Alessandra Ambrosio has an incredible figure

Alessandra Ambrosio is getting her sweat on in a two-piece workout outfit. In a new social media post the supermodel flaunts her incredible figure in a sports bra and leggings. "Let's shake it off the jet lag," she captioned the Instagram Story.

Alessandra used to crash diet, but doesn't go to extremes anymore. "After having Anja I only had three months to lose all the weight [before doing the 2008 Victoria's Secret show] and I was on this 1,200-calorie-a-day meal-delivery service that I hated. I couldn't do that again," she told The Edit.

"It's important to break a sweat every day, and I love the way Pilates makes me feel long and lean," Alessandra told Glamour about her go-to workout. Research has found that Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

"I love to do yoga as it centers me and also at the same time keeps me in shape," Alessandra told FOX News. "Since there is a lot to do around the house sometimes I don't have much time to work out, in which case I try to do some stretching and hold a plank for five to 10 minutes." Harvard Health explains why yoga is a great workout. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

Alessandra works out daily. "In my family, no one ever worked out. It wasn't until I did my first Victoria's Secret show that I started exercising…now that it's a healthy, normal part of my daily routine," she told The Edit. She also works fitness into her family routine. "We love going to the beach, hanging in Malibu and playing volleyball… We like going rollerblading and biking, all kinds of things!" she added to People.

"Whenever I start to diet, everything goes downhill," she told The Edit. "So if I want a little bite of dark chocolate on a plane or a cocktail with friends on the weekend, I'll have it. In fact, I'll drink a glass of red wine with dinner most nights, and two or three times a week I'll have a cup of tea and a cupcake with Anja, who's as obsessed with red velvet as I am."

Gisele Bundchen flashed the flesh in a skimpy blue bikini under a boyfriend fit jacket as she starred in a glamorous photo-shoot in Rio de Janeiro.

The 43-year-old supermodel, who hails from Brazil but now lives in Florida, returned to her native land and turned on her megastar wattage for a sizzling new project.

She could be seen posing up a storm on the balcony of a mansion, sweeping her luxurious caramel locks back as the photographer snapped away at her.

Over the course of the shoot, Gisele blew through a string of stylish ensembles that emphasized her statuesque physique.

One of the looks included the clinging denim jumpsuit, which served up a generous helping of cleavage as Gisele flounced around the balcony.

Gisele brought the ensemble together with a large pair of sky blue earrings, letting her luscious mane fly free and and opting for naturalistic makeup.

Another one of her new looks was a fossil grey denim ensemble - featuring a loose-fitted top that occasionally rode up to bare her sculpted midriff.

The Brazilian bombshell, who is conducting a steamy romance with her jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, showed off the results of all her workouts in her shoot.

She displayed her sculpted supermodel legs to full advantage in an outfit that otherwise included an airily baggy white shirt.

Her latest trip to her country of origin comes after Gisele spilled a few surprising details about the lifestyle she currently enjoys in Miami.

At the moment, her main residence in Miami is a 'Construction zone!' - so she now has to occupy a much smaller pied-à-terre.

'I’m currently living in our 1,200 square foot home because our house was supposed to be finished nine months ago,' she explained to Architectural Digest: 'but I’m feeling zen, there’s no clutter, only what’s necessary.'

She dished: 'In this little house I have right now, the hallway is the only place I can fit my yoga mat, where I do my yoga and meditation.'

Gisele took her reduced living space on the chin, recalling her early days as a model and joking that she was 'Bringing my ’90s New York life back.'

In fact, she gushed that 'I love this little house, because the most important thing for me is light. I am greeted by the sun and I have that golden hour sun at the end of the day in my backyard. So I love it. It’s perfect.'

Gisele's latest shoot comes after she plunged into the media whirlwind for her new cookbook Nourish, which has become a New York Times bestseller.

During the media rounds, she went viral for breaking down in tears while being interviewed about her divorce from Tom Brady, whom she left in October 2022.

Shortly before the crying interview, a source told DailyMail.com Tom has 'accepted' Gisele's current romance with her steamy jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente - despite the fact he believes they had been together for 'years' now.

Previous reports indicated Gisele and Joaquim have only been together since this past June, but the insider revealed Tom feels otherwise.

'If she wants to have people think she has been dating Joaquim only since June, so be it, but they have been together longer and they aren't taking it slow,' the source alleged last month, adding however that 'Tom has accepted it.'

