsss [sic]" as she flaunted her curvy physique while relaxing in the sand.
"The woman you are Sofia Vergara??," another one of her admirers commented, while someone else wanted to know, "how can you be this stunning?"
Other users couldn't help but notice how youthful Vergara still looks, with one person saying she looks even "better with the years."
"This woman gets hotter by the minute. Explain that ?♂️," someone else insisted.
It's not clear where exactly Vergara has been vacationing lately, but the location certainly made for a tropical Thanksgiving Day for the actress and several members of her extended family.
In more photos shared to Instagram on the fall holiday, the Griselda star could be seen enjoying a family meal on the beach and dancing under the palm trees while listening to live music.
"Feliz Thanksgiving ❤️❤️?," she wrote under one of her posts, while tons of her followers chimed in with comments wishing her a happy holiday.

Natascha Oceane is doing a kneeling jump while on vacay in her workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness model takes a break from sightseeing in Japan to get her sweat on, showing off her famous figure in a two-piece exercise set. "Happy you are enjoying life ?" commented one of her followers.
In her new post, Natascha hikes Mount Fuji. "Found a big, old volcano so ofc we had to go take a little look inside the crater and you'll never guess what we found ??????," she captioned the post. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
Building stronger muscles and bones
Improving your sense of balance
Improving your heart health
Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Natacha is one of the many fitness experts who relies on cold plunging to help with muscle recovery. There is limited research supporting the benefits of cold plunges, which may include easing sore muscles, bringing body temperature down, increased focus, improved sleep, and decreased inflammation, per the Cleveland Clinic. However, a 2021 study found that cold water immersion therapy promotes basic post-sport recovery.
When it comes to cardio, cycling is one of Oceane's main forms of fitness. The Cleveland Clinic explains that biking, a low-impact aerobic exercise, is great for building muscle, improving strength and flexibility, and improving balance. It can also boost mental health and help other health conditions, including arthritis.
Oceane is also a runner. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.
In one post Natacha discusses how plyometric workouts are super effective. "Plyometric (v low ground contact time) and explosive (near maximal force in *every* rep) exercises are huge for moving more like an athlete: more power, fast twitch muscle fibres, better running economy, stronger bones, fewer injuries etc etc ?? So they're always staples for functional development, alongside all ya classics like squats, lunges + hip hinges ofc," she says, revealing some of her "fave, more accessible movements to sprinkle into lower body days!"
Snap step-up and knee drive (10 reps/side x 3): pause between reps if it helps you maintain your balance: all that matters is that we're really *snapping* forcefully downwards+upwards together
Multidirectional skater hops (30s x 3): stay up on your toes to minimise ground contact time. Slow it all down to start and once you've found your rhythm you'll be unstoppable ?
Weighted snap step-up and knee drive (8-12 reps/side x 3): just like before but on a smith so we can focus a little less on stabilisation and instead max out our power generation. A light weight works: we still want <1 second knee drives
Pogo hops to box jump (30s x 3): quick, low pogo hops (staying up on the toes and without much knee flexion) straight into a box jump
Explosive quarter squats (15 x 3): full-range barbell squats are king but explosive low-range squats all the way up into a calf extension can really help with sprinting, accelerating, vertical jump and just becoming ✨dynamic✨
Rapid single leg calf raises (10-15 per side x 3): speedy down, speedy up! I do mine with my non-working knee up to help minimise knee flexion ?️♀️
DB hang power clean (15 x 3): extend at the hips (drive them forwards) quickly and snap up. Land with slightly bent knees if you're going for heavier weight!
Sprints: >80% sprints (so generally <30seconds) with +1min of rest to really target your power.

Chloe Ting is sharing a motivational message with her followers – in her two-piece workout gear. In a new social media post the fitness model and influencer shows off her fit figure in a two-piece workout set while sharing some inspiring before-and-after images of her clients. "When you're on a fitness journey, sometimes you might get demotivated, especially when life/work/stress gets in the way. It's hard to stay focus on your journey without getting overwhelmed. A gentle reminder that you're doing OK! Be kind to yourself and don't feel guilty.
You're trying and doing your best and that's what matters. Remember that results take time and focus on doing what you can each day. So super proud of these girls and they did an amazing job with their journey. I'm sure they had their struggles too, and it took them time. You'll reach your goals in time as well and remember that you're not alone!" she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach exercise? Here are her top fitness tips.
