In one image she oozed confidence as she posed with her arms in the air, making sure to flaunt her enviable curves.

The model's long blonde locks flowed down her back in another image, where she turned her back to the camera to show off her peachy behind.

Arabella Chi highlighted her natural beauty by wearing subtle make up, consisting of mascara and a sweep of nude lipstick.

Kelsea Ballerini celebrated her 28th birthday while on a boat in Chicago on Lake Michigan with family and friends while rocking a super cute yellow bikini

Kelsea looked super fit and happy in the pics, and thankfully we know exactly what she does to stay so in shape. In 2018, Kelsea shared the exact leg workout she does with Nashville trainer Erin Oprea, which includes tons of lunges, squats, and fire hydrants.

"We exercise with weights, then without weights, and challenge the muscles in different ways,” said Oprea. “You have to hit all angles.” The results speak for themselves: “It’s hard work. Everyone hates me when they’re coming in but loves me when they’re leaving.”

She also shared with Shape that she likes to get outside for 30 minutes a day with her dog, and loves to do cycling workouts.

"I used to think 'me time' was so narcissistic, but now I realize it's necessary. I have a SoulCycle bike, and I love to do that," she shared.

As for her diet, she shared with Shape that she sticks to the 80/20 rule.

"I've always been an 80/20 person as far as food and drinking," she said. "I try to do what's good for me 80 percent of the time. The other 20 percent of the time, I just enjoy my life."

"I run through the McDonald's drive-through once a month, and it's fine. Sometimes I'll have a little too much wine, and that's OK too. I've spent so much of my life feeling guilty for things that I eat or having an unhealthy relationship with food or the gym or whatever. So I just try to be nice to myself and do what's good for me. And when I don't, I start again the next day."

“I’ve been a fan for such a long time and I never thought in my wildest dreams that I would get the opportunity to be a part of the SI Swimsuit family. I get chills every time I think about it. So yes, it’s still that hard to believe and I’m still in disbelief!” she told SI Swim.

Spiranac had some pretty cool bathing suits for the shoot. The former professional golfer was recently named the most-followed golfer on social media.

Amanda, 50 years old, looks amazing for her age. As she discussed her new role with Collagen, Amanda shared her secret to her stunning appearance.

Admitting that a little of what you love in moderation is the way to go, she told.

“Enjoy the taste of a nice full Brie and a fatty old salty butter with massive lumps of sea salt in it. But just don’t have it on everything every meal, put a bit on your jacket potato, and then that’s it for the day. It’s all about enjoying the little things.”

The TV presenter has stated that she believes it’s important to indulge in some of her favorite things, because life is too short for permanent dieting.

Amanda Holden explained: “You have to enjoy life. I had a friend once who didn’t make it to her 50s and her biggest regret was that she spent her life on a diet.”

“Life’s too short to do fat-free, sugar-free, alcohol-free. I don’t believe in half-fat anything, I have full-fat yoghurt, butter, and cheese. And I splurge on the weekends. I love wine.”

Vanessa, 32, regularly drops videos from her workouts, and she makes it clear that she’s not messing around. In one, she tackled the battle ropes like a pro, working through a series of moves like doubling up on the ropes and slapping them on the ground, and even doing jumping jacks while holding the ropes. She’s also shared vids of herself specifically working on her booty.

Vanessa definitely puts in the time to work out—she previously told that she exercises six day a week—and she usually likes to get her sweat on at the celebrity-loved gym, The Dogpound. Vanessa even kept her sweat sessions going during the pandemic, doing a bunch of Torch’d workouts, which uses danced-based movements and exercises, with instructor Isaac Calpito.

But Vanessa has made it clear that she does better when she works out with a friend. "To be self-motivated consistently is almost a daydream," she told. "I reach out to friends to hold me accountable."

Supermodel, reality star and entrepreneur Kendall Jenner owes her incredible bikini body to a simple yet effective workout routine that you could easily do at home

Kendall maintains her fabulous figure by doing ab workouts, hot yoga, and kickboxing. Her swimsuit selfies stand proof that her fitness regimen is spot-on, with the 25-year-old taking great pride in displaying her sculpted abs.

"Most of her ab workouts are bodyweight only, which helps her achieve looking lean and toned," says fitness expert Rachel Attard, detailing that Kendall stays constantly beach-ready thanks to "a combination of strength, movement, and high-intensity workouts."

Her recent bikini pic shows she certainly knows what she's doing and that this routine is definitely working for her.

While Kendall Jenner makes sure to hit the gym as often as possible, the secret to her chiseled abs is a simple at-home workout that she gets done in just over 10 minutes.

Whenever she has some time to spare, she performs a variety of planks mixed with other ab moves to always keep her core firm and defined. Forearm planks are definitely on her list, as are high and side planks as well as bicycle crunches, with the supermodel alternating between moves at 30-second intervals.

To stay fit, Kendall likes to work up a sweat early in the morning. She wakes up at 6:30 a.m. and is already in the gym at 7 a.m.

"I prefer to work out in the morning. To stay toned, I do a lot of ab work with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, and occasionally I'll take a kickboxing class," Kendall told

While she doesn't rely on weight-lifting, she sometimes does resistance training with weights that are low enough for her to do at least 9 reps.

Cardio and heat-infused workouts are also top priorities for the Vogue model, who has confessed to hot yoga being her current exercise obsession.