The insider said further: 'Tom and Joaquim are not friends - but Joaquim is around his kids, so Tom has to find the good in him and does believe he is a good guy. If Joaquim ever becomes a father figure to his kids, Tom will be able to adapt.'

Devon Windsor showed off her toned frame in a stylish swimsuit as she posed up a storm in sexy throwbacks that were uploaded to Instagram on Thursday.

The supermodel, 30 - who enjoyed a tropical getaway to St. Barts with close pals such as Olivia Culpo earlier this month - could be seen standing on the sandy shore of a spacious beach.

The sun shone high in the sky as blue sky stretched out above her with scattered, white puffy clouds.

Windsor - who welcomed her second child nearly one year earlier - flaunted her sculpted midriff in a colorful, patterned bikini top that was held up with straps that tied at the base of her neck.

She slipped into a pair of matching, drawstring bottoms to complete her overall look for the relaxing excursion.

She later slicked back her damp hair after taking a dip in the cool water.

Devon accessorized the bathing suit with a beaded necklace as well as a pair of dainty earrings.

A sparkling, silver bracelet was placed on her left wrist and the beauty also opted to wear a pair of brown shades for a finishing touch.

In the images, the mother-of-two paused for a quick photo session as she stepped into the shallow water.

The star additionally uploaded another post on Thursday that included a short reel as she had a blast on the beach.

Devon was filmed posing for a camera as a gentle breeze blew her locks away from her face and the waves crashed down around her.

At one point, she chose to remove the coverup as she ran into the ocean to jump into the blue water. She captioned the video as 'life,' along with a mermaid emoji.

Earlier this month, Devon was spotted spending time with close pals during a memorable getaway to St. Barts.

'But I really want to be more open and talk about things on TikTok because I think it's important to show people that life isn't as shiny and bright as it is on social media.

'I have struggled so much since I was young with depression, anxiety and problems with addiction and becoming a model and being in that industry made it very difficult for me not to feel that way and just succumb to drugs and alcohol whenever I felt sad.

'I've been in a habit of doing that for the rest of my life up until now. And I've just got to a point where now I don't even know who I am and it's just like navigating your 20s f****** suck.'

She added: 'I think sometimes you become this person who you don't like, know or even recognise. I think I've gone to that place today where I just don't know who I am.'

Taylor Hill shows off her flawless figure

Taylor Hill is heating up Costa Rica – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the supermodel shows off her flawless figure in her hiking gear (a bathing suit) while vacationing in the tropics. "Hiking, waterfalls, and sunsets oh my," she captioned the Instagram post. "Can we all agree that Taylor is simply perfect," commented one of her followers. "Beautiful angel," added another.

In her Instagram post from Costa Rica, Taylor goes hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

Building stronger muscles and bones

Improving your sense of balance

Improving your heart health

Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems

Taylor spends a lot of time in the gym. "I do mainly light weight-lifting and squats when I'm in the gym. My favorite place is Dogpound in NYC," she told Harper's Bazaar about her sweat sessions. "But I also do some yoga, pilates and crossfit. It's important to switch things up so that your body doesn't get too used to anything."

Taylor does "stick to any diets," but "I eat everything in moderation," she told Harper's Bazaar. "Plus, exercising regularly is very important," she told Harper's Bazaar. What does she like to eat? "When I'm in Paris, I always have Japanese udon. And pizzas in New York. I also love spaghetti, and basically everything when I'm in Italy."

Taylor likes to read, which is not only relaxing but may even promote longevity. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

"I have to use a trainer because I cheat in classes," Taylor told Byrdie. "I'm a natural-born cheater. I cheat on everything—I cheated on tests (don't tell my teachers), I cheat workouts, I eat whatever I want! So I just needed someone to watch me and make sure I'm doing it correctly. When I have an hour, I want to give everything I have to that hour, like, really work out."

Christie Brinkley looks super fit

Eva Marcille is looking wild on the beach – in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the Real Housewives of Atlanta star shows off her amazing body in a cheetah-print swimsuit while frolicking on the shoreline while vacationing at The St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort, Puerto Rico. "Life is for the living!!!!!" she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

Eva starts her day with coffee. "I don't eat breakfast. . .I drink breakfast, it's coffee. There's creamer in there, there's extra coffee, and then I go get more coffee," she told BravoTV.com. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. "It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function," they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.

