Sylwia Madeńska is enjoying the warm weather in her swimsuit. The dancer and Love Island star shows off her incredible figure in one of her latest social media posts, walking on the beach in her bathing suit. "The sun has returned," she captioned the Instagram clip.
Sylwia gets her steps in by walking her dog, which can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
Sylwia recently took a snowboarding trip to Italy with her friends. "Snowboarding basics done Pod ! Knees, tailbone, arms wrapped, but it was worth it ! My ambition as an athlete would like more, but I explain to myself that everything will come in time ? I will keep practicing!" she captioned a post. According to the University of Rochester, snowboarding, like skiing, is a great cardiovascular workout. "Because they are also weight-bearing exercises, they strengthen your bones as they tone your muscles," they say. "Cardiovascular or aerobic exercises also work to reduce your risk for chronic diseases, and lower blood pressure. They also help you maintain a healthy body weight. Through regular aerobic exercise like skiing and snowboarding, you lower your risk of developing conditions like diabetes and heart disease, having a stroke, and perhaps even getting cancer."
In a recent post, Sylwia thanks her mother for injecting her with the "sports bug" as a child. "Apart from ballroom dancing, as a little trotter, I swam for a few years in the Swim Club ??! This makes me so addicted to sports now. I'm so tempted, I don't know what to decide ? I'm currently learning boxing, dreaming of going back to kickboxing, go kitesurfing and snowboarding," she wrote. "Movement, sport, releases endorphins and motivates Us to act. The role of parents is very important here It is worth encouraging your children in at least the smallest sports forms in childhood so that in the future, when they become adults, they do not avoid the fire."
Sylwia also hydrates. Here she is sipping on a coconut. According to the Mayo Clinic, hydration is important for a variety of reasons. Water helps get rid of waste through urination, perspiration and bowel movements, keeps your temperature normal, lubricates and cushions joints, and helps protect sensitive tissues.
You can always find Sylwia showing off her incredible figure in the water. She loves to swim. Swimming is a good way to get regular aerobic physical activity, according to the CDC. Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
