"While tennis provides numerous health benefits—improved aerobic fitness and anaerobic endurance, muscular fitness (grip strength and endurance), flexibility, multiple skill parameters (balance, speed, agility and quickness), reactivity, and power—it also is psychologically demanding," they say.
Monica just says no to sugary beverages. She told MDZ that she avoids the consumption of soft drinks, alcohol, and sugary juices or heavy smoothies.
Monica also stays away from flour and tries to eat very little meat. However she admits she does cheat and eat them on occasion.
Monica tries to eat a lot of plants, which includes "Lots of salad to which I add edamame, and all kinds of grilled vegetables, low sodium salt, no dressing except a little olive and lots of lemon. Instead of mayonnaise I put hummus on everything," she told MDZ.

Dinner at home would likely be a Hello Fresh meal or some kind of protein with rice and veggies. If I'm out, I have to do burrata or saganaki – cheese lover here!"
Chatfield also talked about her skincare routine to Body & Soul. She says that she's all about consistency. "Like most people, I found something that works for me," Chatfield explains. "So I stick with it. Get a routine and stick to it. Most products take a while to work, so commit to it."
Chatfield has no time for haters. After people commented on her body on social media, she hit back in an interview with Stellar. "People on Instagram love to tell me when my own body is changing, as though I don't have a mirror," she says. "Weight loss happens because of a myriad of things … I am very, very proud of my relationship with food and exercise. I don't think it's anyone's business why someone might have lost weight, unless they express it themselves without being prompted. It doesn't affect anybody else."
Chatfield talked about her favorite wellness products to POPSugar. She says that her favorite skincare brand is RAWKANVAS, and explains her reasons why. "It's all vegan and natural. I have quite… I wouldn't say sensitive skin but it's very reactive and particularly after The Bachelor, my skin would just go nuts. I would get weird dermatitis or I'd get breakouts, hormonal breakouts and when I was sent some RAWKANVAS products to try out to see if I liked it, it was really effective."

But I think that would probably be best because I know these are things that I'm even carrying into my dating life and I don't want to have that weight on me. I do want to be more compassionate because he went through a lot with foster care and abandonment issues, all kinds of dark things so I do recognize why he is the way that he is."
When it comes to hair care, Lennox believes in using natural products. She tells Allure, "Any type of natural soap, I'll use for my scalp. I use natural shampoo, something that's paraben-free, free of toxins and chemicals. Afterward, I [use] just shea butter, really. Shea butter and a favorite oil of mine, whether it's grapeseed oil, olive oil, or jojoba oil. It's relatively simple — I wash it whenever I feel like it needs to be washed, about every two weeks or sooner."
Lennox doesn't feel pressure to look a certain way. She tells Allure that she's all about authenticity. "Part of me wants to look as polished as some of the greatest legends that are around today. But another thing I'm just like, 'Man, that's also not me every day.' I don't mind showing people what I look like every day, because what the hell? To me, that's real life. At least that's my real life."

Holtznagel hits the gym four times a week and frequently uses weights for her exercises. "Weight training in particular preserves and builds muscle mass, which elevates metabolism and helps prevent weight gain while maintaining mobility," according to Johns Hopkins Health. "Sarcopenia, or loss of muscle mass and function, is a huge cause of physical disability, and it often starts in middle age. Resistance training also increases bone density, lowers blood pressure and cholesterol, improves insulin sensitivity, and can help alleviate depression and arthritis."
Holtznagel loves to cook at home, and frequently makes delicious pasta from scratch. "When I think about foods that deliver on comfort, tradition and enjoyment, pasta is at the top of the list. In fact, pasta is a staple in the Mediterranean diet and can be culturally diverse," says Leslie Bonci, MPH, RDN, CSSD, LDN. "Pasta adds beneficial nutrients to the plate such as carbohydrate, fiber, protein, B vitamins and iron – in addition to being a perfect partner to protein and produce."