Eva skips breakfast but makes up for it with a big lunch. "Lunch looks like the average person's Thanksgiving dinner. That's usually my largest meal," she explained. "I will go to Houston's [restaurant] and have a whole Hawaiian rib eye at 11:15 in the morning. I open up with the restaurant." She also has a baked potato and salad. "[I] try to get some greens on there, you know," she said. "As long as there's some bacon in the salad we can get that down at lunch." For her "post-lunch, pre-dinner meal," Eva eats "whatever's available," ranging from "crab fingers and dirty rice" to a Subway sandwich.

Eva is a runner. "Feeling good after my run today," she captioned a post. Eva credits her husband, Mike Sterling, for inspiring her to get out and moving. "Motivated by my amazing husband @miketsterling who leads by example and dedication." According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say.

Christie Brinkley is one of the most legendary supermodels of all time. Her career has spanned decades. Brinkley is still looking amazing today, and recently celebrated her 70th birthday. She shared a set of photos on Instagram for the occasion. Brinkley captioned the post, "Looking in the mirror on my 70th Birthday and what do I see, I'm finally happy with the person looking back back at me. I'm no longer critical and demanding now I'm grateful and understanding. I've put this body thru it. I've broken every bone, in tiny miracles I'm all healed, in my heart and soul I'm home. It's taken 70 years to get here, in tears and joy I've found my happy, so now I'm going to end this poem, before I get too sappy! Happy Birthday Indeed!"

Brinkley is open about having work done. She talked about why she chose to have it done to People. "When I look in the mirror, I want to feel like I look as good as I feel. And if you can have something done to feel more confident and better about yourself, then you feel like your face matches your spirit—and my spirit is enthusiastic and energetic."

Brinkley tells People that she doesn't care what people think about her. Especially when it comes to the people who critique her plastic surgery. "There are always going to be the people who build themselves up by pulling you down. But then there are the women who are supporting women. And if there are little things that I can do that are going to make me feel great, make me look good for my job and that would be selfish of me not to share it."

Brinkley has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her secrets in an interview with Byrdie. "I start every day by exfoliating my face. That's something I've done for the past 40 years. I feel like it's really contributed to my skin feeling fresh and smooth. Forty years ago, I read an article that said men always look five years younger than women who are their same age. They contributed that to them shaving every day, and the daily exfoliating with shaving their skin makes them look younger. I was like, I'm not going to let them get away with that!"

Brinkley is open about being a vegetarian. She tells Byrdie that she eats a lot of fruits and vegetables. "My diet is plant-based. I've raised my kids on what I call the 'rainbow diet.' I want as many colors as possible. These are all the ingredients that do wonderful things to your skin. The deep green, the leafy greens, the purples in the skin of the grapes, which produce all the antioxidants and vitamins you get from a colorful, rich diet like that."

Brinkley makes sure to eat healthy. She tells Byrdie that she avoids certain unhealthy foods. "I would say avoid sugar as much as possible. It causes inflammation…And can cause all kinds of problems… I think avoiding artificial sugar, avoiding white bread, and going for deep, rich, plant-based foods is best."

Barbara Palvin has shown off her fit figure in a sexy new social media post.

On Wednesday, the world-famous supermodel stunned in a teeny black bikini.

In the first pic shared on Instagram, Barbara, 30, shared a closeup of herself in a plunging bikini that had curves on the top.

She accessorized her look with a gold necklace while keeping her long brown hair down with several strands covering one eye.

The second snap featured her entire look - including matching barely there bottoms with small strings tied in bows on the star's hips.

With one hand on her hips and the other on a large plant, Barbara propped one leg on the white wall behind her.

She also had her hair in a similar style as the first pic while her makeup was touched to perfection.

The wife of Dylan Sprouse, 31, wore brown and black shoes to tie the look together.

DYLAN AND BARBARA'S RELATIONSHIP

Dylan and Barbara's love story began as most new-age relationships do, by sliding into someone's DMs.

The Suite Life of Zack & Cody alum slid into Barbara's inbox in August 2017 after meeting at a Harper's Bazaar party, but it was not until six months later that she responded.

"I knew I wasn’t in a good mindset at the time, and maybe deep inside I knew it could be something more," Barbara explained during a joint interview with W Magazine, via Us Weekly.

During the same interview, Dylan recalled a conversation he had with his manager while in China filming a movie and revealed that Barbara was still on his mind.

"I ended up booking a movie and going to China for a six-month shoot. My manager was with me and asked, ‘Dylan, is there anything you wish you had wrapped up before you left?’” Dylan said.

