Rybka Twins Show Off Amazing Bodies Saying "Hello Summer"

Social media influencers, the Rybka Twins, enjoy soaking up the sun together. “Hello Summer ☀️,” Teagan said on social media, relaxing by the water in a two piece with her sister. Here’s how dancer, acrobat, and content creator, Teagan, stays in shape, focusing on her health and fitness.

She does gymnastics and back handsprings, practicing her tumbling outside by powering through a shocking 19 back handsprings in a row. “Need to try this again in a bigger space I’d love to beat 19,” Teagan said on Instagram, aiming to have new goals at the forefront of her mind.

She works on fun stunts with her partner, tying in strength and balance, taking it to new heights. “Getting better every time ??,” she said on Instagram on a video of her balancing in the air on her partner's hands. She continues working on strengthening not only her own muscles and balance, but improving her stunts, as well.

She practices challenging stunts and is proud of what she can accomplish, especially when paired with other talented acrobats. “I still can’t believe we pulled this off ? You can tell how proud we are at the end ? I’m so excited to see what @meiji_nguyen_photography captured ?,” she said on Instagram.

She factors stretches into her routine to keep herself limber and flexible. “Breaking my back for the gram ?,” she said on Instagram, on a photo of her going a little past a full split. According to the Mayo Clinic, “stretching may help you improve your range of motion and decrease your risk of injury, among other benefits.”

She admits to, at times, having the idea to not even try due to the fear of failing. “Don’t just presume you’re gonna fail at something before you even try! I was guilty of having this mindset yesterday but look at what I accomplished after I tried,” she said on Instagram, on a photo of her doing a handstand in a full split.