Starting on a fitness plan, "can be very overwhelming as there are things to consider such as your diet, your form, your consistency," says Ting. She recommends that beginners start by changing their mindset. "You need to be committed to this and be able to identify what is possible for you today and what is your limit. Some people go cold turkey and jump on a diet or start intense exercises, and there's no sustainability with that. Start small, make incremental changes, and build strength over time and it's all a gradual process," she tells Her World.
Chloe wasn't in a good place mentally when she discovered fitness. "I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety, and also had a history of being bullied at work so I ended up taking a break from work," she told Her World. "With more time to spend on self-care, I gained an interest in fitness and I was just drawn to getting myself physically stronger. This then had a huge positive impact on my mental health. Besides that, I've also suffered from gut-related health issues, which have impacted my quality of life, but thankfully I'm in a better place now, both mentally and physically, and using my platform to spread positivity and self-love."
Find ways to motivate yourself, Chloe suggests. "It's become a routine for me to work out in the morning, and checking that off early in the day makes me feel accomplished as I move on to my next task of the day," Chloe adds. "I think everyone's strategy to stay motivated is a little different. You have to identify what would work for you and give yourself time to build up that familiarity in your schedule so that it becomes a natural routine."
Chloe is a big advocate of walking. "Waited a year for this! So glad to walk around the lake with 9,572,480 people..and oh the flowers were beautiful! ??Where are the best spots to see cherry blossoms in South Korea?! This one was pretty breathtaking!" she captioned a post.
Weightlifting is a key part of Chloe's routine, with dumbbells at the core of it. "Dumbbells would be quite useful for this challenge. If your goal is to grow some muscles then it will be necessary to make each week more challenging, and also eating more to fuel muscle growth. If you're new to working out, then you can do this program without dumbbells first, and progress to add some weights if you wish to!" says Chloe in a video.

Maya Jama sent temperatures soaring as she posed up a storm in a slew of racy snaps from her lavish getaway in Dubai on Thursday.
The Love Island presenter, 30, enjoyed a sun-soaked vacation to the Royal Atlantis Resort, where the cheapest room will set you back £1,000 a night.
Maya displayed her incredible figure as she shared the holiday shots, leaving little to the imagination.
She first turned heads in a tiny brown triangle bikini top which she teamed with matching tie side bottoms.
Maya struck a pose by the bar in the infinity pool before showing off her incredible silhouette with the breathtaking Dubai skyline as her backdrop.
She then posed for a stunning selfie on the beach as she soaked up the sun on her luxurious trip.
The TV presenter then slipped into a stunning green two piece which consisted of wide leg trousers and a long-sleeve cropped top with a very plunging neckline.
In another shot, Maya wowed in a white midi dress that featured a slinky shoulder and showed off her incredible curves.
Leaving her long dark tresses loose in curls, she finished the look off with chunky gold jewellery.
Alongside the sexy snaps, Maya penned: 'It's whatever, feeling good living better. @atlantistheoryal @cloud22dubai.'
Maya has been quite the jet-setter recently after enjoying getaways in Miami, New York and London.
The stunner shared a gallery of Instagram snaps from her recent travels as she soaked up the sun on the beach in a bikini.
She captioned the photo dump: 'Mad backstory with pics as usual so here's a dump of Miami, New York and a bit of London. Dubai one loading but I'm still here'.
It comes after the presenter hinted at the real reasons for her split from Stormzy and spoke about what she is looking for in her next relationship in a candid chat.
Speaking in a rare interview with The Standard, Maya admitted she is looking to marry and start a family with her next boyfriend.
The host confessed: 'I am so happy right now but the next person I meet I want to marry and have kids with, so obviously I’m feeling fussy.
'I’ve created such a nice life for myself alone and I don’t want anyone who’s not going to add to that. I’m in this lovely bubble and I don’t want you unless you make me happy. If you’re not, I kind of don’t need you.
Sharing her advice she continued: 'One thing I’ve learned: some people are like, "I’m lonely, I need someone." But the mission in life is to make yourself happy, then find someone who brings something that matches that to the table.'
Stormzy and Maya announced their shock split in July and took to Instagram with a joint statement. It read: 'We fell madly in love in 2014, broke up in 2019, and the spent five years maneuvering life apart.

Bárbara de Regil wears many hats: she's an actress, businesswoman, and influencer. Best known for her fitness and wellness content, she motivates her followers with her commitment to staying active—anytime, anywhere. Recently, de Regil proved her dedication once again by sharing an Instagram story of herself doing squats while on an airplane. From her creative workouts to her nutrient-packed meals, here's how de Regil stays strong and healthy.