“And for the first time in six months, Barbara popped in my head, and I thought, ‘I wish I had time to take this girl on a date’. Ten minutes later, Barbara texts me for the first time in six months.”

Alessandra Ambrosio, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel and one of the highest-paid models globally, recently turned up the winter heat with a dazzling bikini shoot. Showcasing her marvellous bikini set with shades of pink, blue and orange in collaboration with PatBO, the images she shared make her look divine, as she poses on the beach. Priced at $300 (approximately Rs 24,000), the swimsuit, brought to life by her efforts, perfectly captures the essence of her collection. The promotional shoot highlighted her long legs and toned abs as she posed against a large boulder. In one of the pictures, the model is looking towards the ocean, while she shields her eyes from the sun in another snap, as she relaxes on the rock and soaks up in the sun. Alessandra’s beachside photoshoot exudes warmth and style.

Designer Patricia Bonaldi’s label, PatBo, has launched this limited edition bikini collection in collaboration with Alessandra. Meanwhile, the model accessorized her look with rings and bracelets. Her hair was left open and her natural, no-makeup look, enhanced her sun-kissed glow. The supermodel , 34, modeled three different swimsuits on Miami Beach with her long, dark hair blowing in the breeze.

She keeps her eating healthy with green juice or beet juice for breakfast before hitting a Pilates workout, cold plunge and sauna time, she revealed in another interview about her life in Hamptons magazine.

Her mantra is 'Embrace the present' and her guilty pleasure food weakness is pizza.

The native of Brazil settled in Miami with her son and her husband of almost two years, former NBA player Joaquim Noah, 38.

She spoke to Ocean Drive about why she chose Miami in the February 7 issue.

'It is also closer to my family in Brazil, with an easier time zone to work and communicate with my agents in Europe, Brazil and New York,' she said.

She quipped that she got sick of being cold in New York City.

'Miami is growing tremendously, and we want to be a part of it by offering my support in the projects that can help develop the city.'

Elizabeth Hurley shares her wellness advice

Elizabeth Hurley is revealing all of the wellness secrets that keep her looking fit at 58. In a new social media post, the supermodel and beachwear designer answers some of her fans' most burning questions about her diet and workout – namely how she looks half her age. "One question I get asked all the time is, how do you stay in shape and what do you eat? So here goes," she started the Instagram post, showing off her famous curves in a bathing suit.

Elizabeth has a few dietary rules she follows, starting with the size of her meals and how and when she eats them. "My mantra is: don't eat too much, too fast, too often or too late. Or, put another way, eat smaller meals, chew properly, ban snacking and eat dinner earlier. This works for me," she writes in her post.

So many stars swear by various green juice concoctions, smoothies, and protein shakes, but not Elizabeth. "I don't drink weird green juices or shakes," she says. She also refuses to take nutrients in pill form, with one exception. She only takes supplements "if a blood test tells me I'm lacking something," she says.

Liz has an easy hack for getting lots of produce into her diet. "I try to have vegetables or fruit equal half of every plate I eat – ie if I have a sandwich, I also eat an apple," she says.

The model sticks with a very clean diet. "I eat pretty much everything but only have junk food as an absolute treat – and I count junk food as anything that contains any ingredient that I don't have in my own kitchen, so that includes 'diet' and 'low-fat' everything, all ready meals, all bought sandwiches, cakes and biscuits and all sodas," Elizabeth says.

Elizabeth doesn't shy away from carbs and baked goods. But, she makes them herself. "My best investment was a bread maker and I make a loaf a day. I also make cakes every weekend," she says.

Liz also moves her body, but doesn't go to the gym. "Other than diet, my other advice is to move more. I don't go to the gym or do any set exercise but I'm extremely active. There endeth the sermon. Let me know if this makes sense for you," she concluded her post.

"I make it a priority to get to the gym around three times a week. Exercise is a huge stress relief for me, and I always feel good when I leave a workout. Getting there, however, is another story!" Rosie told Poosh. Once she gets there, "I do a lot of weight training, circuit training," she added Marie Claire.

"Working out has been part of my life since I can remember. My mom was a fitness instructor in the nineties—very much like an aerobics instructor with the Princess Diana outfit, the whole thing. I grew up sitting at the back of her workout classes. It always makes me laugh because she used to have an "L"l and "R" written on the top of her trainers so she could tell her left from right. Fitness has played a part in my life ever since I can remember, so once I left home, I started going to the gym every day. Now that I have children, I unfortunately don't get to go every day like I would like to, but I definitely go at least four times a week," Rosie told Marie Claire.

