Jess Harding shares her weight loss secrets

Love Island star Jess Harding shared the secrets to her weight loss as she showed off her stunning figure in a new bikini snap.

The TV personality, who won the ITV2 dating programme with her ex Sammy Root, was asked by many fans about her transformation. She took to her Instagram Stories to showcase a before and after shot of her figure and revealed: "For everyone asking about my weight loss I've been using @coachedby_georgia and she is honestly the best."

She went through an eight-week exercise transformation before heading off on holiday. She also posted a video of herself sitting on a bed as she rocked a light yellow bikini. The star zoomed in on her figure in the mirror and tagged her fitness coach. Jess wrote: "@coachedby_georgia getting me that snatched waist."

Jess previously revealed the nasty comments she had received from trolls. Back in February, she shared a series of vile remarks she had received about her weight. She posted a screenshot of comments responding to her bikini snap which read: "Fat s**t," and another comment read: "Mucky cow."

A troll also commented on Jess' picture showing the scenery, and posted: "Can't notice because you're blocking the full screen you big chunker." Jess received an outpour of love and support from her fans after sharing the cruel comments. She told her followers: "Thank you for all your lovely messages!!!"

The reality star and Sammy dated for two months after falling for each other on Love Island. However, their relationship came to a quick end and she returned to her "normal job" away from the limelight, running her business Candy Aesthetics in London. It was suggested Jess and Sammy had "realised they're better off as friends," with them both later addressing their separation.

Jess said: "We shared a once-in-a-lifetime experience together, so of course I'm sad." She added in a Q&A at the time that she didn't want to "go into detail" about their separation, but said that they are "just very different". Sammy said in his statement: "We had the most incredible experience winning Love Island and I genuinely saw a future with Jess." He also commented: "Unfortunately things don't always work out the way you'd hoped."

She was also asked about their split in a Q&A session with fans. Jess didn't share too much information but added: "I really don't want to go into detail by doing a big statement, but we're just very different and behave differently and that's it."
