Sara Foster isn't afraid to show off her amazing figure

Sara Foster isn't afraid to show off her figure on social media. She's currently enjoying a vacation in the Bahamas. Foster shared some highlights on Instagram. In them, she sat on the beach in a pink swimsuit.

When it comes to her diet, Foster is all about moderation. She talked about this in an interview with Us Weekly. "I am of the mindset of everything in moderation. I don't believe in depriving yourself of things that you like, like French fries. I like French fries, they make me happy. So, if I'm gonna eat French fries, then maybe I'll wrap my burger in lettuce. Everything in moderation."

Foster loves to go on hikes to stay in shape. She shared these photos and videos on Instagram of herself on a hike. She captioned the post, "Honestly, I'd last 20 minutes on Survivor. Potentially a little longer on @nakedandafraid." Piedmont Health reports that hiking has a lot of benefits. "Going up and down hills gets the heart pumping, creating a great cardio workout. Like most cardio exercises, hiking helps reduce your risk of heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and even some cancers. Hiking is a weight-bearing exercise, which builds muscle mass and helps prevent osteoporosis. Hiking can help you manage your weight. It is a joint-friendly form of exercise that can keep arthritis sufferers more limber and mobile."

Foster likes to bike ride to stay in shape. She shared this biking video on Instagram, captioning it, "The simple life." AHealthierMichigan.org states that biking has a lot of health benefits. "Cycling is considered a low-impact exercise because even though it's a form of cardio and can help you work up a sweat pretty fast, it is done with easy movements that are gentle on your legs, arms and joints. . Everyone thinks about biking as great for your legs, and it is, but it's also good for your balance. Cycling engages your abdominal muscles as you balance and steer, go up hills and around corners, according to information shared by the Cleveland Clinic. It can help improve not only your balance, but your coordination and your posture."

Foster is a big fan of horseback riding. She shares a lot of riding videos on Instagram. In a video, she is seen doing jumps. Foster captioned the post, "Find something you love and become mediocre at it." The American Heart Association reports that riding has a lot of benefits. "A study commissioned on behalf of the British Horse Society found that horseback riding is indeed a good cardiovascular workout. Even just a half hour of riding is considered 'moderate exercise,' said BHS PR executive Megan Hawkins, 'while trotting exerts more energy than playing badminton.'"

Foster works with a trainer to help her stay fit. She talked about what it is like in her Us Weekly interview. "If my workout is at 9, I'll get there at 9:20 and my trainer will be like, 'Oh, well, you're early.' I can't work out for an hour. I just don't have it in me. So, I like the 20-minute workouts. I love barre."
