Kaur does a lot of outdoor activities to stay in shape. One thing she likes to do is play badminton. She shared a video on Instagram of herself on the court. Kaur loves to horseback ride to stay in shape. She shared a set of photos on Instagram of herself riding in Dubai. Kaur captioned the post, "Whoever said diamonds are a girls best friend has obviously never met a horse." The American Heart Association reports, "In a Texas A&M University study, researchers focused on the amount of energy expended during high-intensity horseback riding. But you need not be roping cattle to burn calories. 'Riding a horse for 45 minutes at a walk, trot and canter can burn up to 200 calories,' said Dr. Dennis Sigler, a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service horse specialist and professor in the department of animal science at Texas A&M University in College Station. 'If you do something a bit more strenuous such as cutting or reining, that can come out to nearly seven calories per minute for the entire length of the riding period.'"
Kaur does a lot of things to get her heart racing. One thing she likes to do is ride different vehicles. In particular, she likes to drive karts. Kaur shared a video on Instagram of herself driving at the kart track. She captioned the post, "Cause girls is players too."