Rosie is also a fan of dance-inspired workouts. "When I want something upbeat, I'll head to Tracy Anderson's studio and Simone De La Rue at Body By Simone. I love their mix of aerobics and dance – their classes are really intense and challenging.

Devon Windsor shows off her incredible body while enjoying a vacation in the tropics

Devon Windsor is strutting her stuff poolside – in her swimsuit. In a few recent social media posts the model and bathing suit designer shows off her incredible body in one of her own designs, a baby blue two-piece, as she vacations in the tropics. "Wanderlust," she captioned one of the posts. "So gorgeous and strong!" commented one of her followers. "Cute," added another.

Devon maintains that supermodels don't starve themselves. "If I'm not working, my typical day starts off with a huge breakfast. I like to incorporate eggs, toast, bacon or a smoothie with Greek yogurt," she dished to Women Fitness. "I'll most likely workout after breakfast and then join friends for lunch. Following lunch, I run errands and organize myself before my next job or travel day. I like to finish my day with a cozy dinner with friends or I cook for myself at home. If I'm working, I wake up and get a smoothie and head to set and work all day. Depending on when I get off, I either go home and order dinner or meet up with friends."

"I'm a huge fan of Pilates – I like to do that a couple times a week," Devon told Women Fitness. According to research, Pilates exercises are designed to increase muscle strength, endurance, and flexibility, and to improve posture and balance. Experts maintain that it is a great workout for leaning out.

Devon prioritizes hydration. "Drink a lot of water while you workout," she told Women Fitness. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration, and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.

Devon is a fan of Megan Roup's dance-inspired workouts. "I am so terrible at cardio but this class is amazing because it's dance cardio… which means I really don't notice how exhausted I am while jumping around! She mixes the dance cardio with light weights, leg weights and sliders which are good for the booty as well as the abs! After the class I head over to this place called Lymbr to go get a quick 30 minute stretch. It is super important to stretch before and after workouts so that you don't injure yourself!" she revealed to Hollywood Life. "Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints," says Harvard Health. "Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage."

Pvolve workouts are also part of Devon's routine. "I really love this workout because it is full of small, slow movements that burn like crazy! This is the best workout for building super long and lean muscle! We use a lot of ankle weights and bands which are two keys for staying strong and slim! After my workout I get a 90 minute medical massage! This massage isn't just for relaxing because the masseuse gets very deep in your muscles and stretches you at the same time. It is almost a bit painful at times but when you're working out so much it is a necessity!" she told Hollywood Life.

Devon also does weight and strength training. She told Elle she likes to "mix cardio with bodyweight exercises," she said. She trains at the celebrity gym mecca The Dogpound. "I am training with my girlfriend and my trainer, Kirk! I love working out with friends because one, it's more fun, two, it's hard to get out of it, and three, it's more motivating and pushes me to try harder! We did a bunch of body weight exercises, some abs, booty, legs and light arms," she added to Hollywood Life.

Supermodel Bar Refaeli is trying new hobbies in the new year, and sharing her efforts on social media. Refaeli, 38, posted pictures of herself posing next to a tennis net, wearing leggings and an oversized sweatshirt as she performed stretches on the court. "I am a tennis player now ? almost," she captioned the post. Refaeli has modeled since she was a teenager and shows no sign of slowing down—here's what her diet and workouts look like.

Refaeli believes working out encourages a healthy diet and vice versa. "I work out a lot," she told Cosmopolitan. "I like to look good and feel good. I do Pilates and TRX four times a week for an hour each time. I'm not very careful with my diet but when you work out a lot you want to keep healthy. Eating healthily makes you want to work out more because your body is more alive. If I'm craving something I'll have it, but I don't really crave bad things."

Refaeli frequently posts videos of her workouts, which are strongly focused on strength training with weights and resistance bands. "The benefits of using resistance bands for strength training are endless," Aaptiv trainer and owner of Trainers in Transit Jennifer Giamo tells Aaptiv.com. "You can perform exercises for every major muscle group, challenge your existing routine ([for example], add them to push-ups for increased difficulty). You can also increase your range of motion, flexibility and muscular endurance."

