"On a regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie. Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich. I don't really eat a lot of gluten so I'm trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That's usually one thing I leave out. Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]; some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten-free pasta," Hailey dished o ELLE about her diet.

In an interview with Allure, Hailey revealed her thoughts on baths. "Love," she confessed. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Bieber allows herself to indulge on occasion. "I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body [but on a recent trip], I was eating whatever I wanted when I was there because it was just like you've got to take advantage of those moments," she told ELLE. "A cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I'll eat. That's my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I'm gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I'm gonna eat it. If I want fries, I'm gonna eat the fries."

"Over the past 2 and 1/2 months I completely cut meat (other than fish) out of my daily eating and have been sticking to more vegetarian/vegan dishes," Hailey revealed in a recent Instagram Story. "I have never felt better! Feel so clear and energetic. Just sharing for anyone who may be thinking about cutting out meat!"

Hailey's go-to workout? "I used to be a ballet dancer so Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because it's very elongating," she explained on the Women's Health Going For Goal podcast. "A lot of the movements in Pilates are very similar to dance.

Hailey also confessed to ELLE that hydration is a priority. "I think drinking a lot of water helps. I try to drink, like, a couple bottles throughout the day. I don't know how many glasses that would amount to, but it's important."

Bieber is a big fan of Pilates. "I used to be a dancer," she told E! News. "So I love Pilates because it really elongates and strengthens my muscles. That's probably my favorite workout." "When we're weak or out of alignment, it makes it harder to find our center of gravity, which can make us more prone to injury, especially in moments when we're trying to perform multiple movements at once (coordination). Bieber also likes to box to stay in shape. She told E! News, "I also recently started to box for some cardio. I found that remembering the combinations and learning how to move your body in boxing has been good for mental health." Harvard Health states that since boxing is an aerobic exercise, it has a lot of health benefits. "Aerobic exercise gets your heart pumping and helps lower the risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. It can strengthen bones and muscles, burn more calories, and lift mood. Aerobics can also boost your endurance, which helps you climb a flight of stairs or walk farther."

"I felt great and I had a lot of energy, but it was not for me. I don't eat a strictly plant-based diet and I do still eat meat. I just don't eat a lot of it. I've picked up more fish, greens, and lentils." Overall she consumes "a lot of vegetables and fish, not much meat, minimal dairy," she told Byrdie. "I just feel better when I eat that way."

Before becoming a model, Hailey, who was an energized "very all-over-the-place child" found an outlet in ballet. She maintains that dancing not only helped keep her in shape, but trained her to work hard. "I've taken that same kind of regimented discipline into adulthood," she told Wall Street Journal.

Water has no calories, so it can also help with managing body weight and reducing calorie intake when substituted for drinks with calories, such as sweet tea or regular soda," says the CDC.

Hailey opened up about her christian faith to WSJ. "I know that you don't find the things that fill the voids in your life or your heart through money or fame or this industry or cool parties or what rooms you're in with people," she says, "because I've been there and I've seen it and I'm also married to somebody who's seen it on even a bigger scale than I have."

This past weekend, Bella Hadid was spotted packing on the heat in a tiny cheetah-print bikini while sunbathing at Miami Beach, days after attending the wedding of her friend, Lauren Perez. (Other celebrity guests included Kendall Jenner and Hailey Bieber.)

The supermodel paired the animal-print two-piece with a red-and-white ombré hat skirt. Her minimal accessories featured gold bracelets, a heart pendant necklace, stud earrings, and a gold belly chain. And, of course, no Bella Hadid Outfit is truly a Bella Hadid Outfit without a pair of narrow sunglasses. This time, she opted for orange-tinted glasses with black frames.

Last week, Hadid opened up about her mental health journey.

Posting a video of Willow Smith talking about anxiety, followed by several selfies of Hadid herself crying, the model wrote in the caption, "Self help and mental illness/chemical imbalance is not linear and it is almost like a flowing rollercoaster of obstacles… it has its ups and downs , and side to sides. But I want you to know, there is always light at the end of the tunnel , and the rollercoaster always comes to a complete stop at some point."

The Vogue favorite was with her pals Hailey Bieber, Bella Hadid, and Jesse Jo Stark as Hadid tagged them in a photo of her dessert on a table with a white tablecloth.

The group was together at Kris Jenner's Palm Springs, California mansion to celebrate pal Lauren Perez's upcoming wedding to David Waltzer.

She shared a look at the room where there were silver Mylar balloons that spelled out Mrs Waltzer.

And she said she felt like a 'princess' during the special weekend.

Kendall also shared an image of her 818 tequila that was crystal encrusted as did Lauren.

Bella was also seen in a bikini top during the get together. Hers was brown with thin straps.

Meanwhile, Kendall has been working hard to promote her tequila brand. In September she said she wants her tequila brand to support the Jalisco community.

The Versace model was accused of culturally appropriating Mexican culture earlier this year, when she starred in a controversial advertising campaign for 818 Tequila.

But Kendall has now revealed how she and her brand are supporting the community where the drink is made.

The brunette beauty - who was previously accused of spreading misconceptions about Mexican culture - said on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: 'At our distillery, which I was just at the other day, we found a way to take the agave fibres and water waste and build sustainable brick that were are actually dominating back to the community of Jalisco.