"I think obviously some of it is a genetic thing, although you can mess that up. I didn't see sun for the first several decades of my life, and that's probably been a big help. A great deal of it was geography [growing up in England], but the otwas on the very rare occasions when we would go on a family vacation somewhere hot, I was paranoid that I would get freckles in a mustache formation on my face. So I was wearing Factor 70 [SPF]. I just didn't want a mustache, that's really why I used sunscreen."
Beckinsale has a busy schedule, but she always makes time to relax. "I literally cannot transition from day to night unless I have submerged myself in water," she says to People. "Which is really annoying because I could get a hotel room and it'll have cockroaches and go, 'Okay, fine,' But if [the room] doesn't have a bathtub, I'll be like, 'Sorry, can I move?' I really need to have that every day, no matter what. Even when it's Oscar night and you're getting home at seven in the morning once you've been to 15 parties. I still have to go through the whole bath thing."
Beckinsale opened up about her fitness secrets to Shape Magazine. She admits that she doesn't always want to workout. However, she pushes herself to get through it. "I start out absolutely dreading it, do an incredibly punishing workout, bitch about it the whole time, and end up feeling 100 percent better when I leave," she says. "Working out is basically nature's antidepressant."
Beckinsale works out with personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson, to help her stay in shape. She talked about their sessions to Shape Magazine. "I work out hard with Gunnar five or six times a week," she says. "We have loads in common, like our kids. During our sessions we have long talks about teenagers, and then suddenly one day I find that my ass is in a lot better shape than I thought it was!"

Coleman doesn't expect immediate results when she's in the gym. Instead, she opts for a more consistent, sustainable approach to fitness. She encouraged others to do the same in the caption of Instagram post. "We put so much pressure on ourselves in January to become this unicorn of a person. 'New year', 'new me', 'new goals', 'new resolutions', it's important to have something to work towards, but is it sustainable if we try and change it all so quickly? This is why gyms are packed in January and dead in Feb. We go too hard for a month, burn out, get injured and then need time to recover. Get clear goals of what you want to achieve, but be realistic about how long they may take. There is nothing wrong with baby steps."
Coleman likes to set small goals when it comes to wellness. She talked about this approach in the caption of Instagram post. "Start small; create mini goals into your life daily, like going to bed 30 mins earlier, drinking more water, writing a gratitude diary, or taking a breathwork class. It doesn't have to be mega. Do these things every day for Jan, and watch your life start shifting. New people with new energy will enter your life, maybe ones more in tune with the person you want to be."
Coleman is a big believer in putting yourself first. She talked about this in the caption of a recently Instagram post. "Invest in YOURSELF," she writes. "Why do we find it sooo hard to put ourselves first? If you aren't good, nothing else around is. It's like a domino effect."

Whatever might be the case, one just can’t deny the fact that Veronika has well and truly benefited because of the Brady dating rumors. While she has been able to gain more followers than ever in the last few weeks, the rise in popularity has also attracted a lot of haters.
Not long ago, a number of rowdy Brady fans had asked Veronika to gain a few pounds, suggesting that she is way too thin. Moreover, in the past as well, Rajek had claimed that because she is so beautiful, people, especially women, say a lot of unruly things about her on different social media platforms.
Giving a response to all the haters, Rajek recently posted a story on her Instagram account. In the story, Veronika was seen posing in bikini and along with that, she wrote a nice message to everyone who has criticized her for no good reason.

The photo dump tarted with a solo shot of Sims in her hotel room sporting an itty-bitty black bikini, accessorized with layers of necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings. The second photo showed a glimpse at their resort, with teal towels and individualized tote bags for her and all her besties. Photo number three showed a selfie of her and one of her friends, Michelle Carlson, and photo four showed her and another friend, Robyn Casady, posing by the pool.
Sims finished off the carousel with another photo in her black bikini, this time outside, more poolside pics with her friends, a pic of her in her Zimmerman pool cover-up and a photo of a cocktail with one of her friend's faces printed out and placed on a paper straw.
The star captioned the photo: "Girls trip: activated ???Celebrating our bestie @michellecarlson02 turning 40 forever!! ?? Austin meets Los Angeles and a bit of NYC. Vamos!??"
The star then followed up that post with another carousel showing more snaps of their trip — and of courser more bikini photos.
The multi-photo post started with a picture of Sims posing next to one of her old friends. Sims is in a teeny-tiny pink plaid bikini while her bestie, Carlson, is in a plunging red-hot one-piece.
Sims also included a few group shots in the carousel as well as a series of selfies in various tropical locations showing off her pink bikini.

Valeria also loves to snorkel when she is at the beach. "As long as the lungs have air, everything can be done," she captioned this post. Surprisingly, putting on a snorkel and fins and swimming through the water is a great workout. In addition to being a great aerobic exercise and burning calories, other health benefits may include improved cardiovascular function, stress reduction, mood enhancement, and muscular toning.
Valeria maintains a healthy diet but also makes sure to indulge on occasion. "I love him more than churros," she captioned a photo of her dog, a vanilla milkshake, and her favorite dessert. She also loves spaghetti. "You can find whole-grain versions of rice, bread, cereal, flour and pasta at most grocery stores," says the Mayo Clinic. "Use whole-grain pastas."

