And Arabella Chi was at it again on Tuesday when she posted a series of stunning throwback snaps in a white two piece as she looked forward to summer.

The Love Island star, 33, had her toned physique and ample assets on display in the tiny triangle top and matching briefs.

She penned in the caption: 'Summer's coming' - along with a sunshine emoji as her followers told her how incredible she looked in the comments.

Arabella showed off her deep holiday tan in the old images presumably taken last summer on one of her many trips abroad.

Arabella's post comes just a few days after she was spotted going for a coffee date with Sheffield United midfielder Vinicius Souza, 24, just months after her split from footballer Ruben Dias.

In photos obtained by The Sun, the pair looked in good spirits as they went down an escalator together after their date.

An insider said: 'Arabella and Vinicius were spotted enjoying a cosy coffee date during the day and he waited with her until she met a friend.

'They are just getting to know each other but really get on. They are trying to keep things on the down low – Arabella is worried people will think she's just with him because he's a footballer.'

Vinicius, who is from Brazil, joined Sheffield United in August last year after signing a four-year deal.

It comes after Arabella and Adam Maxted split just five weeks after they left the Love Island All Stars villa.

The model and the Irish professional wrestler, 31, failed to meet up even once after their fellow Islanders voted them out two days before the final.

A source said: 'They genuinely tried to make it work but every time they arranged to meet up, work got in the way. They're going to stay friends.'

Their split reveal came after fans accused the pair of faking their romance.

The couple had not appeared on each other's social media since the show, despite both being very active across platforms.

Prior to Adam, Arabella dated Manchester City centre-back Ruben and branded the romance 'a mistake' after they split.

The pair were seen jetting off on holiday together as they arrived at Manchester Airport on New Year's Day, having been at the centre of romance rumours since September last year.

However, Ruben reportedly dumped Arabella soon after they returned to the UK, leaving her free to find love on All Stars.

Prior to appearing on All-Stars, Chi was in a relationship with an athlete. She talked about what she learned from that breakup to The Sun. "Last year was probably my unluckiest when it came to finding the one. I've been so unlucky in love. I've dated people I thought at the time were the one, which was a mistake I've since learnt from."

One thing Chi likes to do to stay in shape is weight train. She even likes to do these exercises while on vacation. Chi shared this highlight reel on Instagram of herself at a resort. In them, she is seen lifting hand dumbbells and doing lateral pulldowns. She captioned the post, "Idyllic spa reset." Harvard Health reports, "U.S. exercise guidelines recommend that adults do strength training for all major muscle groups twice a week. Chi's favorite snacks are hummus and oatcakes. "For me the key is to do different things all the time – at the moment weekly I'm doing two cardio sessions, two weight gym sessions, and two yoga," she says. "For me that's what suits my body the most and that way I don't get bored because it's less repetitive. I don't believe in cheat days, I don't cut anything out of my diet. I've tried it all – being vegan, veggie, pescatarian! If I'm craving something, I'll have it; however luckily I do love healthy food. I look at it like a circle… How does that make me feel when I've had it? You have a sugar rush and you feel great, then you come crashing down, whereas with a vegan brownie for example, it's got more nutrition so you feel better for that whole circle."

Chi treats her training as self-care, rather than a punishment to be done as quickly as possible. "It is very hard, but I make it a priority. Training makes me feel good so I don't see it as a grueling added stress to my calendar, I see it as me-time and the time I like to relax."

Chi treats exercise as a form of self-care and mental health support. "Fitness is a key form of meditation for me and I think everyone needs their own, especially in London which is such a fast-paced city," she says. "It's so important to find a sense of calmness and a time where you can just switch off and have you-time. I meditate and go to the gym. When I work out, I'm not with my phone and disconnect, and have some me-time where I switch off from the world. I think that's important."

I’m grateful for everything I have in my life but mentally I struggled a ton. I was in and out of rehab twice as some of you may know.

“I struggled with some serious depression. I self harmed. I self medicated. I didn’t love myself. And on top of that I struggled with pandas which is a panic disorder. I couldn’t leave my house because I had so much social anxiety and was so insecure. I needed validation from people.

“I ran away from issues but in the end I asked for help. I put myself in an amazing rehab facility that taught me so much about self love and appreciation. I’ve spent this year focusing on bettering myself so if I’ve been MIA I love you all don’t get me wrong!! I’m so appreciative of all of you who follow me and support me and I’ve found some amazing friends this year.

“I’ve met some real true people that have helped me with my perspective on life. I’ve traveled to beautiful places and I’ve seen and experienced amazing cultures. I am forever grateful for finding the love of my life this year as well. I didn’t think I was mentally ready for a relationship but he has truly changed my life for the better. 2020 I am ready for you and I am stronger, more motivated, healthier and happier than ever.”