Refaeli has learned what works for her when it comes to beauty. "I now know my face – what looks good and what doesn't look good," she told Cosmopolitan. "I let makeup artists do their job because they know best but I know my face more than they do, so if they're good they usually ask me what I like, but it's also learning what works for you or doesn't. Makeup artists have taught me to use a tinted cream blush (I like NARS, Shiseido and Chanel) on the cheekbones, eyelids and lips, applied using fingers. It looks like a touch of light."

Refaeli goes into character when she's working. "I feel like my job is my alter ego; it's a different me and I love it," she told Hello!. "I'm a Gemini! Behind the camera, I'm totally different. I don't wear make-up, I don't wear heels and I'm very basic. But I love the fact I have this job and it gives me the opportunity to dress up."

Refaeli learned to pose by studying other models in magazines. "It's a matter of experience," she told Cosmopolitan. "I've done a lot of learning. I used to buy a lot of fashion magazines and see all the poses of the girls. I'd buy Sports Illustrated and see the specific poses and how girls look better and the best angles – it's like reading up on material for a test and learning what's good."

Naomi Campbell is working out and flaunting her fit figure. In a new social media post, the 1990s supermodel gets her sweat on while vacationing in Dubai, hitting two different workout studios. At 53, Naomi has the body of a woman half her age.

"My Happy Place ! Women Only !!" she captioned a series of snaps taken at The Platform Studios, a women's-only gym that offers a variety of workouts ranging from pilates and yoga to HIIT. She appears to have taken a yoga class. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

In the second post she visits The Kamani Club, also in Dubai, where she throws punches with champ Anthony Joshua. "This kind of boxing has many health benefits because it constantly requires you to think, change your position, and change your posture," physical therapist Linda Arslanian, director of rehabilitation services at Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital tells Harvard Health."You're swinging your arms, moving the muscles of your arms and shoulders, increasing your upper-body strength. And when you're in the boxer crouch with a wide stance, with your knees slightly bent, you're strengthening your core muscles, back, and legs." Harvard Health maintains that boxing is a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness.

"I work out. But not [at] a regular type of gym—no machines. I can't go to a regular gym. That makes me nervous," Naomi once revealed to E! News. She works out with trainer Joe Holder. "I've never liked working out before I started working out with Joe," she explained in her Youtube series, #BeingNaomi. "I don't like everything he makes me do, but it's not about liking it. It's about attacking the body in different parts and conditioning." She even shares videos of their sessions on her IGTV channel.

Holder told British Vogue that Naomi loves her jump rope. "I like the ones that get my heart rate up, but I understand the importance of the ones that are more slow and burning and conditioning and tightening," the model said when asked about her favorite types of workouts. Holder maintains that her usual jump rope circuit involves five sets of skipping for 60 seconds.

Pilates is another of Naomi's go-to workouts. "Stretching is important," she told Today. "I danced for many years, so Pilates is something that elongates you and keeps you toned." It's also the perfect form of active recovery to help her body bounce back between sweat sessions.

Bella Hadid is showing off. In a recent social media post, the stunning supermodel flaunts her incredible figure in a tiny bathing suit while poolside. "You look absolutely perfect," commented one of her followers, while many others added fire emojis.

Bella doesn't exercise on an empty stomach. "I count on a smoothie, a juice, or a protein drink 30 minutes before the session. After the session, I eat something full of protein like chicken and wholegrain rice. It's ideal to strengthen the muscle mass and to increase the effects of the session," she told French Vogue.

Hydration and rest are crucial, says Bella. "I try to drink as much water, and get as much sleep, as I can," she told Harper's Bazaar. So I would micromanage and make schedules for food, but it's more important to check what's good for your body and your own biology," she added in another interview with Harper's Bazaar.

Bella is an avid snowboarder. She recently shared some photos of herself drinking her energy drink, Kin Euphorics, while on the mountain. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."

"I always say that first thing in the morning, you have to start your day by staring at the sun. When I was going through a difficult time, I would pull myself out of bed, open the blinds, and then just stare at the sun. But it's so true! And now, I have a sun light and I drink Actual Sunshine, our new Kin flavor, which honestly makes me feel like I'm walking on air," Bella told Harper's Bazaar.

"I don't feel the need [to drink alcohol] because I know how it will affect me at 3 in the morning when I wake up with horrible anxiety thinking about that one thing I said five years ago when I graduated high school," said Hadid in an interview with InStyle in January 2022. "There's just this never-ending effect of, essentially, you know, pain and stress over those few drinks that didn't really do much, you know?" In July 2023, she revealed that with "self love" she was ten months sober. "I'm so proud of anyone pushing through dry July," she wrote, promoting her non-alcoholic beverage drink Kin Euphorics. With Kin and lots of self love, I am almost 10 months no alcohol!" she wrote on Instagram. "I'm so proud of anyone discovering their sobriety," she added. "Or anyone who has had the courage to open their mind to Dry July!"