As you can see from her Instagram story, de Regil likes to do squats to keep herself in shape. Allina Health states that squats have a lot of health benefits. "The squat is one of the all-around best exercises to do for your lower body. It strengthens and tones muscles in your thighs, butt and calves and improves posture, balance, flexibility and inner core strength. Squatting also improves bone mineral density to keep your bones strong. Include squats in your exercise routine two to three days a week to reap the benefits from this dynamite move. Rest at least one day to allow muscle recovery."
De Regil shares a lot of her favorite healthy foods on Instagram. In this post, she shared one of her favorite pasta recipes. In it, de Regil included salmon for protein. The Mayo Clinic states that salmon is very healthy. "Seafood in general, and salmon in particular, is a good choice for protein in the diet. If you can use salmon in place of a higher fat meat, that's even better. Salmon is probably best known for its omega-3 fatty acids. Called EPA and DHA, these fats may support heart health, brain function and healthy joints. Most Americans could add more seafood to their diets, and salmon is a good choice. Salmon can be used fresh or canned. If you buy canned salmon, get it packed in spring water instead of oil."
In the previous Instagram post, de Regil is seen including spinach in her pasta dish. Spinach has a lot of health benefits. Corewell Health states, "Rich in iron, spinach plays a central role in energy production. It also contains a high amount of flavonoids that act as anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer agents. The flavonoid nutrients found in spinach also provide antioxidant benefits as well, including vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin A. Dark, leafy greens like spinach are important for maintaining bone health. The wealth of vitamin K1 provided by spinach prevents cells from breaking down bone. Spinach is also an excellent source of bone supportive nutrients including calcium and magnesium."
De Regil is also seen including cherry tomatoes in her pasta recipe. Tomatoes are very healthy for you. The Cleveland Clinic states, "A fruit that's often mistakenly called (and prepared like) a vegetable, tomatoes offer fiber, vitamin C, potassium, folate and more. And the bright red color of a ripe tomato isn't just a feast for the eyes. The color comes from lycopene (giving tomatoes their red pigment) and beta-carotene (contributing the orangey glow), two antioxidants responsible for some of the health benefits of tomatoes."
De Regil shared this video on Instagram of what she typically eats in a day. She enjoys making smoothies. In it, she is seen putting a banana. According to The Cleveland Clinic, bananas have a lot of benefits. "With 3 grams (g) of fiber, a banana supplies nearly 10% of what you need in a day, based on a 2,000-calorie daily diet, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) dietary guidelines."

Hailey Bieber, a successful model, influencer, and founder of Rhode Beauty, is known for her glowing skin and toned physique. Recently, Bieber shared a glimpse into her fitness routine on Instagram Stories, where she posed in sleek black workout gear. One snap showed her performing fire hydrant exercises with a resistance band, while another featured her flashing a thumbs-up. Whether she's focusing on targeted exercises or practicing self-care, Bieber exemplifies a balanced approach to wellness.
In her Instagram story, Bieber is seen doing fire hydrants. These are a hip and glute exercise. According to Ace Physical Therapy, hip exercises are important. "The hip joint is subjected to tremendous stresses and forces throughout your daily life. If it is not capable of handling these forces, it will begin to 'break down' and eventually cause you to lose your ability to perform almost all activity. In many cases, maintaining the flexibility and strength of the hip enables a person to remain pain free and fully functional."
Bieber is also seen using a resistance band to workout in her Instagram story. Resistance bands have a lot of benefits. Harvard Health states, "One significant advantage of resistance bands compared with weights is that they provide variable levels of resistance. This is particularly helpful in instances when you're stuck between weights that are either too light or too heavy. You increase resistance in different ways, depending on the type of band you're using."
Bieber opened up about her favorite workouts in an interview with E! Online. She says that she loves doing Pilates. "It was very jarring to go from a busy lifestyle where I'm constantly moving to complete standstill, so I gave myself a quarantine workout routine. I used to be a dancer, so I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout."
Bieber shared her skincare routine in an interview with OBB Pictures. She says that she makes sure to use a cleanser. "I started [oil cleansing] during quarantine, and it has honestly made the biggest difference in my skin. So that's how I take my makeup off now. I don't do it any other way. I like cleansers that don't get super super foamy. I prefer something that's like a milkier, hydrating, nourishing wash. I never like for my skin to feel dry and stripped and tight after I wash it."
Bieber loves to swim to keep herself in shape. She tells E! Online that swimming is also a big part of her skincare routine. "My skin feels the best when I've been in the ocean. Salt water is the best skin healer for me, and I've found that nature can be the most soothing for my sensitive skin."