Jasmine doesn't care about the number on her clothing label. "I don't mind what size I am. I honestly couldn't tell you my jeans size because I haven't worn them in forever. I'm in activewear all the time because that's what I'm comfortable wearing daily," she told Fox News. "I've been different sizes over the years. I was extremely tiny at some point, still healthy, but very small in the eyes of a lot of people," she continued. "Now that I'm older – I've been in the industry for over 15 years – I feel like I've made a pretty nice name for myself. I know how to maintain the weight that I'm at or lose at a healthy rate. But more importantly, I want to make sure I'm feeling my best self mentally. So I would tell girls to embrace your curves. Feel good about yourself, no matter what size you are. I work out to feel good and experience life. I want to feel comfortable in the skin that I'm in. And it doesn't matter what the measuring tape says."
Jasmine mixes up her workouts. "I definitely try to do faster cardio in the morning just to get it out of the way. And then if I can, I'll do some type of activity outside, like jump rope. But I also focus a lot on my legs like squats, lunges, and mountain climbers," she told Fox News. "I also have a StairMaster. But if I'm not doing that, I go on a bike ride down the beach. I also like meeting up with friends to work out right before a shoot because I want to prepare myself mentally more than anything."
Jasmine tries to focus her meals around protein, most of the time. Her cheat meal? "I love crab legs and crab boils. I have a friend who makes amazing crab boils and he delivers them to my house. I like my pasta. I've been loving burgers lately and I'm not really a burger girl," she told Fox News. "But I try to balance it out throughout the day. If I eat something like a burger, then I'll have my salads and get some grains in. I think moderation is key."
Jasmine maintains that "leading up to a swimsuit shoot, I definitely eat healthily. I take my vitamins. I do apple cider vinegar in the morning." Why ACV? "For me, I just feel like it helps with my digestive system. I feel better after a couple of days of taking it. A lot of my friends can't drink it and hate the taste of it *laughs*. I like to add a little bit of water and lemon to make it taste a little better. But I don't taste it anymore," she added.
Jasmine maintains that modeling isn't easy. "I don't think a lot of people know there's a lot of work that comes into doing these shoots. You have to be strong enough to hold these positions for a long time. You're popping your body and contorting it in a certain way," she told Fox News. "I find Pilates really helpful, especially when you're modeling and holding poses for a long time. At the end of a shoot, your body gets really tired and you're exhausted. And for some shoots, you have to do that for two, three days in a row. It can be a lot on your body. But I also love stretching after a shoot. It's all about finding ways to keep moving and staying active throughout your day."

In an interview with Hola, De Lima opened up about what her priorities are. She says that she always tries to be positive and close to people. In an interview with Hola, De Lima talked about how she found her favorite hair products. She says that she likes to try new things, and uses the ones that work best for her at all times. "I love trying different products to see which ones fit me best, because there is always a new product on the market," she explains. "However, I've got thin hair and I discovered my favorite products that I'm literally married to. For example, my favorite shampoo is called Roze and I love it because it leaves my hair clean at the first wash and it gives more volume. When I dry my hair, in order to maintain such volume, I use a wax powder called Truss."
In her interview with Hola, De Lima was asked how she keeps her hair silky. She answered, "Ok, something important for this kind of question is: the relationship you've got with your hairstylist. What I'm saying is that whenever you find a stylist that you consider perfect for you, keep him and be loyal to him as he's the one who will be taking proper care of your hair color and texture. I've been loyal to my hairstylist for 7 years now."
De Lima makes sure to do a variety of workouts. She also makes sure to workout her entire body. De Lima shared some of her favorite exercises in a video on Instagram. "Yes and for me it is easy, I have become more vegan, when I want to lose weight, I avoid everything that is meat and carbohydrates; one has to accustom the organism to speed it up and eat every three or four hours. My body is so wise that, just as I gained 10 kilos in a month, I lose them in 20 days. I can't be a doll all the time, I get tired too," she told TV Notas.

In the past, she admits that she didn't always eat it, so she's trying to increase that. "I still don't crave fruit, but I make sure I eat it anyway.