Bella has a few guilty pleasures. "My favorite go-to snack, I eat pizza, at least once a day. It's always like a go-to cuz it always, you know, it tastes good every time," Bella told ID. "There's no bad pizza. Also seaweed snacks randomly. Oh, sour Patch Kids and Rose Champagne if i'm feeling frisky."

Candice revealed to The Cut that she has always been "in tune" with her body via dancing. "I started dancing when I was really young, and it just gives you a different sense of your body."

Candice was blessed with good genes. "I've been lucky — I was born with quite a fast metabolism," she confessed. "I'm that girl who orders the healthy plate with a side of fries. Your body is like a machine and everyone's is different. I know mine quite well."

Rebecca Romijn shares some bikini photos

Ugly Betty star Rebecca Romijn is channeling her inner Linda Evangelista-type supermodel on the beach, and sharing the pictures on social media. Romijn has a philosophical approach to aging. "I don't have a huge fear of aging," she says. "I always thought my mom was so beautiful growing up no matter how many lines she had on her face. I admired my mom's laugh lines. I find peace in that and hope that when my daughters look at me, they do too… My girls are just on the cusp of starting to raid my closet. They're just starting to do it. In fact, I've started finding some of my things in their room. I'm like, it's starting already. I can't believe it… I think life is a whole game of acceptance. I think when you, especially as you get older, you just have to accept certain things and accepting your looks to a certain extent is part of that, just growing up, maturity."

Romijn learned to cook after having children. "I waited as long as I could because I knew that I would have to once I had children," she says. "I don't like the mess that you have to clean up afterwards, so I get lazy sometimes and I order out. We go out to a lot of meals. I don't know, I've got a few things that I like to cook. I like to make a big soup that'll last for a while. It's tough to find something that my kids like, that I also like. So there's a broccoli cheddar soup that we all like, so I'll make a big thing that'll last. It's easy. I'm all about easy!"

Romijn has a less-is-more approach to skincare. "I'm not somebody who wears makeup all the time, and when I do wear it I take it off well," she says. "But when I don't wear makeup, I don't always wash my face at night. I'm ashamed to admit it! I think there's something to be said about letting your natural oils do their job too. I mean, I always rinse and I always use a washcloth, but I don't always clean my skin the way everyone is told to clean their skin every day. And I use something called Oxygen Plasma that I love. It's something amazing that I feel like is a miracle for your skin."

Romijn works out whenever she finds time. "Ideally I would like to work out every day, but that never happens," she says. "I do Pilates four or five times a week. I try to get on a treadmill for a half hour, I do Pilates, I hike, I ride bikes if I can. But for the most part it's a lot of cardio and Pilates."

Romijn feels at her best and healthiest "either after a 90-minute Bikram yoga session or after swimming. It's because of the deep breathing. When I breathe deeply is when I feel best," she says, adding that working out is how she deals with pressure surrounding body image: "Continuing to exercise no matter what. This goes back to breathing deeply and getting oxygen into your blood and doing whatever you can to feel good. It's all you can do."

Model Izabel Goulart is celebrating her birthday

Izabel Goulart is celebrating her birthday in her bathing suit. Izabel understands the physical and mental health benefits of exercise. "I am a model professionally but I'm also an athlete, a friend, a daughter, a sister and many other things. If you have focus, motivation [and] dedication, you can accomplish your goals."

Izabel controls what goes into her body by cooking her own meals when she can. "I travel a lot, but when I'm home, I cook every day," she told Elle. One thing she loves to cook? Freshly baked bread.

"The first thing I do in the morning is prepare fresh juice. I have 15 different recipes, which I drink for 15 days consecutively. Then I repeat the recipes from the beginning for the next 15 days of the month. My juices include fruit, vegetables, leafy greens, and even grains. After a workout, I have a protein drink and always keep a protein bar in my bag," she told Vogue.

"I try to keep the foods I put in my body as basic as possible: protein, carbs and vegetables. When I go out, I just try to make the healthiest choices on the menu," she told Elle about her approach to eating. "I do not believe in crazy diets [that help you] lose many kilos in just a few days. This is not good for your body," she added to Vogue.