Katerina Stefanidi is a world-class pole vaulter with an impressive resume that includes gold at the 2016 Olympics, multiple medals from the European Athletics Championships, and the title of 2017 European Indoor Champion. A three-time Olympian, Stefanidi has proven herself to be a dominant force in her sport. Off the field, she maintains her fitness with a variety of outdoor and gym activities. Recently, she shared photos from a hike on Instagram, captioning the post, "I ♥️ ? And those were some really large and really old trees ?." From hiking to strength training, here's how she stays in peak condition.
As you can see from her Instagram post, Stefanidi likes to go for hikes. Harvard Health states that hiking is very beneficial. "Navigating a winding, wooded trail can help your body build endurance, strength, and coordination, says Dr. Edward Phillips, assistant professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Harvard Medical School. Hiking over uneven terrain requires more energy than walking on a level surface, so it burns more calories. If you are hiking uphill, your body has to work even harder, he says. A rigorous hike may offer many of the same physical benefits as interval training, which alternates low- and high-intensity exercise to increase cardiovascular fitness. During a hike, your heart rate goes up as you move up an incline and drops when you head downhill."
Stefanidi likes to go skiing to keep herself in shape. She shared this post on Instagram of herself skiing in the Rocky Mountains. Stefanidi captioned the post, "First day out in 20 years ? a little tight and very scared ? with @adidasterrex supporting my extracurricular activities!" According to The University Of Rochester, skiing has a lot of benefits. "Skiing and snowboarding are thrilling activities and great workouts. Both sports are excellent cardiovascular exercises that strengthen the heart. They are also weight-bearing exercises. So hey strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles."
Stefanidi likes to bike ride to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself on a ride. Stefanidi shared these videos and one photo of herself biking in the woods of Colorado. She captioned it, "Me pretending fall training doesn't start next week ?" She captioned that post, "Some trails feel like I barely escaped death while others feel like I was accidentally transported into a fairy tale ?"
Another thing that Stefanidi does to keep herself in shape is going for runs. She shared this video on Instagram of herself running. Stefanidi captioned the post, "Discipline – the practice of doing what you know you need to do even when you don't want to do it." FloTrack states that running has a lot of benefits. "Running has proved to increase your bone mass and prevent age-related bone loss. This exercise helps build up your bones and joints. While the repeated contact between the ground can be harder on some people's knees, running has been proved to assist in knee strength as well."
Stefanidi does a lot of strength training to keep herself in shape. She shared this video on Instagram of herself working out in the gym. In it, she is seen using a weighted ball and a circle weight. Stedanidi captioned the post, "The people that know me know there are two Katerinas. Daniella Chavez, a model and fitness influencer with a massive Instagram following, inspires her audience with her dedication to health, fitness, and confidence. Known for her work with Fashion Nova, she recently shared a set of photos posing at her gym in black workout attire. She captioned the post, "Which is your favorite photo? ☺️ I introduce you to my gym ??." Here's a closer look at how Daniella stays active, positive, and healthy.
As you can see from her Instagram post, Chavez makes sure to go to the gym. Getting regular physical activity is very important. The Mayo Clinic states, "Exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help you keep off lost weight. When you take part in physical activity, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. Regular trips to the gym are great, but don't worry if you can't find a large chunk of time to exercise every day. Any amount of activity is better than none. To gain the benefits of exercise, just get more active throughout your day. For example, take the stairs instead of the elevator or rev up your household chores. Consistency is key."
Chavez loves to swim to keep herself in shape. She shares a lot of posts on Instagram of herself spending time at the pool or the beach. Chavez shared this set of photos of herself in a beachside pool in the Maldives. She captioned them, "One of my Favorite Places!. Maldives ?? what's your favorite place in the world? Pic 1 or 2 ?" Chavez also shared this video of herself in a roofside pool, captioning it, "That blond hair, the skin very light."
Chavez is all about believing in herself. She talked about this in the caption of this Instagram video. "Glow up✨ You are made@ for great things, so don't settle for less, Dream big. Put limits on people, do things even with fear and be proud @ of yourself, you are the one who has achieved it ?"
Chavez enjoys spending time outdoors, which naturally boosts her vitamin D levels. Vitamin D is crucial for bone health, muscle function, and overall well-being, as it helps the body absorb calcium effectively. While sunlight is a primary source of vitamin D, health experts recommend balancing exposure with proper skin protection to avoid overexposure.
Chavez's love for travel keeps her active and engaged. Exploring new places often involves physical activities like walking, hiking, or swimming, which contribute to maintaining her fitness. Beyond physical benefits, traveling is also known to reduce stress and improve mental well-being, making it an excellent addition to a healthy lifestyle.