Izabel maintains a positive outlook. "I don't wake up everyday thinking I have to look good, but I wake up everyday thinking I want to feel happy," she told Elle. "I want to walk in a room and be able to make people smile and laugh. It's all about confidence."

Izabel does lots of different workouts "My favorite outdoor activities are running, yoga, and functional training. My favorite indoor workouts are Pilates, kickboxing, functional training, and a lot of different exercises at the gym with and without weights—including TRX," she told Vogue.

Jodie Kidd shows off her amazing body at the beach

Jodie Kidd is wearing a stars and stripes swimsuit. In a new social media post, the supermodel shows off her amazing body in a flag-inspired bathing suit on the beach. "A lovely Cornish October Dip," she captioned the Instagram post. "Look at those legs!!!" her pal Chloe Delevigne commented. "That looks cold," added another.

Jodie is all about greens and starts her day with a combination of super veg and powders. "This morning, [I had] a smoothie made with avocado, organic apples, spinach, green powder, maca powder and seeds," she told Women's Health. "Okay, I'll be honest; I don't always finish the green concoctions."

Jodie is "passionate about good food and try to eat as whole, organic and alkaline as possible," she told Women's Health. The diet involves eating low acid foods like sugar, processed food, wheat, dairy, and alcohol.

I "grow all [my] own vegetables and herbs on our land and eat meat from organic, local suppliers. A typical dinner will be a chicken casserole made with vegetables from the garden. Since doing Celebrity MasterChef [I love] working on new recipes in the kitchen and whipping up something original for dinner," she told Women's Health. "Now I'm in my mid-thirties I'm so much more respectful of my body and what I put in it. When I was younger, I existed on burgers and pizza, but if I eat like that now I just feel so lethargic. It's the silver lining of getting older – you actually learn what's good for your body."

"I'm a passionate sportswoman – I used to play polo and still race cars now and again – but mainly it's being a country girl that keeps me fit. My mind is happiest when I'm physically doing something. I love going for long walks," Jodie told Women's Health. "I live in the West Sussex countryside and by the time I've mucked out the horses, walked the dogs, chased the chickens around – let alone running after my three-year-old son Indio constantly – I don't feel the need to schedule in workouts."

She also hits the gym. "When I'm in the city for work and I'm not moving as much, I make sure I go to KX Gym in South Kensington," she added.

Hailey Bieber shows off her amazing body

Hailey Bieber is stripping down into a swimsuit for GQ. In a new social media post the supermodel wife of singer Justin Bieber shows off her amazing body in a few bathing suits, all part of a photoshoot for the iconic magazine. "Talking all things @rhode and life," she captioned the series of Instagram snaps.

"On a regular day, breakfast is usually eggs or oatmeal, some type of healthy protein, or a smoothie. Lunch is usually salad, fish, grilled veggies, or maybe a sandwich. I don't really eat a lot of gluten so I'm trying to be particular. I love a good kale Caesar salad [but with] no croutons. That's usually one thing I leave out. Dinner is usually kind of along the same lines [as lunch]; some sort of vegetable, or pasta, like a gluten-free pasta," Hailey dished o ELLE about her diet.

In an interview with Allure, Hailey revealed her thoughts on baths. "Love," she confessed. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Bieber allows herself to indulge on occasion. "I try to be very strict about eating just for my skin and my body [but on a recent trip], I was eating whatever I wanted when I was there because it was just like you've got to take advantage of those moments," she told ELLE. "A cheat day for me, the first thing that I crave, I'll eat. That's my rule. So if I wake up and I want pancakes, I'm gonna eat pancakes. If I want a cheeseburger for lunch or for dinner, I'm gonna eat it. If I want fries, I'm gonna eat the fries."

"Over the past 2 and 1/2 months I completely cut meat (other than fish) out of my daily eating and have been sticking to more vegetarian/vegan dishes," Hailey revealed in a recent Instagram Story. "I have never felt better! Feel so clear and energetic. Just sharing for anyone who may be thinking about cutting out meat!"

Hailey's go-to workout? "I used to be a ballet dancer so Pilates for me gets my body personally in the best shape because it's very elongating," she explained on the Women's Health Going For Goal podcast. "A lot of the movements in Pilates are very similar to dance.

Hailey also confessed to ELLE that hydration is a priority. "I think drinking a lot of water helps. I try to drink, like, a couple bottles throughout the day. I don't know how many glasses that would amount to, but it's important."
